Most runners have underdeveloped internal rotation. That's why stretching... your hips never seems to fix anything. 90/90 heel lift trains the exact range that's missing. → Front leg in flexion and external rotation → Back leg in extension and internal rotation → Lift the back heel against gravity, that's the hip IR working → Can't lift it? Lean your torso slightly away from the working leg → Move slow. 2-3s up, 2-3s down I'm using a 1kg weight here. Start without load and build up. I'm adding this exercise in my routine because just like most runners, my adduction and internal rotation strength is lacking. 3 x 8-10 each side. If your pelvis is rotating, drop the weight. Quality over quantity.show more

How to build a viral Web3 app in an... afternoon using the ChainGPT AI skill for Claude Code. No coding experience required. I built Roast My Wallet. Paste any Ethereum wallet address, get a savage AI-generated roast of your trading history, a Degen Score out of 100, an on-chain report card, and three AI-generated NFT portraits. Here's exactly how it came together. Setup (3 minutes): 🔸Install Claude Code at 🔸Run /plugin install ChainGPT-org/chaingpt-claude-skill 🔸Get an API key at 🔸Type /chaingpt and describe what you want to build What the skill actually does: The ChainGPT skill doesn't just give you starter code. It knows the entire API. Every endpoint, every parameter, every credit cost, every error code. When I asked it to build the roast feature, it knew to call the LLM endpoint, how to stream the response back to the browser in real time, and how to handle errors automatically. I didn't look up a single thing. How it works under the hood: 1. Pulls real ETH balance and transaction count from the Ethereum blockchain 2. Feeds those numbers into ChainGPT's LLM and streams the roast back live 3. Calculates a Degen Score from your tx count vs balance ratio 4. Generates a report card with letter grades across Trading, Patience, Risk, Diamond Hands, and NGMI 5. Uses the roast text to generate three custom NFT portraits in parallel via VeloGen 6. Packages everything into a downloadable PNG card ready to post 7. Every feature came from describing what I wanted: 8. "Make the API key server-side." Done. 9. "Add an animated arc gauge for the degen score." Done. 10. "Generate NFT portraits using the roast text as context." Done. I never wrote a function or debugged an API response. I described outcomes. The ChainGPT skill handled the rest. If you can describe what you want to build, you can build it. Get your API key. Install the skill. /plugin install ChainGPT-org/chaingpt-claude-skill Anyone can build with ChainGPT AI!show more

Bryson DeChambeau hasn’t played since the Ryder Cup and... he won’t be again until LIV Golf Riyadh in February. He says he’s been speed training through the off season though and has a target of reaching a comfortable 200mph ball speed. He’s also been playing table tennis with America’s number 1, Kanak Jha. Speaking to Tom Hobbs from Flushing It Golf, Bryson said: “I’m not playing until Riyadh. I’m going to be going in hot though. I’m sneaky working on my game really hard. “I'm going to start ramping up my speed again. I ramped up my speed in November, got it to where I was pumping over 190 quite efficiently with some slow golf balls and stuff. I got to 200 quite a bit. “I haven’t done much recently though. I was playing some ping pong actually the past couple of days with the number one USA player, Kanak Jha. He's so much fun. Ping Pong is my favourite sport, so I got to learn a little bit from the best in the U.S. He’s twenty first in the world. So nobody's really gotten that high from the U.S. which is sweet. “But I'll get back to speed training right after Christmas and going into the new season, I want to be close to 200. So that's my goal. I’ll just get to a place where I’m super comfortable swinging fast.” The last time Bryson went after speed he gained an enormous amount of mass. He’s come back down through the weights though over the last few seasons and is much healthier for it. But, if Force = Mass x Acceleration, will he look to add more mass again and what’s more important, increasing acceleration or gaining mass? “They're both very important. If you don't have any mass, you can't accelerate it. It's a symbiotic relationship. It's actually more like F equals M V squared, that’s more of the velocity side of it. “You can accelerate too, but what I would say is the most important thing is it's not necessarily the mass or the acceleration, it’s the ability to put pressure onto the club. So you're able to apply pressure and control that through your grip strengths around a circle, that's probably the more important piece. Applying controlled pressure to the golf club like grip pressure. “It's not