Joseph Ugwu Jr. was our top squatter at 545.... We didn’t touch a regular back squat until our Deload week 2 weeks ago and kids all shot up through the roof. Proud our kids and the buy in. Football should be the best part of their day and this video shows exactly that. Coach Hicksshow more

Welcome to the Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson Football Locker... Room at the one and only, University of Miami 🙌🏾 THE U At Miami, I had the privilege of playing with some of the greatest players to ever play the game. Hall of Famers. And more importantly, WE had the honor of creating a brotherhood that was forged in our daily discipline ~ to outwork our competition and ALWAYS be the hardest workers in the room. Lifers. This gift is my way of showing love and gratitude to a football program that helped shape and define who I am today as a man. Ups and downs and everything in between. Best of luck this season to my brother & Head Coach Mario Cristobal & his coaching staff. And to our program’s anchor - our players, No team in the country will outwork you. It’s our obsession and our appetite for disruption. See you at the top. DRJ #brotherhood #theU University of Miami Miami Hurricanes Footballshow more

250 years ago, our great nation was established. 65... years ago, America went to space. 58 years ago, we circumnavigated the Moon. 57 years ago we landed on the Moon. This all happened through sheer American exceptionalism. This year, we go back. Mr. President, the state of our union, and of our space program, is STRONG. 💪🏼🇺🇸show more

For the past three to four years now, I... usually go on holiday twice a year — one international solo trip and one local family vacation. I do go for my solo vacation in spring and our family holiday is during the summer when the kids are on school break. Schools have finally shutdown for summer break last week and the kids are already all pumped up for our family vacation which will be coming up in few weeks from now. We haven't yet gone for our family summer vacation for this year but babe has already started making plans for our 2027 summer holiday. Last weekend, she brought up the idea of just the two of us going on a boat cruise next summer. She wants it to be just me and her without the kids. She suggested that we bring in a family member on invitation from Naija, such that there will be a family at home with the kids while we both go on a lovey-dovey boat cruise to western Europe. She advised that we should start saving up for the adventure by September. This woman and long term planning are five and six, and that virtue has been very helpful in helping us avoid financial pressure. We do everything with ease, thanks to her wisdom. For instance, two weeks before the end of the session that ended last week, we have already bought the kids school uniforms for 2026/27 academic session that will be starting in September; thanks to my wife's wisdom. If she hasn't suggested it, it wouldn't have even crossed my mind at all. I am awake now, staring at this beautiful woman sleeping peacefully next to me and I feel nothing but joy in my heart and total love for her. I am really blessed to have someone like her as my better half. I am the often chaotic and the more expressive person while she is the calm, quiet and better organised one. We perfectly compliment each other. It'll be our 12th anniversary in exactly a month's time from now, and I really look forward to our anniversary getaway weekend. Cheers to forever, baby.show more

Images coming through of Prince Harry playing footy with... the Western Bulldogs players. Note that football does not mean soccer here in Australia. Some Canadian school districts closed schools today so that... kids would not look up at the sky. This was demanded by the teachers’ unions who said that KIDS WILL NOT BE SAFE. So instead, kids played video games all day and took a break to see this. 🥱show more

Good morning to everyone in Massachusetts who now sees... that there is hope in our state. The Charlie Kirk Vigil at Boston Common last night brought together so many patriots, united in prayer, strength, and determination for change. Thank you to every single person who showed up. You reminded us that we are not alone. One of the most inspiring parts of the night was hearing from the young speakers who talked about the impact Charlie had on their lives and why they feel called to get involved. Their words were powerful and showed that the next generation is ready to carry this mission forward. But this is just the beginning. We need to take that same energy back to our towns, our schools, and our communities. Get involved, speak up, and be part of the movement for a better Massachusetts. This is exactly what Charlie would have wanted. Not just a moment of mourning, but a spark that ignites real action. Together, we can honor his legacy by standing up for our values and shaping the future of our state.show more

This is the reality of my community, coming to... a town near you all soon! Women waiting at the bus surrounded by illegal, unvetted men in the dark.
