Looking for a map builder / 3D modeler -... for a RuneScape-inspired RPG on Roblox I'm building a top-down, tile-based open-world RPG - think OSRS: towns, dungeons, quests, skilling, combat. Style-wise I'm going for that "neo-2014" Roblox medieval-fantasy look - Examples would be games like "Fisch" or "Iron Soul: Dungeon" I'm looking for a person to help with the world side of things: modeling simple modular 5x5 stud kit pieces (wall shapes, roofs, props) & building maps out of them - towns, forests, interiors - in our custom map editor (it handles prefab placement and terrain painting, and it's honestly pretty comfy to work in) So ideally you enjoy both making the pieces and putting them together into places. No huge portfolio needed - if you've made some nice models and put together a scene or two, I'd love to see them. Pay: around 150k Robux per modular kit - the wall/roof/prop set for a theme (a town, a forest...), which usually gets reused across multiple scenes - and then around 100k Robux per finished 320x320 stud scene. Negotiable as we figure out the workflow. A little about me: on Roblox since 2009, picked Roblox Developer of the Year 2014, and our current games include SHARP and The Mad Murderer X. Interested? Reply with something you've made, or just DM me on Discord if you're able to (loleris).show more

I quit having affiliate programs on my sites months... ago mostly because more than half the payouts on Rewardful that I'd sent out via Wise would fail and it resulted in VERY angry emails, replies and YouTube comments about PiEtEr LeVeLs NoT PaYiNg OuT HiS AfFiLlIAtEs Well I DID pay out but Wise made most payments fail Now I'm at the other end of it as Bordr an immigration service I resold for awhile has been trying to pay me out for years on Wise, and it's never ever worked It's impossible to talk to Wise staff or get them to fix anything, with Stripe I can report a bug and they reply to my tweets or DM me, with Wise it's like a black box, they never reply or give a shit I visited their office and they were nice and wanted feedback, but on here they're completely absent, and no support on website either Which I'm fine with btw, I do the same but with ALL my sites you can report a bug with 2 clicks, I'll see it within minutes or hours and I personally fix it usually in minutes and at worst less than 48 hours Which is why I'd LOVE to see Stripe move into Wise's market and give me a payment card so I can pay my billsshow more

