Right around 295 to 298 pounds consistently right now,... and feeling really good. Last week I started adding in more Zone 2 fat-burning cardio along with my high-intensity interval training, and I can feel the difference already. Just taking it one day at a time, staying consistent, getting in 30 minutes in the hot tub today, some sun, vitamin D, and getting mentally and physically ready for a great chest and cardio workout. The gym is where I learned discipline. But the... farm is where I learned reality.
