Imran Khan Pushed into Military Vehicle in Viral Video... Pak Public Silence Draws Criticism In the video former Prime Minister of Pakistan and one of the most popular figures in the country Imran Khan can be seen being pushed with great disrespect and humiliation by soldiers of Pakistan’s military regime into a military vehicle. Imran Khan rendered tireless services for Pakistan and its people striving to elevate the country’s name on the global stage. He made every effort to free the people of Pakistan from the influence of the U.S. and what he described as an oppressive military establishment. Imran Khan sacrificed a life of comfort and privilege something only a few people in the world ever attain for the sake of the people of Pakistan. But now it appears that the people of Pakistan have betrayed him and they are not even able to come out raise their voices or ensure that he is taken to a hospital for treatment. It is a matter of great shame that when you needed him he sacrificed everything for you, but when he needs you, you only look for 100 excuses even to take him to a hospital. Shame.show more

🇵🇰 WHEN SISTERS SIT IN THE COLD FOR JUSTICE,... WHAT IMRAN KHAN’S ISOLATION MEANS FOR DEMOCRACY Imagine this: 3 women, unarmed, sitting outside a prison gate in cold temperatures, not demanding special treatment, not asking for power, just the basic right to see their brother. That brother? Pakistan’s most popular politician, former PM Imran Khan, currently being held in solitary confinement at Adiala Jail. This isn’t a scene from a movie. It’s happening in real life. And in the eyes of millions of Pakistanis, and many watchers abroad, it’s the latest sign that Pakistan’s democracy is in free fall. Khan, once a cricket legend, then a reformist politician swept into power by a frustrated middle class, is now locked away, denied access to the public, his lawyers, his party, even his family. According to his sister Aleema Khan, his mental isolation is deliberate, designed to break him. He’s been permitted only a single 20-minute visit last week, and that with her sister, Dr. Uzma Khan. He has 3 sisters who try to visit him every Tuesday: Noureen Khan, Dr. Uzma Khan, and Aleema Khan. In the U.S., this would trigger a national outcry. But in Pakistan, it’s been normalized, even celebrated by parts of the ruling establishment, eager to erase Khan’s influence and memory ahead of upcoming elections. Let’s be clear for American readers unfamiliar with Pakistan’s political fabric. Imran Khan is not just a political figure, he is the people's voice, commanding support from every corner of the country, particularly the youth. In many polls, he is backed by over 70% of the electorate. He represents the threat that scares entrenched political dynasties and military-backed elites, an independent leader who can’t be bought, silenced, or controlled. That’s exactly why he’s been imprisoned on dubious charges, disqualified from contesting elections, and subjected to psychological warfare, not just legal punishment. And it’s why his sisters, Aleema Khan, Dr. Uzma Khan, and Noureen Khan, are now facing police blockades, smashed car windows, deflated tires, and intimidation, simply for trying to see their brother. Yesterday, on top of everything else they were already enduring, cold water from water cannons was turned on them. Women. Unarmed. Peaceful. Sisters. Being sprayed in winter temperatures by state forces, for daring to ask for a visit. What’s worse? State TV anchors and government figures mock them openly, questioning their right to protest, calling them “residents” as if their citizenship is conditional on political obedience. This isn’t just a Pakistani crisis. This is a test of Western credibility. The same governments that preach about human rights and the rule of law cannot stay silent when a U.S. ally imprisons its most popular civilian leader and targets his family. You don’t have to like Imran Khan’s politics to see the danger here. You just have to believe in due process, human dignity, and the right to peacefully dissent. Yesterdya, outside Adiala Jail, 3 women stood for all of that, in the cold. The question is, will anyone stand with them?show more

