We inspected a property operating an illegal panel-beating business and discovered approximately 50 alcohol bottles, raising concerns of possible illegal liquor sales. Building Control issued a 21-day notice for unauthorised building structures. Our Energy and Electricity Business Unit removed illegal electricity connections, while our Water and Sanitation Business Unit removed an illegal water connection.