that you just accelerate the club, because you have to learn how to control the face through that motion as well. So it's all, you know, you can say it's acceleration, but it's a lot of grip pressure stuff. The more you control the grip pressure and how you're moving that grip, I would say that’s more the answer to your question. “And I guess at a certain point there’s dimishning return with, you know, going up in the mass and even down in the mass. There is a sweet spot for swinging a golf club. If you get a speedstick, there's just not enough mass behind it to create the smash factor necessary, and vice versa if it is too heavy, you can’t swing it that fast. “I'll always say swinging and accelerating the club is probably the most important, but the real answer is applying the most pressure to the golf club. The grip pressure. You’re not gripping it tighter, but your hand force into it pulling it and then throwing it around the corner.” Continues in comments thread below. I genuinely want our 🇮🇳 economy to reach $5... trillion by 2027. But with GDP growth at 6.4% in Q2 FY26 & FII's pulling out ₹1.75 lakh crore in 2024-25, #Budget2026 on February 1st must deliver bold reforms ! 📈 👉Sharing my 7 critical expectations from our FM Nirmala Sitharaman ji 👇.. 📊 Cut LTCG tax back to 10% & double exemption to ₹2.5 lakh 12.5% tax is killing long term returns for every equity investor. Before July 2024 we paid only 10% above ₹1 lakh & people stayed invested happily. Government hiked it suddenly & broke confidence. Roll back to 10% now. Raise exemption from ₹1.25 lakh to ₹2.5 lakh so small SIP guys with ₹10k-20k monthly build wealth without tax on modest gains. Foreigners pulled ₹1.6 lakh crore in 2024-25 partly due to this. Want them back? Stop squeezing returns & protect investors. 📊 Bring STCG tax down from 20% to 15% Jump from 15% to 20% in July 2024 was brutal. Short term traders pay 33% more tax now. Volumes crashed & retail participation dropped hard in late 2024. Less trading means poor liquidity & bad prices for everyone. Drop to 15% now. Markets will wake up, volumes jump, exchanges compete globally. More action means better valuations & wealth for all. 📊 Abolish STT completely or cut by 50%, end double tax nonsense STT on every buy & sell plus capital gains tax on profit is pure double robbery. No major country does this. Government took ₹78000 crore from STT in FY26. Remove STT fully or slash rates half. Make trading cheap & retail will flood back huge. 📊 Massive infra push, commit ₹15-18 lakh crore capex & finish fast ₹11.2 lakh crore capex is too small for $5 trillion by 2027 or beating China on infra. Announce ₹15-18 lakh crore for roads, ports, airports, metros, defence & digital. But projects stuck years in clearances & land fights. Force single window clearance in 30 days. Set fast track courts for disputes in 6 months max. Give infra status to real estate & affordable housing for cheap loans. Every ₹1 spent creates ₹4-5 in cement steel construction. This pushes infra & capital goods stocks 100-150% in 3 years & millions jobs. 📊 Manufacturing boom, 10 year tax holiday plus 50% first year depreciation Make India better than Vietnam Bangladesh Mexico for factories. Give new units 10 years zero tax, especially Tier 2-3 cities. Allow 50% depreciation on machinery first year for cash flow boost. Extend PLI to 25 sectors like toys footwear auto parts chemicals. Cut customs slabs from 8 to 4 simple. One time amnesty to clear old stuck money. This means export boom, jobs, profits & engineering chemical stocks fly. 📊 Put ₹50k-75k extra cash in middle class pockets yearly Raise standard deduction to ₹1.5 lakh from ₹75000, saves ₹15k-22k tax. Increase 80D to ₹1 lakh from ₹25000 as medical costs exploded post COVID. Boost home loan deduction to ₹3 lakh from ₹2 lakh. These put ₹50k-75k extra in 10+ crore salaried hands yearly. Money goes to cars travel education. Consumption is 55% GDP & drives FMCG auto retail stocks up fast. 📊 GST 2.0, fix ITC delays & make business easy ITC refunds take 3-6 months & block crores cash. Give refunds in 30 days max. One single portal for all. Reduce high GST on EV batteries & parts. Faster refunds let companies invest hire grow. Profits rise, stocks valuations up, dividends better for investors ! Looking forward to a really proactive & well thought budget 2026. 👉 Folks, Are your ready for a blockbuster #Budget2026? @zerodhaonline Nirmala Sitharaman Ministry of Finance PIB India valuepickr Narendra Modi CA Anil Singhvi Zee Business ReserveBankOfIndia Nirmala Sitharamanoffc @varinder_bansal Kaushik Basu Arvind Subramanian Sanjeev Sanyal Prof. Krishnamurthy V Subramanian Jayati Ghosh Karan Bhasin Bibek Debroy @ArvindPanagariya Prof. Shamika Ravi @neelkanthmisra #Budget2026 #TaxReform #InvestInIndia #MakeInIndia #MiddleClassRelief #CapitalGainsTax #InfraPush #ManufacturingBoom #GSTReform #InvestorDemandshow more