Has been a while since I've given an update... so here's a breakdown of where Sappy is at right now and what we're focusing on going into this year. Pre-amble: With altcoins & NFTs the market is definitely not the same as it was before. I think this is obvious to everyone but I've noticed there are still japanese soldiers that are convinced old tricks and mechanics work. They don't. Liquidity is thin; people want to bid assets that feel like "real companies" not vacuous memecoins. There's still room for memecoins, social currencies, and "utility tokens" (I would say without these functions, tokens are hard to justify versus equities). I'm not part of the camp that thinks there will never be hyperspeculation in crypto again, because there will be; we all love ponzis and PvPing each other onchain. Just not with solved games -- people need something new and fresh. So the overarching plan is to continue building for users, sustainable revenues that aren't tied to directly to crypto, and doubling down on the areas that we've already found PMF / Brand Market Fit. Then leaning into crypto during cyclical periods where liquidity is sloshing around at an accelerated rate. Where we've found early PMF / what we're leaning into: Roblox: we're going to continue to go hard and accelerate here. It's our main objective to ship more seal/brainrot focused games across most genres to cast as wide of a net as we can for the brand, and to also iterate and see what works and stays sticky. Our initial incursion into Roblox was very successful peaking at 2M+ MAU and still sustaining a large portion of that player base... for all of its success, that was a relatively amateur first attempt; we've been setting up better AI pipelines for Roblox development that makes it reasonable to ship many more games and 10x those player counts in totality. It's my belief that Roblox is the sandbox whose audience will be the most valuable on the internet once they are grown up. That intense feeling you get when you see a TikTok referencing an old game you enjoyed on the PS2 or the Gamecube, or when you see a Pokemon card is the exact same feeling the youth of today will get when reminiscing on the things they enjoyed engaging with when they were younger. Fortnite and Roblox are functional equivalents to the old school consoles and exactly where that is taking place. Which is why as much as I care about scaling revenues through Roblox, the long term brand equity gained purely through being popular on the platform is totally invaluable. It also can heavily convert to merchandise sales today if all touchpoints for the brand are dialed in (which is why brands get overcharged so much by Roblox dev shops for the same ROI that only cost us a few thousand $). We have the playbook, it's just about iterating new concepts and then aggressively scaling. Brand Expansion & Merchandising: I've started to create a content pipeline that is easily repeatable, cost efficient (costs next to nothing through either AI or smart reusable concepts), while still being very tasteful and meeting our quality standards for the brand. We are mostly focusing here on reaching people where they're at through nostalgic/emotional content, or just being visually stimulating through carefully curated aesthetics. Content that isn't superficial and touches people in a memorable way. I've attached some examples to the post so you can see what I mean rather than just read it. I don't think it's long until larger brands start doing this at scale, but it's always good to be ahead of the curve and most importantly winning on taste -- knowing what will resonate with people and what won't has always been our edge. The purpose for these accounts is not only to rack up attention but also to begin converting those into sales of both of physicals (plushies & gacha collectibles) and digital avenues like our games, and any other apps we produce. Because they're offshoot accounts it's also a lot easier to be aggressive/experimental with said conversion strategies. Sappy Studio: I'm wrapping everything like Omnia, and everything else into this category because they're all tangentially related. Beginning with Omnia, our current focus is gearing up for Season 0 which involves players competing in the ranked ladder for a prize pool that has rewards through Monad Momentum as well as a player-funded prize pool. This season will be fairly simple with us mostly logging retention, deck building habits, as well as qualitatively observing how aggressively players push the combat system. Deeper monetization wont exist yet outside of the player buy-in (to be eligible for P2E rewards). Beyond that our overarching principle this year is to focus heavily on risk-to-earn mechanics where a portion of that excess value is circular i.e. revenues flow back to prize pools or other parts of the economy, treating the game almost like a protocol where the objective is to amass TVL or player liquidity. Social is also a big focus, and that means implementing the Open World hub which from an infrastructure perspective has already been built out and tested by all of you previously. Right now we are scaffolding the environment in 3D and working through how that hub should look and feel, so players are excited to hang out & idle together while they're queuing. For sappydotlol, what I'm about to say is still early days from a design perspective so a lot can change, but I'm pushing the site in the direction of being a virtual game console. An intersection between Nintendo & Myspace where users can play, trade, and socially interact in a way that's deeply personalised; a breathe of fresh air from the hostility of the current internet. If you go back to my thesis on Roblox above and the game console references, you can kind of see how this will all sequentially tie together. In essence, the strategy is to acquire a critical mass of players through traditional platforms like Roblox, and use that attention and trust to provide an onboarding funnel for web2 users into our own sandbox filled with a mixture of our own browser-based experiences as well as an aggregation of others. The aim is to make the platform a breath of fresh air & bunker from the enshittified platforms like TikTok/IG/X where users are actually served in ways that delight rather than agitate, and where self-expression is incentivised. Closing: As always everything here is subject to change but I've never felt more conviction in our direction until now; I know exactly what we need to do and how, with everything aligning with our team's strengths. Very excited and grinding through things to the point where I'm getting headaches and can't sleep from being hyperfocused for long periods of time lol. There probably has never been a better time to join the ecosystem from a price to fuck around and find out perspective.show more

I'd say at the very beginning of retirement you... wanna be everything and you're willing to be, you love traveling around the world to meet friends and see what kind of lives people live in. and soon, you get frustrated and bored to live in an lifestyle that people thought a FIREd guy would be. you thought you're going up but you're not at the ground and it is no upside or downside at all. that's the problem. someday you'll figure out your problem is exactly the result that you got out of the Matrix. you're like trueman heading out of his little island, you've got no audience and it still a long way to go. there's no meaning but willingness for life we choosed, there's no up and down, no left or right. the fate we created, the failures we accept it, all that happened beyond our little island made our stories. and in case you don't see me, enjoy everything you're going to meet and have good days.show more

