Our bakery is now closed. We are producing zero... bread for families in Gaza. This is particularly difficult to come to terms with when we remember what people have sacrificed throughout this genocide just for flour. Bread equals survival. When there was nothing else to eat, Palestinians risked, and so many lost, their lives trying to bring home enough flour to feed their families. We were so proud to build something sustainable in the North: a bakery families could count on for free bread. At full operation, we distributed up to 500 bundles every day - 10 loaves each, 5,000 loaves baked, so that 500 families were able to feel some relief knowing they had at least the bare minimum to eat. And we can scale up even further to 10,000 loaves per day. The ovens are there. The bakers are there. The families are waiting. The only thing standing between a closed bakery and thousands of loaves of free bread is funding. It costs just over $1,000 per day to operate our bakery and provide around 500 families with bread. What was your favorite new course you played in... 2024? My choice is easy. The Old Course at St Andrews. We teed off at 5:30PM after I waited for hours praying for a spot. We finished in darkness, I couldn’t see my ball flight here on the famous 17. Nothing else like it. Flight path (so far) of our longest balloon flight.... Over 11 months and counting. This vehicle now holds the record for the longest flying controllable vehicle in the atmosphere in human history. Also this wasn't really intentional. We pushed a design change that prevented leaks in our apex vent, and shortly after that we had a pristine balloon with no leaks and we happened to keep it in endurance stratospheric mode for awhile. It was using so little ballast that we just decide to leave it be. In a year or two from now we'll probably have hundreds of flights up there like this.show more

Extremely disappointing experience with Air India on our international... flight from Rome to Delhi. ♻️ Share now for maximum visibility. Water was literally dripping from the roof (video attached) 😓, while landing it was like raining… Other issues throughout the journey: ❌ Seats were old & uncomfortable ❌ Food trays were broken - video attached ❌ In-flight entertainment was a complete mess - video attached ❌ Earphones were sub-standard ❌ Food was tasteless What made it worse? We had boarded an Etihad flight earlier in the trip, and the difference was night and day. Everything on Etihad felt spotless, comfortable, and well managed and surprisingly, it was ₹35,000 cheaper as well.
