Something doesn't seem right with Arsenal's strikers at the... moment. Kai Havertz and Viktor Gyökeres have been starting games together, but neither has really found the consistency or sharpness we're expecting from them. Tonight, Mikel Arteta decided to leave both on the bench and started Gabriel Jesus instead. Unfortunately, Jesus also failed to take his chance, missing a good opportunity before being substituted. Gyökeres was then brought on, but it was more of the same. He made some good runs and looked threatening at times, but couldn't find the back of the net before Arteta eventually replaced him with Havertz. Havertz also made some intelligent runs into the box but couldn't finish his chances. That leaves Arteta with a real headache ahead of Man City on Sunday. 😬 All three strikers are struggling for goals at the moment, and that's the last thing Arsenal need when we're about to face one of the biggest games of the season. This is why I fell in love with the... fans of Red Star Belgrade (Delije). I have never seen or played in a better atmosphere than this one especially when we play at the Maracana stadium. With Delije away games feels like home games and that pressure to always get the first goal early to trigger the fans can be good or bad sometimes if you don't score early. I love every song I love how both old and young people show their love and support for the team. Red Star is like the Real Madrid of the Balkan region with a lot of history and great traditions. After each goal, the losing team will switch with the neutral players, ensuring that both teams get equal opportunities in different roles. The neutral players are restricted to 1 touch, and the team in possession is encouraged to use them to create goal-scoring chances through quick cutbacks, crosses, or switching the play. The attacking team should aim to exploit the neutral zones to stretch the defense, pull defenders out of position, and open up space for a final delivery into the box.