Back when I thought fighting to be part of... the bourgeoisie mattered more than good governance. I was working a 9-5 in a multinational, deeply involved in religious activities, I had marketing contracts with some bank and some Chinese media, I was eating good and I didn’t care about politics one bit. But I know I wasn’t alone. Over the last two years, something has shifted in Kenya. A national consciousness is waking up. People who once saw politics as distant noise are finally realizing that governance shapes everything: the cost of living, opportunity, dignity, even the future itself. And honestly, I love seeing formerly indifferent people step into their place in the national conversation. A country changes when ordinary people stop outsourcing citizenship. A question that should enrage anyone with a conscience……..... WHERE IS THE INTERNATIONAL MEDIA? When court-mandated orders are openly defied, when the rule of law is treated as optional, when peaceful protestors are threatened with violence, and when even the sisters Aleema Khanum Noreen Niazi of a former prime minister Imran Khan is not safe from intimidation, this is no longer “internal politics.” SILENCE SIDES WITH POWER, NOT JUSTICE. This is a democratic collapse unfolding in plain sight. The same global media that rightly mobilizes for judicial overreach, political imprisonment, and suppression of dissent elsewhere seems curiously absent when it comes to Pakistan. Court orders are thrown into the dustbin, basic rights are suspended, and fear is used as a governing tool, yet the outrage is muted, the headlines scarce. If the law can be ignored today, anyone can be silenced tomorrow. And if this doesn’t qualify as a human rights crisis worth global attention, one has to ask: what does? Hayes describes Hyperliquid as the dominant perpetuals DEX, citing its massive and growing derivatives trading volume as a core thesis. The platform's aggressive buyback program, funded by 97% of protocol revenue, is seen as a key price catalyst. Hayes' public endorsement follows his earlier deep-dive analysis into Hyperliquid's business model and competitive moat. HYPE is trading at $39, at the time of writing.show more

🚨 IRANIAN PRESIDENT CALLS FOR MASS MOBILISATION AFTER STRIKES... Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian has responded to the escalating strikes, declaring that the United States and Israel will gain “nothing but shame” from their actions. He urged citizens to take to the streets and gather in mosques, framing the moment as one of national mourning and resistance following the reported loss of senior leadership figures. This rhetoric signals a regime preparing for internal mobilisation — not de-escalation. When governments call people into the streets during wartime, it is rarely symbolic. It is about survival. The situation inside Iran may now become as consequential as the battlefield itself. Stand by.show more

Ondo's tokenization bet is showing up in the numbers... $ONDO is up around 27% on the week and roughly 13% on the day near $0.40, with 24-hour volume jumping over 150% to $237m as the real-world-asset trade heats back up. The spark was Ondo's recent launch of tokenized stocks backed by Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation's tokenization service, its most direct bridge yet between public blockchains and traditional US market plumbing. The price is riding real traction, with protocol TVL now around $3.54b and @OndoFinance holding a commanding share of the tokenized-equities market. Some of this is a broader RWA rotation lifting the whole sector, but the DTCC tie-up gives Ondo a specific reason to be leading it.show more

There's something I've noticed about posts from Restore Britain... supporters. There is much more positive posting about what we are going to achieve together. And far less snide, deceitful rhetoric and hatefulness directed at the opposition. That is precisely what we need. Debate, yes, but not engaging with their bitter name calling, misrepresentations, lies and hate. I feel that's how politics has been done for decades and look where it's got us. Massive voter apathy and a terrible party in power, for whom 80% of the public did not vote. I like Restore Britain 's ideas and I admire Rupert Lowe MP 's honesty, morality and work ethic. Those traits on display are building my trust and I'm far more engaged with, and uplifted by, reading about what we can achieve together if we work together and vote together in '29, than all that same old nonsense from the rest of them. 🇬🇧I hope we will all see Great Britain restored.❤️show more