⚔️ Kingdom Come Deliverance first impressions ⚔️ Loving it... so far, basically a medieval detective simulator that really doesn't care that you are the main character. And I'm all here for it. ▪️The WORLD is the real star of the show here and even though it's got plenty of jank and lots of copy and paste NPC faces, it just feels so IMMERSIVE. Even the UI just transports me to the times with a bright colourful medieval art style. ▪️The MUSIC I love, absolutely sells the world and basically ASMR as you trot around on your horse through the world. ▪️THE Combat is a real interesting one, it's got quite the learning curve which I actually LIKE, it definitely has some jank to it as well but I really appreciate the attempt at an original and nuanced combat system. (Having to stop your bleeding with bandages is really cool) ▪️The Story has gripped me (19 hours in so far) And while it seems a simple revenge story on the face of it, I think the story is more about Henry making his way through the world after the horrors of Skallitz. The writing quality is top notch as well as the quest design also. ▪️The CHARACTERS are amazing and the humour is top notch. I'm not sure the last time I laughed so much at a game. Henry is great and so well voiced by Tom McKay This really feels like Warhorse Studios have put a lot of love and work into making an authentic medieval world and as a bit of a medieval nerd I can't get enough of this game. A True RPG as well by all accounts, the game really makes me think hard about how to approach situations. Also I can't wait to get to KCD2.show more

I'M LOOKING FOR A TECHNICAL PARTNER I'm looking for... a coding wizard to help me build software (and to bounce ideas with). The deal is simple: you build / I distribute You do all technical work. I do all marketing, distribution, customer research. What I bring to the table: • deep expertise in social media marketing/distribution/email marketing/copywriting • total audience of 160k + 42k newsletter (that's a lot of eyeballs ready to see what we build) • big network of creators we can use to co-market • experience building media companies from scratch • sold over 7 figs worth of products to an audience before I deeply care about product so I'll be involved in everything but the coding side. I will document our journey with build in public content (X, LinkedIn, YouTube). You don't need to be part of the content if you don't want to, I'll gladly be the dancing monkey. What I AM looking for: • Full stack (at least to certain extent to get decent MVPs out there) • high agency, high creativity and product sense< • you've made money with your software before • a love for cash-flow • you love homemade goulash as much as I do (well, this one is not set in stone) • someone to share shitposts and memes with (you can't compete with someone who's having fun, I deeply believe this) • someone who is obsessed with building something that people LOVE instead of just use • someone who wants to build something to be really proud of What I'm NOT looking for: • ideas that need VC funding to get started • 2 years of building before we see a dollar • someone who started coding 12 months ago • someone running 3 other side projects • someone addicted to call-culture I'm not 100% certain on the idea yet. We'll figure this out together by testing demand with an audience. We'll probably test a few ideas quickly before going all-in on whatever gets the best signal from the market. Areas I find interesting right now: • AI enhanced-B2B content/GTM/marketing tools • Financial market analytics/consumer finance • Gamified health/longevity apps (probably mobile) Building and creativity is a way of life for me. It goes far beyond the money-creation part of work. I love bringing things into the world. Best case it's similar for you. We'll shoot the shit a lot, send memes, and have fun while working hard on whatever we build. There's also an option to do this on a salary instead of a split I'm open to both. Answer a few quick questions in the form below (next post) I will reach out to people that seem like a good fit. Please tag people who might be interested. Congratulations to our winner for the Solo Leveling PC... jedi_master_snorlax 🎉 Also, please be kind to winners, we only have 1 PC to go around for all of you 🥹🙏 How are winners picked for giveaways??⬇️ Since we’ve got a lot of new people in here, let me explain how winners are picked. We use a site called Rafflly (I’ll link it below if you want to check it out and use it for your own giveaways), We pay $50 a month for a subscription since we have so many entries, and that lets us handle all the volume fairly and smoothly, we had 334,264 enter this time around. I’ve also included a video that shows how we link all the accounts together and run a multi network giveaway to pick one lucky person. It’s the best way to keep things fair! After it picks someone we confirm 1 that they are real and 2 they followed all the rules. And just to clear things up, our giveaways are definitely real. Josh and I run them ourselves and we cover the shipping costs out of pocket. The companies we partner with aren’t paying for the shipping or paying us to run them, we do it because we want to give back to the community. It’s a win win, you get free stuff, we get a little exposure, and the brands do too and nothing gets sent to a landfill 👌 Also, big thank you to everyone who entered the Solo Leveling giveaway! Right now, the Hatsune Miku giveaway is live, you’ve got 6 days left to enter 💙✨ And on the 13th, our 3rd giveaway will go live, the all white Cougar PC 🤍🔥 see you then! 💜 Thank you again for all the love and support, it genuinely makes all these giveaways possible!show more