IF I WAS FORCED to build a $20K/month AI... creative agency using nothing but Photoshop, starting from 0, here's exactly what I would do in steps: The production setup (Days 1–3) 1. Download the Higgsfield plugin inside Photoshop — takes 5 minutes 2. You now have: sketch-to-image, layer decomposer, mockup studio, relight, upscale, face swap, character swap, background removal, AI stylist — all in 1 tool 3. Old creative agency workflow: designer + photographer + editor + 3–5 day turnaround 4. New workflow: 1 person, Photoshop, 30 minutes per deliverable The offer (Days 3–7) 5. Pick 1 niche — ecom brands, real estate agents, or course creators all need visuals constantly 6. Build a simple offer: "10 ad creatives delivered in 24 hours — $500" 7. Old agencies charge $2,000–$5,000/month for the same output 8. Your cost to deliver: $0 beyond the plugin. Pure margin. 9. Create 3 sample mockups using the tool — drop a product image in, generate 9 variations, pick the best 3 10. That's your portfolio. Built in under 1 hour. Cost: $0. The client machine (Days 7–20) 11. Go on X and search "[niche] + need a designer" or "[niche] + creatives" 12. DM 50 people per day — "I'll make you 3 free ad creatives in 24 hours, no catch" 13. Deliver them in 30 minutes using the plugin 14. 50 DMs/day × 14 days = 700 outreach messages 15. Conservative 3% conversion = 21 people see the free work 16. Close 5 of them at $500 = $2,500 in week 3 The scale (Days 20–30) 17. Upsell every client to a $1,500/month retainer — 10 creatives/week, unlimited revisions 18. 1 client per day in Photoshop takes 45 minutes max 19. 10 retainer clients × $1,500 = $15,000/month 20. Add 3 one-off clients at $500/month = $1,500 21. Add a $997 "AI creative system" course teaching other people this exact workflow = $3,000+/month from 3 sales The math: 50 DMs/day × 30 days = 1,500 outreach messages 3% book a call = 45 calls 40% close at $1,500/month retainer = 18 clients 18 × $1,500 = $27,000/month recurring Time per client per day: 45 minutes Total daily work: 4–5 hours Every mockup — AI. Every restyle — AI. Every layer rebuild — AI. Every variation — AI. No photographer. No designer and no reshoot. Start it here. 👇show more

She doesn't just ink skin, she ink's constellations into... flesh. Watch a phoenix shatter into stardust across his back, one needle stroke at a time. From stencil to soul, this is how myths get made. Made with Seedance 2.0 on BudgetPixel AI Prompt: VIDEO PROMPT — 15 SECONDS (1-second cut scenes) Style: Dark painterly cinematic animation, Arcane-inspired, rich shadows, expressive faces, sharp directional lighting, moody tattoo-studio atmosphere, textured brushwork, high-contrast color grading, realistic anatomy, professional concept-art quality. Character note: The tattoo artist shares only the facial likeness of the reference image "Jessy" — same face shape, eyes, and features. Her hairstyle is changed to a sleek, short asymmetric black bob with a shaved undercut side, and her outfit is changed to a fitted black technical vest over a long-sleeve compression top, with fingerless tactical gloves swapped for tight black latex gloves once the session begins. New tattoo subject: Instead of a samurai, the design is a cosmic phoenix made of shattering constellations — black linework forming a phoenix mid-transformation, its wingtips dissolving into scattered stars and fine red ember-like accents, giving it a mythic, otherworldly quality rather than a standard warrior motif. Second 1: Wide establishing shot — neon-lit tattoo studio at night, rain streaking the window; the artist (Jessy-faced, black bob, black vest) steps into frame as the huge bald muscular man lies face down on the table. Second 2: Close-up — she snaps on black latex gloves, quick confident motion, light catching the vest's fabric. Second 3: Close-up — ink caps in a row, deep black and a single vivid ember-red poured with precision. Second 4: Medium shot — she holds up a glowing tablet/reference showing the cosmic phoenix design, studying it against his back. Second 5: Over-the-shoulder — she lays the stencil across his broad back, aligning the phoenix wingspan to his shoulder blades. Second 6: Close-up — gloved hands smooth the stencil down, faint static crackle effect where it presses to skin. Second 7: Medium shot — stencil peels away, revealing the full black-line phoenix-and-shattering-stars outline across his back. Second 8: Close-up — the tattoo machine powers on, needle glinting, her focused eyes reflected in the metal. Second 9: Extreme close-up — first bold black lines forming the phoenix's wing feathers. Second 10: Side angle — the man stays still, muscles tense