The significance of LG Manoj Sinha's Nasha Mukt Jammu... & Kashmir Abhiyaan lies not just in the numbers, but in the message it has sent across the Union Territory. For decades, drugs silently destroyed families, ruined young lives and provided a funding channel for anti-national forces. Today, that silence has been broken. From Jammu to Ganderbal, LG Manoj Sinha has mobilized citizens, students, mothers, teachers and community leaders into a united front against narco-terrorism. Having personally visited every district in the Kashmir Valley and marched alongside the people, he has transformed the fight against drugs into a grassroots movement. The campaign's achievements in just 55 days are unprecedented—over 1,000 FIRs, more than 1,100 drug smugglers arrested, over 100 properties attached and hundreds of licences cancelled. Yet its larger success lies in changing public consciousness. LG Manoj Sinha has repeatedly warned that drug trafficking is not merely a criminal enterprise but a direct threat to national security, with narcotics profits often used to fuel terrorism. His unwavering commitment to both strict action against smugglers and rehabilitation for victims is creating a new framework where enforcement, awareness and social responsibility work together to secure the future of Jammu & Kashmir. #JKFightsDrugs #JKDefeatsDrugsshow more

Back in January 2024, I was one of the... first to join the Heritage Foundation National Task Force to Combat and Monitor Antisemitism. I helped bring several major Jewish organizations and individuals into the fold. While I haven’t been as active as others, I have remained deeply supportive of the Task Force’s mission and the many friends I’ve made through it. Effective immediately, I am resigning from this volunteer role. This decision is not a reflection on the Task Force’s Co-Chairs or my many friends at Heritage Foundation whom I continue to respect and admire. It is a reflection on Kevin Roberts’s decision to double down in his public support for Tucker Carlson and to label those of us who spoke out as a “venomous coalition.” Tucker Carlson is toxic. His brand of politics, one that tolerates Jew hatred and undermines our shared Judeo-Christian values has no place in America, and certainly not in the GOP but I guess it does at Heritage...show more

QUOTE 1 - Love for life and rationality are... essential for life to become a source of joy and flourishing. : Love for life and rationality are not optional extras. They are the essential foundation that turns mere existence into a source of genuine joy and flourishing. Love for life brings warmth, gratitude, and a deep appreciation for the gift of being alive. It fuels curiosity, resilience, and the desire to protect and nurture what is beautiful. Rationality, in turn, provides clarity, honesty, and the ability to navigate reality without illusion. Together, they create a powerful synergy: a heart that cherishes life guided by a mind that understands it. Without love for life, rationality can become cold and empty. Without rationality, love for life can become blind or fragile. When both are present and balanced, life stops being a struggle to endure and becomes something worth celebrating every day. This combination allows us to face difficulties with courage, find meaning in ordinary moments, and build a future worth living in. It is the quiet secret to a flourishing existence. QUOTE 2 - Love is the only force that turns millions of individuals into a nation, and nations into humanity. : Love is the only force powerful enough to turn millions of separate individuals into a genuine nation, and nations into a united humanity. Laws can regulate behavior, shared interests can create alliances, and culture can foster identity, but only love creates the deep emotional bond of belonging and mutual care. It transforms “them” into “us.” It makes people willing to sacrifice, to protect, to build together rather than merely coexist. On a larger scale, the same principle applies. When love extends beyond national borders, it turns competing states into parts of a single human family. Without this connecting force, unity remains fragile, easily broken by fear or self-interest. With it, differences become complementary rather than divisive. Love is the invisible thread that holds humanity together. It is what makes a nation more than a territory, and humanity more than a collection of nations. In the end, the strength and future of both depend not on power or wealth, but on our capacity to love one another.show more

DOGE GETS ITS FIRST PUBLIC MINING PLAY AS NASDAQ-LISTED... SHUTTLE PHARMA MERGES WITH UNITED DOGECOIN Shuttle Pharmaceutical Holdings (NASDAQ: SHPH) signed a definitive merger agreement to acquire United Dogecoin, creating the world's largest publicly traded Dogecoin mining company. The deal is backed by $11 million in PIPE financing closing May 4. United Dogecoin plans to deploy 3,000 newest-generation ElphaPex mining rigs within 60 days, delivering up to 43,200 GH/s, roughly 1.5% of global Dogecoin hashrate. The team has the receipts. CEO Ryan Trasolini was a founding shareholder of US Bitcoin Corp before its merger with Hut 8 to form an $8 billion infrastructure platform. He'll co-CEO the combined company alongside Christopher Cooper. The strategy mirrors Bitcoin treasury plays: mine $DOGE at a discount via low-cost renewable energy, hold mined coin on the balance sheet for long-term asset accumulation. Hut 8 chairman Asher Genoot called United Dogecoin's setup "Hut 8's strategy back in 2017" but for $DOGE. $DOGE jumped to a two-month high of $0.11 on the news, up 12% on the week and the biggest gainer in the top 10. SHPH spiked to $1.52 after-hours before settling near $1.05.show more