The architecture of this new world model is one... of the most interesting things I've seen lately: Let me first explain how most world models work: They predict and render one frame at a time. If you are navigating in one of these worlds, and you look left, the model draws whatever looks right in the moment. Every time you change your viewpoint, the model has to imagine what should be there again, so it's very common for these models to "forget" what's in the world. For example, if you put a toy on the table, look away, then look back, the toy might not be there anymore. Tripo AI is releasing its Project Eden model, which works very differently: The model builds the world first, and then renders it based on that map. That map holds the real state of the world: the geometry, every object, where things are, what's already happened. The picture you see on screen gets generated from the map. This architecture flips the whole thing. Now, you get the following: 1. The world stops forgetting. Leave, come back, and the toy is still on the table because it lives in the map, not in the last frame you saw. 2. You can edit the world, and those changes persist for anyone who enters later. 3. Multiple people and AI agents can coexist in the world and see it from different perspectives. This is early research, but it's looking really promising. They just raised nearly $200M across two rounds to build it out. Tripo will be at SIGGRAPH 2026 (July 19–23, Los Angeles Convention Center). If you work in 3D, embodied AI, simulation, or anything spatial, go connect with them there.show more

When people ask me why I don't deal with... alotta people..I bring up situations like this.. I hosted a live event with 4 (Dalvin Cook) last year to give FSU fans something dope after a rough season I let the Jax Seminoles club be a part of it (even though I didn't need them to make it happen)..could've gotten 4 on my show regardless, I just like showing love That being said, my goal is to do more live events where I get to celebrate FSU legends, and alum..highlighting their careers, businesses, etc..of course I'll do events that aren't related to FSU as well During the process one of the people involved on the process tried to backdoor me for some 💰(ahh silly rabbit) It was dumb to me, because it wasn't a crazy amount of money, and it wasn't worth messing up a relationship..folks be thirsty tho..and I'm big on principle You ain't gonna eat off of me (especially in a situation when I don't need you and I'm looking out) and then try to finess too lol.. I was sent this video of them taking all the credit for the event that wouldn't have happened without Trials To Triumph, and they tried to zoom in and crop me out of the video lol People will move dirty then play victim and be mad at you for calling them out on it lol..I wasn't the only one upset..my sponsors were upset, and didn't wanna do business with the person from the club anymore I'm sure that this is not a reflection of everybody involved with the club..not a smart way to treat alum though This is also a good lesson for someone else who may be going through situations where people try to play with you, lie on your name, or steal from you..sitting there and be quiet will only make the issue worse in the long run..use your voice and speak up, otherwise you're responsible for the other people later down the line that end up with the same experience that could've been avoided if they were made aware early on That being said, while folks were trying to finesse, we were locking in deals with national brands, and will be hosting a lot more events this year..I definitely wanna put something special together in the spring and before the season for FSU fans Full episode with Dalvin Cook is on YouTube, and we have a Huge episode dropping with Derrick Brooks tomorrow as well‼️ Stay 💯show more

Hi FGC friends. I picked up a Brooks Wingman... FGC 2 myself from to test some older sticks on PS5 cause of issues using them on PS5 for some games. Did a quick Firmware update through their website here: (Hold the side buttons while plugged into PC and grab the latest update) I then tested all of these myself that didn't work in game for Avatar before that are now working instantly. Hopefully a patch comes out before the event for legacy controllers but I wanted to test this as a backup option while I chat with Brook Converters directly about getting some loaners for pools at the event. So far no issues, timeouts or anything so this may be your a good option for the mean time to use all of your sticks/controllers on PS5 in general. If you're having issues please let me know what controller/stick you're trying to use and I'll see if I have it to try myself. Yes I'm one the greatest TOs of all time that goes through all the details when needed.show more

One of my favourite things about building Superlogical is... that we all care, a disproportionate amount, about the little conveniences, performance gains and UI treats that most rational people just don’t. I'm currently working on our scrollback search UI. You basically have two common choices as a designer: a) insert a toolbar into the view or b) float a search bar over the view For terminals, any intrinsic size change causes a reflow - which is jarring for the user to see and potentially pushes offscreen something you were looking at. This means option A sucks. For option B though, the problem is that you’re potentially obscuring matched words that fall under the search UI since it floats over them. (Every app I tried makes this mistake which is kinda nuts) So what's the solution? Give our search UI a gentle nudge out the way when it's over something you're trying to see.show more