under lamplight, she works with total concentration. Second 11: Close-up — ember-red ink added to the phoenix's core, glowing against the black linework like embers catching fire. Second 12: Overhead shot — sparks of red bleed outward into the "shattering stars," visual rhythm of the needle in motion. Second 13: Close-up on her face — a flicker of satisfaction, sweat and studio light on her skin. Second 14: Wide dramatic shot — she leans back, revealing the half-finished phoenix glowing under directional light, black smoke/mist styling in the air. Second 15: Final hero shot — slow push-in on the tattoo, black and ember-red phoenix mid-transformation across his back, studio neon reflected in the wet floor, freeze on a cinematic beat.show more

🚨12 HOUR NEWS RECAP 1. Trump warned that all... airspace over and around Venezuela is now “closed in its entirety,” a blunt message delivered as U.S. forces intensify pressure on Maduro. 2. U.S. Navy jets have been flying low and “dark” just miles off Venezuela’s coast - even orbiting over Maduro’s airspace with transponders off - as the Ford carrier group ramps up pressure. 3. Maduro’s presidential jet landed on the Venezuela-Brazil border with no explanation, sparking speculation he may be fleeing as his regime teeters. 4. Russia sent Tu-22M3 bombers armed with Mach-5 Kh-32 missiles over the Baltic, escorted by Su-35 fighters, in a five-hour show of force that showcased long-range strike power right on NATO’s doorstep. 5. Germany is rolling out Israel’s Arrow-3 missile defense system - the first deployment outside Israel - bringing a space-intercepting, Iran-war-proven shield to Europe as it scrambles to prepare for high-speed missile threats. 6. A child’s birthday party in the U.S turned into a massacre when a targeted shooting killed 4 people - including kids - and wounded 10 more, with witnesses describing a minute-long “war zone” as the gunman fled and the FBI joined the manhunt. 7. FBI Director Kash Patel says a hidden cache of Trump-Russia probe documents - stuffed into “burn bags” in a locked room at FBI HQ - is being prepared for full public release, promising to expose everything. 8. Turkey’s new Kızılelma combat drone just became the first to autonomously hunt, lock onto, and shoot down a jet-powered target with its own radar, marking the arrival of true drone-vs-jet warfare. 9. A Cuban illegal with a long rap sheet beheaded his motel manager in front of the man’s wife and child, yet Dallas County’s Soros-backed DA has taken the death penalty off the table - offering only life without parole in a case Trump has already blasted as the brutal consequence of soft-on-crime policies. 10. UK councils are rolling out AI-enabled drone fleets to monitor everything from “antisocial behaviour” to daily life, turning routine governance into a full-blown surveillance state that feels more like Orwell than public safety.show more

home page hero ✨ Design notes: - "Forever" hero... text dot pixel FX done in Unicorn Studio. (I will do a whole tutorial on this later. Unicorn's WebGL engine is absolutely wild and very powerful / robust) - built in Framer - I wanted to recreate the iOS unlock effect where your home screen icons cascade into place in a beautifully timed choreography. This took a lot of careful timing using Framer's "Appear" effect on the hero text and surrounding avatars because it was super important that we didn't lose the legibility of our main message ("Build Your Forever Audience") with all the animations. - If you look closely, the choreography is setup to lead your eye through the hero text first starting with "Build Your" then "Forever" and finally "Audience." - With those text layers in place + the surrounding avatars, there is a slight 1 sec pause before the remaining elements slide in below and above (How it works, CTA buttons, announcement badge, and lastly the main nav). - All told the entire loading sequence is 6 seconds - Custom particle system powers the interactive star field (the stars slowly gravitate to your pointer position, and the star field perspective changes ever so subtly as you move your mouse around on the page) - I have 3 shooting stars made of small white line layers that start out off canvas rotated at different angles that shoot across to another point off canvas at random times on a loop effect. - Given this hero scene is in space, I wanted the surrounding avatar elements to "float" in low gravity mode. For this I used Framer's loop effect that slowly oscillates the layer's y position. I then offset the delay of each element randomly to stagger the floating loop so each avatar floats independently/randomly - The final major treatment for this hero scene was the scroll animations on the avatars. I wanted to create a bit of a warp speed effect