In June of 2022, I stood in Love Park... with hundreds of other Philadelphians anxiously waiting and hoping for FIFA President, Gianni Infantino to announce Philadelphia as one of the cities selected to host the 2026 World Cup. Midjourney sref + Sora 2 Pro is the sauce.... With one Midjourney style image, you can give a specific style for your entire project. I created two different 12-second clips and edited them together. Some details aren’t fully consistent, like the iPod or AirPods because the clips were made separately from a single image (Character in a specific style). It could be fixed in post-production, but that would take more time, and this was more of an experimental test. It would be great to add the actual product image with the current one to maintain product consistency. I feel like if there were a way to add 2–4 images into this workflow, it could open up a lot more possibilities and consistency. With an API, it could be possible. Or let’s see what Veo 3.1 has to offer.show more

I’ve used all the recent GenAI video models extensively... & here’s my 2¢: 🎬 Runway Gen3 Alpha - best image quality & motion for text-to-video & embedded words. Great at prompt travel changes over the course of 10 sec. And I’m super bullish on how gen3 will evolve, hopefully adopting the features listed below. Kling - best quality for image-to-video with prompt control, like eating food. Great clip extension that accounts for character (ie walking stride) & camera movement (speed & angle), rather than just using final frame. But it’s limited availability & Chinese native language is limiting. Used for Spider-Man video below (via Midjourney). LumaLabs - best for keyframe start & end control (it can not be overstated how important this is. other services should add it ASAP!) and their high dynamic action movements are really fun. Luma was used in my viral Multiverse of Memes video. PikaLabs - they haven’t gotten as much attention as others lately. But they did update their video model a few weeks ago and it looks great. Also, they are notable for their unique & AWESOME features, like video in-painting & out-painting. My perfect AI video platform would have the following features: 1) Gen3’s quality, prompt control & text embedding. 2) KLing’s image-to-video quality, prompt control & clip extension quality. 3) Luma’s multi-keyframe control & dynamic movement ability. 4) Pika’s inpainting & outpainting ability. SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL POTENTIAL FRIDAY NIGHT ******1ST CALL MAP****** 🎄... Merry Christmas to YOU!!! A pretty sizable snowstorm is expected across the region Friday night, with snow developing as early as Friday evening. I am very confident in a widespread 6–10" snowfall for a large portion of the Tri-State area, with lower confidence closer to NYC, Long Island, and the Jersey Shore where mixing remains a concern. At this time, I am keeping some mixing in play in central NJ/Long Island, but I’m not totally sold on how aggressive it becomes. While 4–6" looks like a very solid floor, several areas could easily boom to 6"+ if colder air locks in faster and holds longer than currently modeled. ZONE 1 – 6–10" OF SNOW This is the zone where cold air damming will be most prevalent, allowing snow to remain all snow for the duration of the event. Expect higher snow ratios, which could allow many areas to push toward double-digit totals, especially under any persistent banding. I could easily pull this zone into NYC and Nassau County as we see more model data. ZONE 2 – 4–6" OF SNOW This zone will likely start with heavy, wet snow, before transitioning to a lighter, fluffier snowfall as colder air works in. Some compaction is expected with lower snow ratios, but additional snow and mesoscale banding could still drive totals toward or above 6" in spots. ZONE 3 – 2–4" WITH MIXING This zone remains VERY uncertain. I could make a strong argument that cold air advection dominates, keeping this mostly snow and allowing totals to reach 4–6". However, low-level warm air transport on an easterly wind may introduce sleet, especially along the Jersey Shore (east of GSP) and into Suffolk County, which would eat into accumulations. Seedance 2.0 Tip: This is how I use grids... to give just enough freedom for AI to work with while maintaining a controlled set of moves/techniques. Great for anything that is choreographed. Workflow: Use Grok to generate a list of techniques that you can pick from. choose 9 variations. Use banana to make it into a grid. Specify that the pose in each grid should be at the moment most representative of the tenique. SD2 Prompt: An olympic skater is performing her beautiful fast paced skate choreography. Choose at least 3 moves at random from @图片2 throughout her performance. No stopping between moves. Each move should be sharp and flow smoothly into the next move. Moves must not last longer than 4 seconds each. Emphasize her speed and accuracy of execution with dramatic cuts that shows her facial expression for emotional highlights. Must include at least 1 spin and 1 jump. Camera work should include fast 360 orbits, rapid jet cuts, ECUs to when she lands her jumps, dynamic push/pulls where her skate glides right infront of the camera, or any other that you think would be fitting.
