THEN, B16 drafted Summorum Pontificum to try to help reconcile with the SSPX, but in the process, he made the TLM EXPLODE globally cause he gave individual priests the authority to celebrate the TLM without their bishops permission (you're welcome). THEN, Pope Francis rescinded SP and created Traditionis Custodes to destroy the TLM. Who did it affect? Every TLM community with "Regular canonical status" under the Ecclesia Dei. TLMs EVERYWHERE were halted with absolutely no regard to the spiritual health of the faithful who were attached to it or the priestly apostolates who only celebrate the TLM.
