The instantaneous effusion rate peaked at about 300 cubic meters per second around the same time and an estimated 6.6 million cubic meters of lava erupted in total. 💨 The north vent lava fountain fed a plume that reached a maximum height of about 18,000 feet (5,500 meters) above sea level. I’m less than 100 followers away from 10,000. That... number might be arbitrary to some people… but to me, it’s not. Today marks 21 straight days of our family’s West... Coast road trip in the Cybertruck. So far we’ve driven 3,493 miles, and every mile has reminded me why I believe this is THE greatest road-trip vehicle ever built. It’s comfortable, incredibly capable, has more than enough room for everything we’ve packed, and has taken us through cities, highways, mountains, and national parks without missing a beat. After 21 straight days on the road, it’s needed zero maintenance, just charging and going, like a phone. The combination of the Cybertruck, Tesla’s Supercharger network, and FSD completely changes what a road trip feels like. One of the things I’ve struggled with this year... is my weight, due to a new medication. I’ve always been someone who loves food, but after going on birth control for the first time in 10+ years I gained 25 pounds in less than 3 months. The birth control was one attempt to help with my severe PMDD symptoms, but sadly it didn’t work AND caused my cravings to skyrocket. After doing a full 3 month test my doctor and I decided to try other treatment options for PMDD. A big reason for that decision was because my body fat percentage was quickly nearing 40% and was starting to cause other health issues. I’ll be completely honest, I lost a lot of motivation in the months after gaining the weight. It became seemingly impossible to get back to where I was just 6 months ago. How could it go downhill so quickly? I am proud to report, however, that after 3 months of changing my mindset and focusing on myself I have lost 7 of those 25 pounds. I am finally going to the gym consistently again, eating the correct amount of calories per meal (except on big film days 😅), and have been spending more time with people who lift me up. I still have a long way to go, but for the first time in over a year I’m really starting to feel like myself again. I used to own a company that went bankrupt... a year ago. At the time, it felt like everything was collapsing because of a series of wrong decisions—decisions that, looking back now, turned out to be blessings in disguise. During that time, I was hustling every single day just to cover rent and put food on the table. In the middle of all that chaos, I was learning how to trade. Deep down, I already knew I wanted to trade more than I wanted to save the company… but I still gave everything I had trying to keep it alive. After multiple deposits and plenty of setbacks, I finally became profitable on my last one (January 2025). At one point I was down to 0.28 SOL. I even wrote down: “I will turn 0.28 into 100.” That was my first real goal—about 25K at the time. I’ve never been the type to post PnLs, but I took a lot of inspiration and motivation from others. I end up blocking her on everything again because the toxicity becomes unbearable. This latest round, she claims I only hold my views for money and attention. I’m sure I’m rolling in that $200 a month from X. 🙄 Liberalism truly functions like a mental disorder. It corrodes people’s hearts and minds and tears families apart. I don’t really care anymore, but every so often I feel a quiet sadness at the thought of what it might have been like to have a mother. For those of you who do, I hope you never take her for granted. Update on LAT Aerospace Our first uSTOL technology demonstrator... is ready. Today, we have a fully-electric, fixed-wing UAV, built from scratch and almost ready for flight. To make this possible in just a few months, we built our entire flight lab from scratch. Every bench, every tool, every fixture designed to push the aircraft closer to flight every single day. This aircraft is designed to takeoff in 40 meters (thanks to a massive CL of 5 which is more than 2x of what you see on most aircraft). Endurance of 60 minutes. With a range of being able to cruise autonomously from Mumbai to Pune. Ground rolls done. As I type this, we are pushing hard to get the bird in the air. Hopefully it doesn't blow up. Either way, I promise videos of our attempt sometime over the next few weeks. We have learnt so much over the last few months, and I am sure that there are a lot of hard learnings yet in store for us. Our research on hybrid-electric propulsion is already in full swing, and we’ve also started building a team to begin development on our own gas turbine engines. A few months ago I posted this video and... a man left a comment letting me know that he had been routinely leaving hate comments for months on my page until this video. He had only seen videos of me being visibly trans or talking about parts of my transition and fell for the propaganda that trans peoples entire identities revolve around our transness.
