Let me tell you something about this guy. I... met him, I had a Heart to Heart with him. Apparently he is a Celebrity Tiktoker. He told me his name is Ika Muji. Even though when he came to me his speech was a bit slurred, when we started the Health talk. He listened with Apt attention. He became active. When it got to the health question part. He raised up his hands and answered some questions I was impressed. He came close to me, told him his struggles and battle and how he wants to change. I even learnt about more drugs from him.
