“Most freshmen are not capable of playing winning football... yet at this level.” Notice what Curt Cignetti didn’t mention in this interview: Talent. Every college player already cleared the talent threshold coming out of high school. But talent still has to pass through four stages before it becomes winning football: 1️⃣ Physical development: Bigger, stronger, faster 2️⃣ Scheme mastery: Understanding the offense/defense 3️⃣ Program standards: Learning the expectation level 4️⃣ Consistent execution: Proving you can do it every week Most players take a year or two to move through those stages. But it’s not about age. It’s about physical and mental maturity. 🎥 YOption W/ Yogi Roth & Rhett Lewisshow more

🚨 PEOPLE ARE BUYING HOME-COOKED MEALS FROM STRANGERS ON... FACEBOOK “PLATES” Across Facebook Marketplace and private groups, people are openly selling full home-cooked meals straight out of their kitchens. No restaurant, no delivery app, no storefront. Just a post showing today’s menu, a DM to claim a plate, a pickup time, and $15–$40 in cash. Entire pages are built around this, and demand is so high that some sellers sell out daily. This isn’t Uber Eats or DoorDash. It’s strangers cooking for strangers, coordinated entirely through Facebook - and it’s quietly becoming normal. This is not a joke. Premier Danielle Smith travelled... to Saudi Arabia, accepted high-level hospitality, and flew on a private jet linked to a foreign government. Now Albertans are asking simple questions: Were any gifts received? Were they declared immediately? Was every detail disclosed publicly and transparently? When you hold the highest office in Alberta, even the appearance of conflict of interest matters. This isn’t about rumours. It’s about standards. Public trust is earned through full transparency, not technical compliance or delayed disclosures. If nothing improper happened, then release everything clearly and completely. Leadership requires accountability. NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani and other Democrats want to... strip former Mayor Ed Koch’s name from the iconic 59th Street Bridge (Queensboro Bridge). Koch — the second Jewish mayor in NYC history after Abraham Beame — led the city through the fiscal crisis, stabilized finances, and fought crime in the ’70s/’80s. He earned that renaming in 2011 for a reason. Now they’re coming for it over decades-old grievances about the AIDS crisis. This isn’t just renaming a bridge. It’s erasing history, especially Jewish leadership in NYC. Hands off Koch’s bridge. Are you paying attention, New York City? (Video: AI)show more

Elon Musk just made every skill you’ve ever earned... sound like a waste of time. Musk: “Down the road with a Neuralink, you can just upload any subject instantly. You wanna fly a helicopter? No problem. Any given skill, you just upload it instantly.” Not faster learning. Not better education. Instant upload. The surgeon who spent 12 years learning to cut. The pilot who logged 5,000 hours learning to fly. The attorney who gave a decade to case law. Their entire advantage erased in a software update. We built civilization on one assumption. That knowledge is earned through suffering. That the distance between who you are and who you want to be is measured in discipline and years. Neuralink doesn’t close that distance. It deletes it. And what that kills isn’t employment. It’s identity. We don’t just use skills. We become them. Ask a surgeon who they are. They don’t say “I work in medicine.” They say surgeon. Ask a pilot. They say pilot. The identity was never the skill itself. It was the cost of acquiring it. If everyone can upload surgery in seconds, no one is a surgeon anymore. The skill still exists. The meaning behind it doesn’t. For centuries we told ourselves that mastery is what builds character. That the hardest thing you ever earned is the closest thing to purpose you’ll ever find. Neuralink doesn’t threaten your career. It threatens the story you tell yourself about why your life matters. The question nobody wants to sit with isn’t whether Musk can build this. It’s who you are when the thing that took you 20 years to become can be downloaded in 20 seconds.show more