when you scroll down, as if the avatars were being pulled or sucked into a worm hole as you scroll down below this hero fold. - To accomplish this, I applied Framer's scroll transform affect set to "section in view" on each of the floating avatars, and set the "scroll to" position of the upper avatars to be much, much further away on the y-axis than the "scroll to" position of the lower avatars. (eg. -1700px on upper most avatars vs. -600px on lowest positioned avatars). This effectively causes the upper avatars to slide up off the hero canvas with much greater velocity than the lower positioned avatars. - And when you scroll back up to the hero section, the inverse happens where the lower positioned avatars "arrive back in place" from up above the hero canvas before the upper avatars come back into the scene and settle in place. - Overall I wanted this hero section to feel alive. The floating avatars, particle system with very subtle star movements, and the Caustics effect on the "Forever" text all sort of move at the pace of slow breathing - which is a great pace to create a sense of life and comfort in your scene. Conversion Results (so far) - When this new Framer site launched along with Calaxy v1.9 release on Base a couple weeks ago, we saw a surge in traffic, around 20k page views in the first few days. - Of those 20k hits, 11k visited the app install page ( - which is our main CTA - We saw around 10K new users in the first week after v1.9 launch Overall I'm very happy with the new site and early performance metrics. Lots of tweaking to do but its a good start. If you are a designer building in Framer - hit me with any questions on the above hero notes. Happy to share more specifics! 👾show more

Part 1: There's many people, particularly Testosteronies and Meat... Heads, trying to do their "analysis" on the "gunshot" and all they do is prove they're just as captured and controlled as they like 99.9% of moving mouths on Social Media, do not know a single word from a single line from a single paragraph from a single Law or Order currently invoked. There's all kinds of "scenarios"... You'll hear: Guy with gun under arm. Guy in the corner, elevated, to his right. Guy on the front with hand on metal security fencing. And now a Crayon eating Marine Corps Veteran, claiming to be a Sniper, saying that was an Exit Wound seen on camera, which meant the shot came from behind. Not only do the nimrods spewing all that nonsense not breakdown the intricacies of the videos displayed to the public... but they also do not breakdown the Laws and Orders surrounding everything taking place because they do NOT know ANY of those. God forbid there's a Blueprint of unique Laws and Orders that more than clearly outline 45———47 as a Strategic and Special Operation with Unconventional and Irregular Warfare with unique Strategies and Tactics to liberate the United States of America aka Drain the Swamp as prescribed in our Rights and Duties in the Declaration of Independence. CK started using Tents with Backdrops and Platforms under tent from earliest accounts in 2024, as seen on TPUSA Instagram posts. The under arm gun, immediately in front, and elevated to top right, are automatically ruled out due to what was shown on TV and Social Media as the "wound" was to the front left neck. The Marine Corps Sniper claiming the "shot" was an "exit wound," meaning the shot would come from behind... clearly didn't study much of anything... didn’t eat his Fuchsia crayon. The video showing the "evacuation"... One, showed the alleyway full of vehicles. Two, a "shooter" from the back, would have to know where CK was sitting, and shot through the backdrop. Three, when you study the photo given by ALL Media, CK was sitting where his chair was immediately to the left of cement pillars of the building behind the backdrop tent and shadows show vehicles to the left of the pillar. Which means a "shooter" from the back would have had to shoot from ground level under the building through vehicles and a pillar through a backdrop and know that CK was elevated on a platform under the tent. This is why details matter. Now, let's review the visuals on Sept. 10, again: Mainstream Media reporting 200 yard shot before a shooter or location identified. Tent placed in the middle of buildings. Tent placed right beside a 'Hatch Door' to underground escape. Man looking like 3rd Base Coach using hand gestures from nose to ears simultaneous CK doing the same gestures. Central Casting audience as they crouched down until told to run. Zero Graphic Content Censorship of Actual Footage Video circulating on Social Media. To date, that footage is still not censored as Graphic Content. Mark from shirt that moved from shirt to collar to neck as the "bullet hole." Still holding microphone upright