NEW SECRET MYSTERY AI VIDEO MODEL ARENA CODE NAME:... BOUNCYBOHR Unlike Artificial Analysis, on Arena. AI you can submit your own prompts and this prompt is designed to try and unmask who created the model. Models powered by an LLM (like Seedance 2.0 and Omni) are smart and can see what you are doing. As far as thoughts? Eh? While another screenshot looked like Omni, this does look pretty Seedance to me. Judging by the result, this looks like the rumored new "improved" FAST model and not upgraded full 2.1 model that is supposed to be 25% better. A week ago I shipped a tiny bash +... SQLite messaging layer for CLI AI agents, so Claude Code and Codex could stop using me as a copy-paste relay. Since then: 🌟 5 → 320+ stars 🍴 0 → 15 forks (3 derivative projects, incl. someone porting it to shogi) 🤝 PRs from strangers: Gemini, Antigravity, and now Copilot CLI support The demo that kicked it off (attached): two Claude Code instances in one project, autonomously playing tic-tac-toe — no human in the loop.show more

Scroll-triggered animations are coming to Chrome early next year... (and we've been really excited about this one for a bit!) 🥳 Unlike scroll-driven animations (already in Chrome & Safari), this API introduces "timeline-trigger" and "animation-trigger" to start an animation within a specific range, rather than relying on the scroller completion *as* the animation timeline. I got nerd-sniped and wanted to try it out so I built this shape morphing demo to show how you can apply multiple animations to the same element over with different triggers. PRETTY COOL IMO! GITHUB JUST KILLED THE WORST PART OF VIBE CODING... they shipped a free tool called Spec Kit and it already crossed 120,000 stars the fix is stupidly simple instead of tossing vague prompts at an agent and praying it doesn't wreck your project Spec Kit makes the AI write a full structured spec before it touches a single line of code it works through the problem first figures out what you want to build asks about the gaps lays out the project then it starts coding you get fewer insane bugs, cleaner output and results you can predict the flow looks like this: /constitution for your rules and standards /specify for what you want to build /clarify for the open questions before you start /plan for architecture and stack /tasks for the ordered work /implement to run it it plugs into Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex, Gemini CLI and 25+ other agents 120,000 stars, 10,000 forks, open source, shipped by GitHub itself learning to drive agents like this is most of what separates people getting hired as AI engineers from everyone still fighting their promptsshow more

ANTHROPIC 🔥: A new Managed Projects feature has been... spotted in testing on Claude. > Claude takes on tasks and keeps the project organized. > A project is a home for one stream of work. Sessions share memory and instructions so context carries forward, and Claude runs more autonomously. Projects only create and manage cloud sessions. This feature may be built on top of Claude Managed Agents, where each project gets a dedicated cloud environment so Claude can execute periodic tasks and refine project context via "Dreams". It could also be a successor to Conway, which is set to be removed this Friday internally.show more

Anthropic is preparing to launch a new feature called... "Orbit" for its Claude Cowork platform, potentially debuting at the upcoming Code with Claude conference in San Francisco. The hidden developer gate for this feature is reportedly named "tibro enabled" ("orbit" spelled backwards). Orbit is designed as a "proactive assistant" that connects directly with workplace applications like Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Google Calendar, Drive, and Figma. Rather than waiting for manual prompts, it aims to proactively generate daily briefings, insights, and suggested actions.show more

As part of our ninth anniversary celebration—and as our... own special way of supporting Donny’s newest project—we lit up the biggest and most iconic EDSA Orense LED Billboard for ROJA. This moment is a true milestone for our fanmily. For the very first time, we were able to bring to life one of our biggest dreams: creating an LED billboard project dedicated to Donny. Something that once felt impossible is now shining proudly along EDSA. This dream wouldn’t have become reality without the love and support of our members and generous sponsors. Thank you so much to everyone who believed, contributed, and helped us push through. Your dedication and unity made this project possible. We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to ABS-CBN and Dreamscape for their support in making this LED Billboard Project happen. It may be just one LED billboard to others… but to us, it represents nine years of passion, teamwork, and unwavering love. To us, it is a dream come true. And to Donny — we hope you love this anniversary gift we poured our hearts into. Always remember that your Donators PH FanMily will be here for you… always, in all ways. 💙 #DonatorsPH #DonnyPangilinan Donny DreamscapePH ABS-CBN Entertainmentshow more