Excuse me for breaking the wall and sharing personal🤟... I just turned 40, which brought about a wave of reflection, and I'm incredibly lucky. I make my morning commute like most, grind at a desk until 5, then I flip roles to becoming a podcaster, a writer, a coach, a husband, and a dad. Life is moving at warp speed. I'm not rested, but I'm not tired. I'm not polished, but I'm not giving up. I'm not content, but I AM happy. The support and friendships I’ve found in this space have genuinely made my life better. This road, where passion meets persistence, has been paved by so many of you, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. I hope I’ve come across as someone reliable. Someone who isn’t afraid to put in the work to keep improving. Someone who cares, connects with people, and takes this seriously. I’ve always wanted to blur the lines between the person giving out golf picks on YouTube and the guy who simply wants the best for his family. At the end of the day, both are me. We took my son to his first concert. A random person took this video of us, found my wife, and sent this. As life enters the second half, this is how I want to be remembered. Unbothered by embarrassment, just going for it with the people I love, and on the forever pursuit of happiness 🏁 People told me slow my role...show more

Hey X, Family, friends, and warriors on here, I... need to share something heavy that's been on my heart for only a couple of days. The doctors recently gave me news of cancer and a short 12-month timeline at best. I call BS on that. I feel strong, I'm fighting with everything I have, and I'm positive I'll beat this by God's grace. I'm anxiously waiting on a second opinion from another oncologist right now. Today I broke the news to my kiddos, all but the one overseas. My minors at home (including our new little Spider-Man who's been adjusting with us the past week after coming from a tough situation) and my college boy are now in the know. As a widower with no other living relatives, these boys depend on me, and I've never hidden things from them. We prayed together and we're standing on faith. I've only been carrying this quietly for a couple days, but I can't keep it hidden any longer. So many of you depend on me for the behind-the-scenes help and encouragement, and I have several close friends right here on this platform who have beaten the odds ,true God's warriors. Their testimonies fire me up. I know I'll join them in victory. Scripture I'm standing on: " Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up." (James 5:14-15) Also, "Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." (Galatians 6:2) Please cover me and my boys in prayer. I'm trusting God for complete healing and many more years of ministry, fatherhood, and service. He who began a good work will be faithful to complete it. Let's believe together, the battle is the Lord's. Much love and gratitude, Moon 🌙show more

A brick? What am I going to do? Mini... pieces of art and history that l'm making with casting molds. Each one's a copy of a stonewall brick with my artwork on it, inspired by the Stonewall legacy and our communities resilience. The plan? Drop them around NYC - hide them in corners, parks, random spots - kinda like a city-wide treasure hunt. Each brick tells a story, sparks convo, and hopefully makes someone stop and feel something. I'll also be selling these so you don't need to be in nyc looking for these to get one of your own! But I don't wanna do this alone. I'm tryna team up with powerful voices - brands, orgs, people who care - to make this bigger than just art. I want these bricks to raise awareness, represent the community, and be a reminder that our history is everywhere - not just in museums. Let's make noise. Let's make people look. Let's build something real. One brick at a time One story at a time One city at a time If you're down to collab or know someone who might be, hit me up! Bricks dropping soon More soon...show more

The past year has seen me have a renaissance,... in the truest sense… I won’t go into details now but will at some point before long. What has brought so much happiness to my life and those around me this past year has been my falling back in love with sport. Cycling has, and always will be, my number one. Yet I’d forgotten that I simply love sport, not for results but for the sheer joy of doing it, I’d completely forgotten that the health of my mind is intrinsically connected to the health of my body. I’ve rediscovered the love I had for sport that existed before the world of professional cycling took over in the way it did. I’ve been pushing myself and trying new things this past year, indifferent to the results, just out having fun and at times going deeper than I thought I was capable of anymore. Last week I got on a TT bike for the first time in a decade, Factor Bikes built me a bike, I’ve been looking at it for two years and decided it was time to get fitted, getting back on it felt like going home. Anyway, the long and the short of this is that it’s inspired me to create a club to inspire and be inspired. A community for us to share our love for getting out there and doing it, because I’ve realized that although I spend most of my sporting life on my own I derive the most pleasure when feeling part of something. It’s in its early days, I’ve called it Sporting Club CHPT3 aka SCC3, I’d love you to check it out and join. It’s still in its infancy, but I hope it’s going to grow into something that will inspire you as much as me.show more
