Tesla deployed eight Cybertrucks equipped with Starlink terminals to... serve as mobile base stations, providing free Wi-Fi and power in fire-hit areas like Altadena and Malibu. These trucks also acted as battery banks to support residents and first responders.show more

We worked with USACE HQ before the storm to... position generators and they have since installed 31 generators at the request of states, bringing much needed power and warmth to fire stations & medical facilities. Teams will continue installing more generators in days to come.show more

I’m at the airstrip near our Samaritan's Purse headquarters... in Boone, NC, and as of today, we have completed 67 helicopter missions to deliver water, food, blankets, generators, fuel, medicines, and much more to help victims of Hurricane Helene in isolated areas. We even delivered a tent to a church so that they could continue to meet as they recover. Today we also flew several missions delivering and setting up Starlinks in remote communities where people were completely cut off. Thank you Elon Musk! The UK has delivered 51 tonnes of essential supplies... and equipment to support humanitarian aid in Gaza. The aid has been delivered by three Royal Air Force flights to Egypt for onward distribution by partners. It includes 76,800 wound care packs, 2,560 solar lights and 1,350 water filters. It also includes forklift trucks, belt conveyors and lighting towers to help partners on the ground get supplies to the Rafah crossing and respond quickly to needs on the ground. Last night’s catastrophic flooding across Central Kentucky has left... many families facing a long road to recovery. As soon as we saw the severity of the situation, the Y’all Squad reached out to the Kentucky Emergency Management Office to begin coordinating relief efforts. Earlier today, we delivered 100 flood relief buckets to Madison County, and tomorrow we’ll be delivering additional buckets to the Kentucky Emergency Operations Center in Frankfort as we continue working with state and local officials to identify where help is needed most. Each bucket is packed with cleaning supplies, hygiene items, protective equipment, and other essentials to help families begin the difficult process of cleaning up after floodwaters recede. 'We surrendered voluntarily to survive' 🏳️ Captured Ukrainian serviceman... Mikhail Beletsky told how his group was left without supplies and help from their own command. 'We spent 12 days in a position in a house, our task was to watch the road. Each of us had four clips of ammunition. A Baba Yaga drone delivered supplies to us. We asked for food supplies, but in 12 days, drones delivered the supplies only thrice,' he recalled. ➡️ Left by command at their wit’s end, the Ukrainian servicemen voluntarily surrendered just to survive. 'We felt somebody approaching, when we were in the house. We looked and saw four Russian servicemen. We knocked on the window and said that we surrender, we left our weapons behind and went to them.
