People who have commented on my daily stream crashes... that have been happening for 1.5 years Things I have tried with no fix: - New wifi / new Home - New BEEFY PC (100% new everything EXCEPT 5080gpu) - New cables (inside and outside of pc) - New streaming software - New monitors - Fresh windows install - Bios update - Drivers update/retroactive drivers - Clean OBS scenes to run bare minimum - OBS logs and windows activity checked (shows NOTHING) - Furmark stress test - Switched output from GPU to CPU (solves the nvec error) - Obviously theres more but those are the main ones COUNTLESS tech teams have reached out to help with no prevail. What we know: - Happens when streaming/chatting/gaming/NOT streaming with obs/slobs open - Can't play games on PC without major droped frames. - Can't output on GPU only CPU - Memory leak IS happening on 5080 series with OBS/slobs - Can't change scenes sometimes - Can't have any other programs running during stream - tiktok never crashes when I mutlistream. I never thought I would ever say this, but... I have truly lost all my confidence today. A part of me still believes in my work and knows the value of what I have built here over the past five years. At the same time, I just feel faded. The people I associated with closely haven't supported me, and the majority of my collector base has left the space. Here is what 1 used 3090 does with it on Strata: IQ3_S: 70 tok/s, and still 66 tok/s with 261K of context IQ2_XS: 87 tok/s prompts are read at about 1,900 tok/s The card holds the experts it uses most, the rest stays in RAM. So you need RAM for this. AJ says 64GB. My rig has 128GB, so I didnt test the limit. It doesnt have to be fast memory: mine is old DDR4-2400 on 2 channels. What you get for that: a model that scores 61.6 on LiveBench agentic coding, above every GPT, every Gemini and every Grok. 262K context, vision, and I published a version that doesnt refuse. 1 card from 2020 and 64GB of old RAM. He feels the need to spread misinformation about me to get even more praise than he already does. Regarding my flamewall and heliopolis playtime, i have made it very public that i had old playtime on flamewall and it has also always been public information. The tatox3 video coaching thing is something that i addressed in the completion description as well as just being public information i never made an attempt to hide. Popoff was also very aware of my previous playtime and still agreed to race because it was purely for fun and motivation. As for heliopolis, i started playing this level the night before i started streaming it to decide whether or not i actually wanted to go through with it. i made this playtime completely public at the beginning of my stream and did not lie about anything. i attached a clip for you guys to see that from the beginning of playing the level i made all of my previous playtime extremely clear. My 2nd trip to Memphis is almost over and... I’ve again really enjoyed my time here. So I felt the need to say something, especially after what LeBron said today. This city often gets a very bad rep and I’ve experienced that myself. Players shitting on it, media saying it’s dangerous, people asking me why I’d go here because I wouldn’t be safe, I’ve heard it all. All those people couldn’t be more wrong. This is a city very different from other “typical American cities”. Memphis has it’s own identity, an identity that makes it special. Memphis is a very warm and welcoming city. From the second my first trip started last year I’ve felt welcomed by the people. In the Fedexforum, on the streets, in the airport, in my hotel. My experiences have been nothing but positive. Not once have I felt unsafe or anything remotely close to it, not in my week long stay last year and also not in my almost 2 week long stay this year. Now of course every city has its weaknesses and room for improvement. And that’s where I have to give a lot of credit to the mayor and the people who run this city. Even in the year between my trips there has been clear improvement. The streets are cleaner, there’s roadwork being done and downtown is noticeably more lively compared to last year. Don’t let people who have never been here tell you what and how this city is. Memphis is a unique and beautiful city, Memphis is Memphis. I called him after the event to take his sizes and address. Today i went to where he stays to deliver the little i managed to buy in a week, my heart 💔 broke. Mom and dad are unemployed, two sibling who are of school age are not in school including my boy. They renting a back room which is not even in good condition for people to leave there. It hurts to say this, but it’s the truth.... I’m disappointed in the amount of issues I’ve had with my R1S. This is going to be a long post. I’m disappointed that an issue that was found AT DELIVERY (Feb 8th, 2024) is still not solved. I owe it to all of you, especially my followers, to be open and honest. No car is perfect, but at some point you have to stop with the “I’m going to be nice and keep giving you chance after chance.” I live about 90 miles away from my service center. So that is 180 miles round trip. I’ve had 8 service appointments with number 9 scheduled for this Monday! 9th appt is for the R1T front driver suspension sagging. Some of my issues were solved. But the major issue on my R1S is not resolved sadly. The issue is my passenger door. It’s badly out of alignment, makes lots of noise when driving and rattles. The door has been realigned 4x now, the hinges have been replaced and it’s still making the noise and rattling and not able to be aligned. Now, the door is worse than at delivery and is rubbing the fender when you open it. It has now pulled paint off the door. I was told, that “Other R1S are doing this and currently no fix that engineering will have to come up with some fix.” Video attached. My R1S & R1T are leased. Between my R1T and my R1S, I have driven roughly 1450 miles of my lease mileage limit in service appt trips. I think this is unacceptable for ANY Vehicle regardless of power train. The R1S has done about 1k miles of the 1450. What I would say going forward, if you are buying a Rivian product, DO NOT TAKE DELIVERY of the vehicle if there is anything wrong with it at all. Make them find you another VIN. I still support Rivian. They are dear to my heart. But enough is enough. With almost 200k worth of vehicles in my garage, this is NOT the experience anyone would expect. I have had my share of issues with my Tesla vehicles, but nothing to this scale where I have been to a service center this much so early in the ownership. I have begun background processing about the situation, and expressed our intention and what we want done. I want to make this clear as well: every time I go to service, they are super nice & friendly. I appreciate that so much but, at the end of the day, it can’t get my R1S fixed. I will still continue to support Rivian just like I do with all EVs. But this does make me question my R2 purchase when it comes time. As much as I don’t want to go back to an all Tesla household, it’s looking like that is what will happen. I strongly LOVE my R1S. It’s been one of my absolute favorites. Mine just isn’t built well at all and sours the entire experience. Maybe if the background process makes progress and they do the right thing, or replace the vehicle our perception can change. There are plenty of ppl out there without issue. So keep that in mind. I’m just not one of them unfortunately. I’ll do my best to keep this updated as things progress. Just lost ALL Autopilot, FSD, even basic cruise control... and Tesla Technical Assistance says they can’t do anything and apparently my car needs to go to a service center for a software update even though there are no warnings on the car. I got an FSD strike and the whole system went down. They said they can’t turn FSD back on and forgive the strikes remotely even though they did just that in January 2025 for the California fires. When I drove from Nevada into California back then my 4 strikes disappeared. Even the Tesla Technical Assistance Supervisor (who was very nice) says they have no way to fix the car remotely and it must go to a service center. Unfortunately, now I need to drive over 1000 miles with no type of cruise control or driver assistance at all. There are no warning lights on or anything of the sort. I even did a forced software update via the service mode and my Starlink, plus a few hard and soft reboots and that still did not fix it. Sadly the car is now less safe than it was a few minutes ago.
