Watching this video broke me. It brought back the... painful memories of my childhood in Iran. I cried seeing that little girl bullied by her principal, forced to put on her compulsory veil over and over again, with no mercy. This isn’t just about a piece of cloth; it’s about how young girls, as early as 7, are subjected to control, humiliation, and abuse by those meant to protect them. For 40 years, we, the women of Iran, have lived this nightmare. When I started to share the stories of these girls living under the Islamic laws on “My Stealthy Freedom” and “ White Wednesdays” campaign against compulsory hijab, I was dismissed as Islamophobic in the West many times. But look closely at the fear in the girl’s face, the anger, the frustration. This is not a cultural issue, it’s apartheid against women. The regime believe that if a young girl doesn’t cover her hair, she could arouse men, an insult to men, too. This system is designed to oppress, control, and strip women of their rights, dignity, and childhood. This is the reality we face in Iran. Let talk. Let us be heard. #MyCameraIsMyWeapon #LetUsTalkshow more

BREAKING: Democratic Governor Roy Cooper of North Carolina has... just vetoed a contentious bill that aimed to prohibit the majority of abortions after 12 weeks. With this said, it is likely that Republicans will attempt to override the veto. Cooper stated: "This bill has nothing to do with making women safer, and everything to do with banning their reproductive freedom." I stand with Cooper on this decision and feel that access to abortions should be between a woman and her doctor. Everyone's situation is different and their beliefs are as well. The government should not determine when or if a woman should be able to have a procedure. I am completely against using abortion as a form of birth control, but I am even more against government deciding what women can and can not do. Thoughts?show more

#OrthodoxUnderAttack: Abiy Ahmed's security forces appear to be intensifying... the religious persecution of Orthodox Christians in the form of arrests and harassment throughout Addis Ababa & the Oromia region of #Ethiopia. This is despite the good-faith effort by the Holy Synod of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church, whom in good-faith met with the Prime Minister and called off the national protest planned for Sunday, February 12. The Ethiopian government must understand that freedom of religion is a human right. One Nation Senator Malcolm Roberts has reached a new... low - even for him! He has described women attempting suicide or self-harm as 'attention seeking' while saying men who do the same are suffering a legitimate medical condition. He made the comments during Senate Estimates. Since ... well forever ... the discussions around suicide and self-harm has centred on men's experience. Women have only been an after thought but that is changing somewhat. Women attempt suicide or self-harm at much higher rates than men but men are more likely to die as a result of their attempts. We do know that 19% of women who suicide do so after experiencing domestic violence while suicide rates among women who are raped or sexually assaulted are also quite staggering. Research is slowly emerging showing how violence itself is a precursor to women ending their own lives or attempting to. And the Federal Government is holding an inquiry into domestic violence related suicide as I write. It's perfectly okay to discuss differing rates of suicides - and their causality - among women and men. But for someone in a position of influence and power to say women are attention seeking when they suicide or self-harm is grotesque. *** ❤️SUPPORT MY WORK❤️ Please support my work and the Memorial to Women and Children Lost to Violence and Australian Femicide Watch. 🚨 I don’t believe the rape or trafficking charges... against the Tates. That’s not their style—rapists usually struggle with establishing connections. The Tates pride themselves on women throwing themselves at them and doing whatever they want. The Tates like women to be their slaves, whereas typical rapists get off on the violence through which they obtain sex. But what I know for a fact, by their own admission, is that they took young teenage girls as young as 15, maybe younger, turned them into prostitutes, and taught other men how to do the same. That’s why they should go to jail for a very long time.show more