in a chair with zero arms after a jugular “shot.” The MSM Expert Doctor says "immediate death"... which would mean automatic dead weight... NOT nerves telling hand to keep holding a microphone up near head sitting upright in a chair with no arms. Zero blood stains on shirt from every single angle taken via MSM. Zero blood flowed anywhere beyond chest via “blood gushing out.” Slow the video down and you'll see "blood" splattering HORIZONTALLY with the footage showing the blood did not land on any surface to create a new direction. Wedding Ring clearly moves from ring finger to pinky finger. Chair goes through the table... Guy's head goes through the camera (after "shot")... The Live Video side angle as posted by pundit David Harris Jr. shows ZERO blood as the front angle shows "bursting" forward as an old school water pipe in the yard.show more

The booster executed its final landing maneuvers smoothly splashing down in the Indian Ocean, marking the second time a Version 2 Starship has completed a full flight profile. 7. Following Trump’s historic peace deal in Gaza, Time put him on its front cover using a picture he slammed as “the worst of all time. I never liked taking pictures from underneath angles, but this is a super bad picture and deserves to be called out.” 8. Over 100,000 homes were flooded, power went out across 5 states, and entire roads and bridges were literally washed away. 9. A powerful nor’easter, the type of massive winter storm known for heavy coastal flooding and fierce winds, tore up the East Coast, hammering Long Beach with waves up to 16 feet and gusts reaching 45 mph. Reporters on scene described relentless surf and flooding from the Carolinas to New York. 10. Three police officers are dead and 13 others injured after a booby-trapped farmhouse exploded during an eviction raid in Castel D’Azzano, Italy. Police say 3 siblings refused to leave - and instead turned their home into a death trap, detonating gas cylinders as officers entered.show more

One player I've really grown to like over the... last several months is OF Kane Kepley (Carolina Baseball). Started right away at Liberty where he hit .310/.457/.432 with 13 XBH, but had a breakout summer in the Coastal Plain League to the tune of a .339/.468/.546 slash line with 8 2B, 5 HR, 26 SB and 29 BB to 11 Ks. Carried that momentum over into last season and hit .330/.482/.521 with 12 2B, 9 HR, 25 SB and an impressive 53 BB to just 27 Ks. Kepley then proceeded to have a productive summer on the Cape in which he was named an All-Star. Compact build at 5'8" and 165-pounds with sneaky strength packed into his frame. Crouched stance in the box with a medium-high handset and slightly open front side. Kepley has a minimal load and utilizes a toe tap that leads into a normal stride. With two strikes, Kepley will widen his stance and sit deeper in his base, choke up a bit, and shorten his stride in order to maximize his chances of moving the baseball. Quick hands with present bat speed. Will drop his back side to help create leverage. Overall, it's a compact operation in which he takes an efficient path to contact. Kepley's bat-to-ball skills and hand-eye coordination are outstanding. Last spring at Liberty, he boasted a 90% overall contact rate and a 93% overall IZ contact rate. It was a similar story this summer, as he ran an 89% overall contact rate and a 94% overall IZ contact rate. Kepley's pitch recognition skills and approach are both highly advanced and he rarely expands the strike zone. On the Cape, his overall chase rate was a minuscule 13%. Kepley has high-level barrel skills, a trait that is on display day in and day out. His bat control and adjustability are also advanced. Kepley is capable of using the entire field, but his highest quality of contact does come to the pull side. Hit tool is comfortably a 55, but it's closer to a 60. Kepley without a doubt is a hit-over-power profile, but there is a little bit of thump to the pull side. Has shown the ability to turn on pitches on the inner-half and drive them to the PS. For a player with this kind of profile, he posted respectable Max EVs of 106.1 and 101 during the spring and summer, respectively. Below-average power, but he'll run into a ball on occasion and hit 10+ HRs this spring. Not only is Kepley a plus runner, he most importantly knows HOW to run and get the most out of his legs. Quick first step and really advanced baseball sense both translate to the base paths where he's a chaos causer and speeds up the game for opposing teams. Kepley's speed also allows him to take an extra base on a ball in the gap or down the line. Across 179 games between college and summer ball, Kepley is 89-for-97 on stolen base attempts. Kepley this spring will rove CF for North Carolina. His speed and instincts plays at the position and he has gap-to-gap range with solid closing speed. Gets good reads off the bat. Kepley's arm is fringy, but his overall defensive skillset will give him the opportunity to prove he can stick at the position professionally. Versatile enough to play all 3 OF spots. Kepley is an old-fashioned baseball rat who plays at one speed. Selfless, high-energy player who can affect the game in a myriad of ways. A little reminiscent of Tommy Hawke. Top-5 round type this July.show more

