Jumping Brother tried to cheer Punch up when he... noticed Punch looked sleepy and tired. He kept raising his eyebrows, almost as if he was checking on him with genuine concern because Punch wasn't responding right away. Punch’s stick gets snatched away by the baby 🍼😂,... but he takes it so sportingly! The reason I’m pointing this out is that if it were any other monkey, there might be a big issue. Today (28 March). Dinner time: Punch cried out loud... 🥺. According to the poster, he was chased and beaten by a big monkey and then hid inside the room to avoid the monkey. Later when it's dinner time , Shikano noticed. He stopped, called Punch, and signaled him to jump to Shikano 😭❤️. Punch immediately jumped and hugged Shikano tightly 🫶. He then put Punch on his shoulder while Punch was still crying. Punch's face turned so red too 🥺. Guess he also lost the appetite cause he only took some bites (although it's his fave food) and then continued to hug Shikano tightly. A tiny baby... monkey got so scared and panicked the moment he couldn’t see his mom 😭💔 Now imagine little Punch Kun carrying the same fear and sadness every single day for the last 10+ months. Rejected by his own mother right after birth, his only comfort is a plushie called “Oran Mama.” Caretakers come only to feed him and give him a little love, but most of the time he is completely alone no one to run to, no one to play with, just him trying to figure out everything by himself. In the wild, he would not have survived more than a few days unless adopted by other monkey mama. But here in the zoo, he is still alive and growing against all odds. I have never once seen Punch run away or... push a baby when they try to take what he has. He stays so gentle with them every single time.