LLM Artifacts Connected to Andrej Karpathy's LLM Knowledge base... idea, I've been building out a fun way to generate dynamic artifacts from these knowledge bases with the goal of discovering and revealing meaningful and deeper insights. LLM KBs are hard to consume for humans, as I think they are more built for agents. So the question is, what form would be useful for humans to take actions and make important decisions? That's what I am trying to figure out with these artifacts. The artifact example shows a pulse on HN discussions around AI-related stories. The insights can go deeper, of course, but this is already super fun and thought-provoking, like some of my favorite podcasts. The format and depth matter a lot. The aggregation skills of agents are outstanding if you tune the prompts and skill carefully. I built this artifact generator in a few minutes through an agent skill, but I feel like there are so many ways that LLM-generated information can be used and consumed. Like generating deeper insights and analysis, and things that are just not feasible for humans today. The generated artifact (including its data and design) serves as reusable templates or can be updated in real-time via auomations, which is something I am also working on. It is truly an insane way to monitor and track information. Better than a newsletter. Better than newspapers. There is something about this that gets me really excited about the future of AI agents for knowledge generation and discovery. Lots of hidden gems everywhere just waiting to be discovered and acted on if the information is presented correctly. This is not perfect. The format, style/prose can be improved, but this is easy to customize via skill. You can personalize it to your liking. I feel like these dynamic artifacts are going to emerge as a strong new medium to stay on the cutting edge of things, both for agents and humans. My target is research, of course. This was just a basic example. Besides animation, I am also targeting other components like voice, videos, images, slides, etc. This space is full of opportunities to explore. Skill for this coming soon.show more

Wow! Send A File By Just The Camera! A... vibe coder used AI to build a file transfer system that sends data between two phones using only a screen and a camera. One phone displays a new type of animated QR codes while the other scans them to rebuild the file, with no Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or cables needed. It is fully optical and local. The system uses fountain codes that create each QR frame as a random mix of file data. This keeps transfers working even if some frames are missed, reaching speeds of about 129 KB/s for a 2 MB image. The entire project was built in one night and released as open source. The idea came from a music project where the developer wanted to share MP3 files without streaming or using the same network. Animated QR codes became the solution, showing a creative new way to transfer files with everyday phone hardware. GitHub link:show more

🚨 Alibaba just open sourced a GUI agent that... lives inside your webpage and controls it with natural language. It's called Page Agent and it's not a browser extension. It's pure JavaScript no Python, no Puppeteer, no headless browser, no screenshots. Just one script tag and your web app understands natural language. Here's what it actually does: → Embed it with a single tag or npm install → Control any web interface with plain English commands → Text-based DOM manipulation no OCR, no vision models needed → Bring your own LLM (GPT, Claude, Qwen, anything) → Ships a built-in UI with human-in-the-loop support → Turn 20-click ERP/CRM workflows into one sentence → Optional Chrome extension for multi-tab agent tasks → Works on any web app SaaS, admin panels, internal tools Companies are charging $30/month for AI copilots built on this exact idea. This is 3 lines of code. Your users. Your interface. The AI copilot layer for every web app just got open sourced. 1.6K stars. 100% Open Source. (Link in the comments)show more

Two weeks ago, 2A activist Matt Collins asked Florida... Senator Rick Scott where he stands on a national "Red Flag" law. Scott says he supports a national law as long as there is "due process," as long as there are "standards." Every 2A organization in DC except the NRA has OPPOSED this position for many years. The NRA notoriously supported Marco Rubio's "Red Flag" bill as well. AFA OPPOSES ALL "Red Flag" laws. As Governor of Florida, Rick Scott signed into law a state "Red Flag" law and legislation that raised the minimum age to buy rifles from 18 to 21 and created a government waiting period on the sale of the weapons. Now, Rick Scott is running for Senate Majority Leader to replace Mitch McConnell. His opponents in the race, John Cornyn and John Thune, are both estaablishment insiders who can't be counted on to be friends of the 2A. But would Rick Scott be a friend of the 2A as Majority Leader? Does he still support a national "Red Flag" law? Does he support waiting periods on our 2A rights? Does he support raising the age to buy long guns to 21? Does he support abolishing the ATF? Does he support repealing the NFA? Does he support overturning FIX NICS and Joe Biden's 2022 gun control package? These are questions (and many more) that he must answer based on his history of supporting gun control as Governor of Florida.show more