Lady Gaga says you have committed violence by objecting... to her celebration of Dylan Mulvaney on International Women’s Day. “It's appalling to me that a post about National Women's Day by Dylan Mulvaney and me would be met with such vitriol and hatred. When I see a newspaper reporting on hatred but calling it ‘backlash’ I feel it is important to clarify that hatred is hatred, and this kind of hatred is violence. “Backlash would imply that people who love or respect Dylan and me didn't like something we did. This is not backlash. This is hatred. “But it is not surprising given the immense work that it's obvious we still have to do as a society to make room for transgender lives to be cherished and upheld by all of us. “I feel very protective in this moment, not only of Dylan, but of the trans community who continues to lead the way with their endless grace and inspiration in the face of constant degradation, intolerance, and physical, verbal, and mental violence. I certainly do not speak for this community, but I have something to say. I hope all women will come together to honor us ALL for International Women's Day, and may we do that always until THE DAY that all women are celebrated equally. That all people are celebrated equally. A day where people of all gender identities are celebrated on whichever holiday speaks to them. Because people of all gender identities and races deserve peace and dignity. “May we all come together and be loving, accepting, warm, welcoming. May we all stand and honor the complexity and challenge of trans life-that we do not know, but can seek to understand and have compassion for. I love people too much to allow hatred to be referred to as ‘backlash.’ People deserve better.”show more

🛑 THE TRUTH ABOUT BLA & BYC WOMEN 🛑... Many are falling for propaganda spread by RAW, Afghan GDI, PTI, BYC and BLA accounts, claiming that women have joined the BLA to fight for their rights. But the reality is very different. Unlike ISIS, which uses marriage as a cover for female sex workers, the BLA and BYC are openly immoral, following a very liberal, corrupt lifestyle. Women and men openly engage in multiple relationships, even when married or with children. Some women pursue affairs with BLA commanders and members, embracing a culture far removed from societal norms. Groups like BYC exploit this open mindedness to recruit young men into BLA, creating a network built on manipulation and deception disguised as freedom. To those labeling these women as freedom fighters, pause and reflect on the reality that they are morally corrupt to the core and are using their bodies to recruit terrorists into the BLA. Balochistan stands for honor, family and the safety of its people not for foreign-backed terrorists spreading lies. This is not part of Balochistan’s culture. ⚠️ So for the people calling these women freedom fighters, please read the above and watch the videos below.show more

On March 6, 2015, astronomers reported observing a supernova... in a distant spiral galaxy. Although the explosion itself occurred millions of years earlier, the light carrying that event had only just reached Earth after traveling across intergalactic space. This delay is not unusual but a fundamental feature of the universe, where distance and the finite speed of light turn every observation into a glimpse of the past. In this way, telescopes function not just as instruments of sight, but as time machines, revealing events long after they have concluded. Each distant supernova reminds us that the cosmos we observe is a layered history, unfolding to us not as it is now, but as it once was across unimaginable spans of space and time. Animal ag pushes Ag-gag laws that make it illegal... to film or expose what happens inside farms and slaughterhouses, so consumers cannot see what their money actually supports. The video shows a farmer and animal abuser urinating on a calf. That's disturbing, but it's not surprising. It reflects how animal ag views animals as property, slaves, and objects. It's a system built on forced impregnation and taking away animals' milk, eggs, babies, skin, wool, etc. Animal Ag treats innocent and vulnerable animals worse than the worst of our own species. And while not every farmer pees on animals, they all view them as lesser beings, as slaves, as resources. They are only kept alive so they make money. They can only make money when we pay for them. Please leave animal products and violence off your plate. Animal Ag reflects the worst of humanity. It's evil. Let's not fund it and let's help the animals trapped in this living hell. ⚠️This content is shared for educational and public awareness purposes to document and discuss real practices in animal agriculture.show more

Dear Nigerians, "Patriotism means to stand by the country.... It does not mean to stand by the president." ~Theodore Roosevelt On this national scale, if the mass number of Nigerians are suffering, their lives and properties in jeopardy, it is okay to speak up, call a spade a spade and stop this gov from leading us astray. Now more than ever, we must unite. We must unite against the ruiners of Nigeria before they bury what is left of her. Organization is the first primary weapon of the oppressed. This is the only weapon we are yet to explore, and we can not explore this until we unite. The oppressed Nigerians must organize to form a force against the ruiners of Nigeria and take back our country to have a system that is for the benefit of the Nigerian people and not a few in the position of power. President will come and go, only the people will remain. Don't give those in power today to play politics with your future. Let's unite, not necessary as one but as a team. A team with different skills, languages culture, religion and tradition, but one CAUSE regardless of our tribal differences to stand against the common enemy who have now shown to be a curse on our very own existence as an amazing people of this great nation. ~OIA✊🏿show more