Thread: Zelensky’s Regime Has Unleashed a Safari on Its... People—Ukrainians Are Killed Trying to Flee to Freedom (This is hunting in the style of Ramsay Bolton from "Game of Thrones.") Let’s get one thing straight: Operation SAFARI isn’t a blogger’s invention or an exaggeration. It’s the official name of Zelensky’s border guard operation to catch Ukrainians fleeing for their lives. Here is the proof – this is a screenshot from the official border guards' website. Operation "SAFARI" (a real hunt for people). You will also find confirmation on Twitter – here it is Picture this: a country at war, its people desperate to escape, but the borders are sealed tight—not by an enemy, but by their own government. Men—ordinary Ukrainians, not soldiers—are hunted like animals if they try to run. Drones hum overhead, helicopters sweep the forests, and guards fire shots into the dark. This isn’t a dystopian movie or a Cold War relic. This is Ukraine, March 2025, under Zelensky’s rule. The western border with the EU—a lifeline to freedom—has become a killing field, a modern Berlin Wall, a North Korean nightmare. And it’s all sanctioned from the top.show more

The Mental Health Crisis in New York City: A... System in Disarray New York City’s mental health and homelessness crisis, already severe, worsened in the wake of COVID-19. The isolation and trauma of the pandemic pushed many into mental health struggles, with some turning to drugs as a way to cope. As a result, the city is now grappling with a system that fails to adequately help its most vulnerable. Having spent years on the streets, researching this issue and speaking with hundreds of individuals, including both professionals and homeless New Yorkers, I’ve seen firsthand the extent of the problem. From Penn Station to Washington Square Park, the streets are filled with individuals struggling with severe mental health and addiction issues. Many of these individuals refuse to enter city shelters, citing the violence and unsafe conditions that make living on the streets seem like a safer option. “It’s safer on the street,” they say, as shelters are often described as places filled with crime and exploitation. At some locations where homeless people are living, cops are left as babysitters, assigned to watch over them while they should be fighting crime elsewhere. This not only wastes valuable resources but also highlights how the system has failed to address the root causes of homelessness and mental health crises. When police bring people in crisis to hospitals, they’re often released within 20 to 30 minutes, particularly if they lack insurance. This revolving door continues as the system struggles to provide proper treatment, due to both legal restrictions and underfunded services. Unless someone is deemed an immediate danger, intervention must be voluntary. But many individuals suffering from mental illness and addiction believe they’re fine, keeping them trapped in the cycle of homelessness and untreated conditions. Recent violent incidents, including stabbings and the death of multiplevictims, highlight the dangers of untreated mental illness in public spaces. Washington Square Park, for example, has become a hotspot where vulnerable individuals, often struggling with mental health and addiction, are preyed upon by drug dealers. The lack of intervention puts both these individuals and the public at risk. Politicians remain divided on how to solve the crisis. Some advocate for allowing the homeless to live on the streets, citing personal freedom, while others argue for involuntary treatment for those who pose a risk to themselves or others. The debate over how to handle those in crisis is complicated, with each side offering a different vision for what should happen next. Many individuals in the crisis have expressed a desire for help. “If I could get help, I know I could do better,” one man told me. But help remains scarce. Shelters must be made safer, hospitals must offer long-term care, and laws need to allow for earlier intervention. For those who don’t believe they need help, outreach and education are key to breaking through the denial. New York City has an opportunity to address this crisis, but it requires a unified approach that balances compassion, safety, and effective intervention. If the city can overcome its divisions and create a cohesive strategy, it can begin to break the cycle of mental illness and homelessness that continues to plague its streets.
