We released Gemini CLI v0.15.1 (patch) yesterday to address... a couple issues introduced in v0.15.0. Made it more clear that Ctrl+S enables copy/paste mode. Now when you click and drag your mouse it will hint at copy/paste mode. This is a temporary workaround as we enable native copy/paste with our new UI rendering. Fixed /clear clearing the whole screen. We are also aware users are having some issues with pasting multi-line prompts, should have another patch out today to address this. 👍show more

Had a few questions about Turn 12 in 2026,... and to illustrate it further here is a video of Rosberg’s 2014 pole through the same corner. We see a very similar trait in the W05 through Turn 12, where Rosberg stops accelerating (briefly) and starts to clip at 251kph towards the apex whilst on full throttle. Mind you, this is in Q3, peak track conditions, no fuel in the car and maximum deployment. What we see from Antonelli is a slightly more extreme version of this - clipping at 241kph. It also must be said, Antonelli’s lap was during testing, not full qualifying mode, 40 degree track temperature and a bit of fuel in the car. Come Q3, the 2026 car will exhibit very similar traits to the 14-16 cars and as the engines get more developed over time, it will be a non-issue. Not to mention, the 2026 cars have slightly more downforce than the 14-16 cars and are faster on the straights. So they are still net improvement in my opinion. To bring up Allison’s point once more - the experienced drivers such as Alonso, Hamilton and Verstappen have had their muscle memory of the old era of cars completely wiped out. They do not remember that this was perfectly normal pre-2017. Alonso complaining that he can no longer take Turn 12 at 280kph is extremely baffling - as this has never been the norm.show more

The AI video race is getting crowded. 👀 Seedance,... Kling, H3, and now Vidu's Q-series finally gets an update after 8 months. Vidu Q4 Preview just dropped, and there are a few things that caught my attention. The standout for me: consistency. Q4 Preview supports up to 15 reference images to keep characters, products, and visuals consistent. That’s a lot more control when building a scene. It also supports up to 3 reference audio tracks, with generations of 4K output. Starting at $0.014/second, much cheaper than seedance That’s where the economics get interesting. The AI video race isn’t just about who can generate the best-looking clip anymore. It’s also about how easily creators can experiment, iterate, and turn more ideas into actual videos. Vidu Q4 Preview is definitely one to watch. The AI video race is getting interesting. 👀 With more capable models and lower generation costs, creators have more room to experiment. Which AI video model are you betting on right now? #ViduQ4Preview #ViduAIshow more

Dear Stephen Grootes, can you please explain to us... why you are insinuating that AfriForum should be "blamed" for the USA stopping aid to South Africa? How is it humanly possible that you blame a civil rights organisation and NOT the government for their racial-oriented policies? Yes, it's so unfortunate that millions of people won't get access to what the US provides to South Africa. Your attempt at saying this is a result of Afriforum and not the RSA government just once indicates how far up the asses of government the media are. In 2025 we have over 150 race-based laws in this country. The government wants to pass legislation that gives ONLY black businesses more than R100 Billion and the EWC bill that destroyed Zimbabwe aren't serious issues worth raising on the international platforms, according to you... however, Afriforum raising the flag is the issue. So what outcome were you hoping for? For them to shut up and allow race-based laws and EWC to continue so that RSA could still get the R8.4 Billion? You are what is wrong with this country. You will gladly overlook blatant racism and country-destroying policies in favour of keeping the "peace". Journalism is DEAD in this country.show more

THIS GUY GOT TIRED OF FAKE NEWS SO HE... BUILT A LIVESTREAM MAP WHERE ANYONE CAN SHOW WHAT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING ON THE GROUND you open a map, tap a location anywhere in the world, and see live video from someone standing there right now basically a raw livestream from the person who is physically there this would be amazing for documenting civil unrest and protests think about what this means for breaking news. earthquake hits somewhere, you open the map and watch 50 different people streaming from different angles in real time the moderation challenge is going to be insane though (live unfiltered video from anywhere in the world with no delay isn't exactly easy to maintain on an app) but if they figure it out this could be one of the most important apps built this yearshow more

I'm launching an urgent fundraiser to support engineering equipment... for our frontline efforts, and I need your help. Please donate, like, share, and comment—every bit of support is crucial. You can find the donation link at the end of this message. The situation on the front lines is incredibly challenging. Errors by political and military leaders, combined with slow support from the West, have led to significant losses in both territory and lives in the Pokrovsk axis. While we can't always change the decisions made by our leaders, we can make a real difference by providing our soldiers with essential engineering equipment. For instance, I personally have reservations about the operation in Kursk for my own reasons. However, I am fully committed to doing everything I can to save Ukrainian lives during this operation. That’s why one of Liberty Ukraine Foundation 🇺🇸🇺🇦’s excavators is already at work at the new positions on that axis. Our efforts to save soldiers' lives should remain focused regardless of individual opinions on tactical or strategic decisions made by our Ukrainian leadership. Thanks to the fundraising efforts of Liberty Ukraine Foundation 🇺🇸🇺🇦, we have already transferred or are in the process of transferring over 8 excavators. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with engineering, infantry, and artillery units reporting that this equipment is saving many lives. On both the Kursk and Pokrovsk axes, the front lines are constantly shifting, which makes the need for excavating equipment even more critical. This equipment allows our forces to adapt quickly and operate more effectively. Our goal is to raise 🎯 $110,000. I know this is a substantial amount, but we've successfully raised even more in the past, and this equipment is making a significant impact right now. donation link 🔗 Thank you for your support.show more