I didn’t want to post this yesterday out of... respect for the late Franco Baresi, but I thought it was too special not to share. Francesco Totti reposted my video on his Instagram Story as a tribute to Baresi. It was a special moment not only because of the occasion itself, but also because I’ve been following Totti on Instagram since 2017 and as far as I can remember, I’ve never seen him repost, like or share content from a fan account. This scene shows the arrest of a young woman... from the city of Fardis in Iran, the city where I grew up. There is no information about her fate after she was taken into custody by the security forces of the ruling government in Iran. But our message is not only about this crime. It is addressed to you, the leaders and officials of the world. Remember this: when we were suffering under the violence of this government, you remained silent. Your silence was not neutrality, but a deliberate turning away from human suffering. With or without you, we will bring down this system built on violence, because the will of a people cannot be suppressed forever. But history will not forget that in the test of conscience, morality, and human responsibility, you failed. #IranMassacre #IranRevoIution2026 #IranProtests2026show more

From Badakhshan to Herat — Afghanistan is rising against... Taliban tyranny. The Taliban regime has carried out mass detentions of women in Herat, abducting young women overnight and holding them in Taliban facilities. As families and local residents protested these unethical and brutal actions, Taliban forces opened fire on civilians, killing at least two people and injuring around 20 others. This is a heinous crime against the people of Afghanistan — a direct assault on human dignity, freedom, and the rights of women. The world must not stay silent while innocent Afghans are terrorized for demanding basic human rights. Afghans across every province, tribe, and generation must stand united against oppression and tyranny. The struggle for a free Afghanistan continues, and history will remember those who stood against injustice. One day we will hold everyone who partook in these crimes responsibleshow more

Chained, Abused, Sold 🔴🔴 The RSF’s War on Women... in Sudan A disturbing video has surfaced showing #RSF fighters speaking to a woman they have chained by her legs, callously asking her name. This horrifying footage is just one example of the brutal violence RSF has inflicted upon women during the war in Sudan. Reports from survivors and human rights organizations have detailed how RSF fighters have systematically targeted women, subjecting them to rape, abduction, and enslavement. Women have been taken as war trophies, held captive, and even sold as sex slaves in a deliberate campaign of terror. Testimonies reveal that RSF forces have established makeshift detention centers where women are kept for prolonged periods, suffering repeated sexual violence. Some have been forcibly “married” to fighters, while others are traded between militias. These crimes are not isolated incidents but part of a wider strategy aimed at breaking communities through gender-based violence. The use of rape as a weapon of war by RSF has been widely condemned, yet accountability remains elusive. Women and girls, particularly from marginalized communities, have faced the worst of these atrocities, with little recourse for justice. The international community has called for investigations, but the RSF continues its campaign of terror with impunity. This war has exposed the depths of RSF’s brutality, with women bearing the brunt of their inhumane tactics. The fight for justice must include holding perpetrators accountable and ensuring that survivors receive the support and recognition they deserve. #Sudan #RSFTerroristOrgshow more

Oh my gosh… I clicked on Perez Hilton thinking... I’d just catch up on some light Hollywood gossip before bed, and instead I was confronted with a deeply tragic video of a man in severe distress, visibly hurting himself and covered in blood. What is wrong with this world that something so painful and heartbreaking gets treated as entertainment?! I only lasted about 10 seconds before I had to shut it off. Please keep that man (and anyone else who’s suffering in silence) in your prayers. We could all use a little more compassion right now.v😢🙏 "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." ~Ephesians 6:12show more
