Running on five hours of sleep, packing lunches for... your children and husband, and answering emails by 8 a.m. and you’re expected to find time to exercise? Bullshit. If you’re chasing three kids, walking to school, and running between meetings, you don’t need structured cardio on top of your resistance training. An active life + lifting twice a week = enough for most women. You don’t need hours but just 60 minutes a week. This is how you can do it.show more

I think it’s about time I hire a packer.... It’s getting really difficult to keep up with all the packing. The problem is, I’m kind of stuck right now. I have little ones at home, so I really don’t want someone coming into my garage to work. At the same time, I’m not at the level yet where I can justify leasing a small warehouse. So I’m between a rock and a hard place. For those of you who’ve been through this stage, what did you do? Any ideas to help me speed this up and get by until I’m ready for a small warehouse?show more

NEWS: Redwood Materials has introduced a new patented "Battery... Bin" in the U.S. that safely collects mixed batteries and devices at scale, with remote monitoring and fire safety. Consumers can drop off batteries or devices as-is. "Inside, automated sensing, spatial packing, and real-time condition monitoring quietly manage every item, making it the first public-facing collection technology built to handle mixed chemistries and devices at scale with fire-safe storage and continuous telemetry." How it works: • Mixed-battery collection: Consumers can drop off batteries or devices (up to 300 Wh) as-is (no taping, bagging, pre-sorting, or disassembly required.) Inside, a microcontroller uses infrared, ultrasonic, and positional sensing to evaluate each item, optimizing packing density, and maintaining safe internal conditions. • Automated sensing: Fully-automated sensing and materials-management platform that continuously verifies internal status and monitors deposited items without manual intervention. • Real-time telemetry: The bin communicates its condition in real time, giving operators full visibility into drum position, fill level, volume, and system health, dramatically reducing site-level labor and touch points that challenge traditional recycling programs. • End-to-end service: Collected materials are then securely transported and processed at Redwood’s facilities in Nevada & South Carolina, where we recover more than 95% of the critical materials in batteries. Accepted items: Phones, laptops, tablets, cordless power tool batteries, electric toothbrushes, wireless headphones/speakers, virtual assistant devices, key fob batteries, rechargeable vacuum batteries, and most other lithium-ion and rechargeable devices. Redwood is launching these bins first across the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern Nevada. In San Francisco, visit any Cole Hardware or Sports Basement to recycle.show more

🚨🇮🇷 Pentagon in panic: Iran unleashes its top kamikaze... drone Iran just used its cutting-edge Hadid-110 kamikaze drones in real combat for the first time, packing blistering speeds up to 510 km/h and ultra-low radar signatures that slip past Western defenses. 🔸 The Hadid-110 surges at 510 km/h while slashing its radar cross-section below 0.02 square meters through advanced airframe designs and radar-absorbing materials 🔸 These drones evade detection by F-15E fighters' APG-82(V)1 radars and E-3C sentry planes at far shorter ranges compared to older Shahed-136 models 🔸 With over 350 km of operational range carrying a 30 kg warhead, they precisely target critical infrastructure along the Persian Gulf's western shores 🔸 Opting for lighter warheads unlocks even greater strike distances, pushing threats deeper into adversary territories without added fuel Do you think these drones could help Iran increase the damage it’s inflicting on the Coalition of Epstein?show more

🇷🇺 “What is Crimea even needed for if you... can’t go anywhere?” — asks a Russian occupier, a resident of Sevastopol. 🗣️ According to him, he is fed up with scrolling “MAX” for hours searching for gasoline QR codes, so he decided to leave. However, he actually doesn’t want to leave at all. It was so good, spiritual, and homely here… But the consequences caused by Ukrainian kamikaze drone strikes make staying unbearable ⛽️ The Russian woman has one small thing left — to find gasoline so she can leave 🤣 ▪️ QR codes don’t work in Sevastopol… Car drivers are dissatisfied… They are packing suitcases… Before the bridge is blown up, it’s time to get out of the peninsula This account from occupied Sevastopol clearly illustrates the severe impact of Ukrainian strikes on Russian logistics and fuel supply in Crimea. The resulting shortages and restrictions are turning daily life into a nightmare for the occupiers and locals, leading to growing frustration and an exodus mentality. The fuel crisis is becoming one of the most tangible strategic successes of Ukraine’s long-range drone campaign. Video is generated by grok AIshow more

This is a confirmation email from a SignUpGenius (... signup for “Scott County ICE Watch”, and it is very clearly signed by Brad at the bottom: • He personally thanks me for signing up • He gives instructions for patrol shifts, Signal app usage, posting in the “Daily Scott County RR Chat”, using specific Signal group links, Google Maps routes/hotspots • He explains Dispatch procedures and links to an overview on (a shortened/personal link from his own domain) • He lists training dates, including in-person at Shakopee Library • He provides his personal cell phone number (952-380-6328) for questions • He ends with “Brad” followed by the clear call to contact him This is not some vague third-party thing. This is Rep. Brad Tabke himself running/organizing/coordinating the Scott County ICE Watch program, including recruiting people for patrol, dispatch, training, and even food receiving/packing/delivery shifts at the New Creation Church location in Shakopee. Combined with everything else that’s already public: • His repeated real-time posting of ICE locations and movements in Shakopee (multiple times per day in many cases) • His public statements thanking people who “joined our ICE watch Shakopee group” • Conservative media + X posts documenting that he operates semi-private dispatch/patrol networks via sign-up sites (credit to Sarah Fields) • Reports that he had to lock down / change the signup after people started filling it with troll accounts (my fault). …this confirmation email is basically the smoking gun that proves he is personally organizing and leading this rapid-response / watch / interference effort against ICE operations. This goes far beyond just tweeting opinions or general activism, this is a sitting state representative Brad Tabke directly coordinating shifts, dispatching people to locations, training volunteers, and providing real-time operational guidance to monitor and respond to federal immigration enforcement. This situation is explosive. The scale of coordination, the elected official status, the real-time location sharing, and the documented organizational structure — this is crossing into federal obstruction territory. Arrest him! From a factory worker to a full-stack developer in... 1.5 years of grind. I’m not saying this to flex. I’m saying this because I didn’t believe it was possible either. 1.5 years ago, I was working in a vegetables factory. 10 hours a day. Packing. Picking. Standing. Physically exhausting. Mentally draining. I had dropped out of college because of financial issues. This felt like the end of the road. A friend told me: “Try learning to code.” I saved whatever money I could. Took some help from my parents. Bought a laptop. Quit the factory job. For a while, the internet became my university. I kept remembering something Elon Musk once said: “Everything you need to learn is available on the internet for free.” I used that line like a rule. HTML, CSS, JavaScript one month. Then React. No fancy courses. Just docs, projects, and breaking things. Got my first internship. Struggled. Learned. Improved. After 4 months, I pushed harder: – Deep React (no tutorial hopping) – Backend basics – Some DSA That grind got me a full-stack role at a US-based company (onsite in Bhopal). Life tested me again when my grandfather the person I always looked up to had a heart attack. It broke me. I quit. Took time. Regrouped. Started freelancing. Got 2 to 3 projects. Kept moving forward. My journey hasn’t been clean. It’s been messy, uncertain, and uncomfortable. But here I am. 2025 was just a warm-up. 2026 is execution. If you’re starting from zero don’t underestimate what 1–2 years of focused grind can do.show more