A desperate search is... still underway for dozens of campers, including children, after devastating floods killed at least 51 in Texas. 4 girls missing from a summer camp were found dead and were among at least 15 children killed in what Texas Rep. Chip Roy called a “once-in-a-century flood.” 2. Texas Gov. Abbott praised the heroic efforts of emergency responders to the flooding: “In 36 hours, they have rescued or recovered more than 850 people. Some were clinging to trees to save their lives.” 3. Trump said his new bill would strengthen the U.S: “The One Big Beautiful Bill will deliver the strongest border on Earth, the strongest economy on Earth, the strongest military on Earth, & ensure the United States of America will remain the strongest country anywhere on this beautiful planet of ours.” 4. Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi touched down in Rio for the BRICS summit, looking to cozy up to the club that’s trying to shake up the world order. With the U.S and EU giving Tehran the cold shoulder, Araqchi’s betting big on new friends. 5. China unlocked a 3rd flight path skimming the Taiwan Strait’s unofficial “no-go” line, and Taipei is not amused. Beijing claims it’s all about “safety” and “efficiency,” but critics say it’s a not-so-subtle power flex to tighten its grip on contested skies. 6. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis proposed the abolition of property taxes: “Just for being on your property, you've got to write a check to the government every year?" 7. Russia chalked up a 30% drop in war losses from May to June and the lowest monthly total since the war started. However, they also lost 14 planes in the same month, their worst air losses yet, thanks to Ukraine’s mass drone attack. 8. Lebanon’s Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri is navigating tense talks as foreign envoys demand sweeping changes to the country. Lebanon said it will deliver its response Monday to a U.S demand to disarm Hezbollah and push through economic and border reforms. 9. GPT image 2 × Seedance 2.0 Prompt - GPT... Image 2 Prompt for Storyboard: Create a raw kung fu performance storyboard focused on extreme physical action. Use reference image for the character. 16:9 storyboard sheet, 12 cinematic panels. The actual storyboard drawings must be black and white only: rough pencil lines, minimal detail, fast gesture drawing energy, simple anatomy construction and strong silhouette readability. Keep the artwork lightweight, dynamic and unfinished like early fight choreography previs. Start directly in action. Do not begin with a calm stance, preparation shot or slow introduction. A solitary female performer executes an aggressive Tibetan kung fu master-style routine inside a vast ancient temple. The choreography is exaggerated, explosive and constantly escalating: flying diagonal kicks, monk-style low stances, rapid palm strikes, spinning cloth-like body turns, animal-form hand shapes, deep lunges, aerial twists, floor-level sweeps, sudden drops, claw-like blocks, back-arched jumps, sliding recoveries and violent sculptural impact poses. Every panel must contain visible motion and strong body momentum. Avoid static standing poses. The performer should feel like a ritual warrior moving with discipline, fury, spiritual pressure and total body control. Action progression: 1. begin mid-air with a flying diagonal kick already in motion 2. handheld close-up palm sweep cutting through air 3. orbiting wide shot of a full-body spin 4. low-angle impact palm strike with shockwave 5. long-lens side profile spinning kick 6. top-down aerial turn with body, hair and fabric flaring outward 7. hard floor stomp cracking the temple stone 8. sliding low sweep across the floor 9. aggressive close-up flurry of elbows, palms and backfist strikes 10. extreme low monk-style beast stance with energy rising 11. spinning elemental vortex around the body 12. final airborne action pose, suspended above the temple floor, body twisted in a powerful kung fu strike, all elements converging around her before impact Add selective elemental energy effects as VFX-style storyboard accents. The effects should feel spiritual, ritualistic and cinematic, not superhero-like: air bursts around spins and flying kicks, dust and stone fragments lifting from stomps, water-like floor ripples during slides, fire-like trails around explosive strikes, heat distortion around high-intensity movement, elemental vortex near the climax. Element progression: early panels: subtle wind, dust and pressure lines middle panels: stronger stone fragments, floor ripples and air shockwaves late panels: controlled fire trails and energy spirals final panel: the strongest combined elemental surge while the performer is still airborne Use cinematic arthouse action camerawork: handheld energy, whip-pan feeling, orbiting camera moves, overhead shots, side silhouettes, aggressive close-ups, long-lens compression, extreme low angles, wide negative space, strong parallax. Keep the temple environment minimal and atmospheric: towering stone columns, worn temple floor, drifting incense smoke, hanging fabric, harsh light shafts, faint dust in the air, subtle wet floor reflections. Do not overcrowd the frames. Annotation color system: red arrows = body movement blue arrows = camera movement green marks = framing / composition notes orange marks = lighting direction yellow marks = elemental VFX / energy effects black text = short lens notes and panel labels No timestamps. No dialogue. No singing. No extra characters. No enemies. No logos. No watermark.show more

🚨 The CEO of Antrhopic said a one-person billion-dollar... company will exist by 2026 sounds crazy until you see what non-technical people are doing with Claude Code right now $10-50k/mo selling automation pipelines that take 1-2 weeks to set up Some ideas almost nobody's running yet: 1. Proposal & SOW generator for agencies and consultancies every agency writes proposals from scratch or copy-pastes from old ones and forgets to change the "client name" Claude reads the prospect brief or discovery call transcript, generates: - branded proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables - quick win plan (how exactly we will do a good output) - SOW with payment milestones - pricing options (good/better/best) - follow-up email sequence charge $500/mo per agency agencies close 20-30% more deals when proposals go out same day.. you're selling speed and save them $1k+ on the guy who does it manually and anyway not quality, without personalisation 2. Job posting-to-intel pipeline for sales teams companies reveal everything in their job postings and don't realize it Claude monitors target account career pages daily, flags: - "Head of AI" posted = they're buying, not building - 3 DevOps roles = scaling infrastructure = budget unlocked - new VP of Sales = restructuring = old vendor contracts up for review package it as buying signals delivered to Slack every morning $500-1,500/mo per sales team this is data that Apollo and ZoomInfo don't sell 3. Support ticket-to-documentation pipeline for SaaS every SaaS with 1,000+ users has the same problem.. docs are 6 months behind the product Claude crawls your help center, pulls recent Zendesk/Intercom tickets, cross-references finds questions asked 200 times last month with no matching article drafts the missing docs in your existing format.. flags stale articles for update $1,500-3,000/mo retainer the ROI math: 30% of support tickets deflected = thousands saved per month.. pipeline pays for itself week one 4. Vendor contract review & renewal tracker mid-size companies have 50-200 active vendor contracts sitting in folders nobody opens Claude reads each contract, extracts: - renewal dates and auto-renewal traps - termination notice windows - price escalation clauses - SLA commitments vs what you're actually getting delivers a dashboard with "contracts expiring in 30/60/90 days" and flags where you're overpaying $1,000-2,000/mo per company CFOs will approve this before you finish the pitch.. one caught auto-renewal pays for a year of your service 5. Employee onboarding doc generator for HR teams every company with 20+ employees has the same problem.. new hire starts Monday and nobody has their docs ready Claude reads the role title + department, generates: - personalized welcome packet - 30/60/90 day plan with milestones - tool access checklist by role - manager-specific onboarding schedule - policy summaries tailored to their department charge $300-500/mo per company HR managers spend 4-6 hours per new hire on this.. companies hiring 5+ people a month will never cancel the pattern is always the same most people will use Claude Code to build apps a small number will use it to sell pipelines to businesses still running on manual labor only the second group builds real recurring revenue the niches are wide open right now because every developer thinks this work is "too boring" boring = no competition = you set the price screenshot this. save this. repost it to save a friend's next yearshow more