🚨Michael Olise on France’s approach to facing Spain in... the FIFA World Cup semi-final. 🗣️ “Let’s stop pretending everything Spain do goes through one player. Whether it’s Lamine Yamal, Pedri or Nico Williams, the danger comes from how they move the ball together. If you allow them to settle into their rhythm, you’ve already made your first mistake.” “Spain are a fantastic team, but we’re not going into this match to admire their football. Our job is to break their rhythm, win our duels and make sure they never feel comfortable on the ball.” “We’ll press them, we’ll match their intensity and we’ll make every pass difficult. In a World Cup semi-final, you don’t get time to play pretty football. Every metre has to be earned.” “People talk about Spain’s possession, but we have players who can hurt any team in transition. With Kylian Mbappé, Ousmane Dembélé and the quality we have throughout the squad, we know we can create chances against anyone.” “This isn’t about proving who plays the better football. It’s about reaching the World Cup final. We respect Spain because they’re one of the best teams in the world, but once the whistle goes, respect stays off the pitch. We’re there to win and bring France one step closer to another World Cup.”show more

Strange radio signals rising from beneath Antarctic ice. Here’s... the fascinating part: The leading explanation isn’t aliens. It’s neutrinos. Ultra-high-energy neutrinos can pass through entire planets. When they interact with Antarctic ice, they can produce faint radio pulses like a subatomic “sonic boom” in ice. Instruments like ANITA (Antarctic Impulsive Transient Antenna) were built to detect exactly that. But here’s the twist: Some signals appear to be coming from angles that shouldn’t be possible under standard models. That’s why scientists are excited. Not because it’s mysterious. Because it might refine our understanding of particle physics. When nature breaks expectations, physics evolves. Would you bet on: • Rare neutrino interactions • Ice propagation effects • Or new particle physics? Follow me for moreshow more

They say “America has no culture” and what they... mean is that the Constitution and Bill of Rights, English common law, the language itself, Thanksgiving and the 4th of July, the nuclear family, the work ethic, rock n roll, country, plus every innovation that turned this place into the world’s superpower don’t count as real culture. It’s just “whiteness,” this blank or oppressive thing that exists only to be critiqued and replaced. And this line has become so dominant, so institutionalized in schools, media, HR departments, and elite culture that it’s now the standard water everybody swims in. Most people don’t even clock it anymore because it’s treated like obvious truth instead of the radical self-erasure project it actually is. But this isn’t a good faith argument at all, and it carries clear ulterior motives to justify the erasure of America’s historic core and the people who built it. Because once you get Americans to accept that their culture is either nonexistent or evil, then mass demographic change, open borders, and tearing down the old traditions suddenly look like moral progress instead of an existential attack on everything that made the country function in the first place. The reality though is that America has one of the strongest and most distinctive cultures on earth, forged from Western and Christian roots and supercharged by liberty and merit. And the World Cup visitors are reminding us of exactly that right now. Germans are going viral saying if you want to hate America watch the news but drive through it and meet the actual people. Europeans are shocked by how genuinely warm, friendly, and generous Americans are in real life and can’t stop talking about the hospitality and customer service. Japanese fans are writing poetry about unlimited free chips and salsa, while others are losing it over Texas brisket, ranch dressing on everything, Waffle House at 2 am, Buc-ee’s, the ridiculous size of Walmart, and free drink refills that never end. These outsiders are cutting straight through the institutionalized narrative and showing us what we’ve been gaslit into taking for granted, and that is an abundant, open, high trust, high energy culture that actually works. Americans built it, they live it every day, and they are not apologizing for it or handing it over.show more

I build a mini site for every project I... work on at Here’s why I take the time to do it—and how these little sites bring my designs to life. 1️⃣ To tell a deeper story Each project I create isn’t just a design—it’s a story. Mini sites let me share the inspiration, narrative, and thought process behind my work in a way Instagram posts can’t. 2️⃣ To create an experience I want my designs to feel more than physical. These sites extend the experience, letting you interact with and explore the project digitally in a playful way. 3️⃣ To showcase details Instagram is great, but it’s limited. Mini sites give me a bigger canvas to share high-quality images and intricate design details in the way they deserve to be seen. 4️⃣ To gauge interest Through email signups, I can see how excited people are about a project. It’s also a great way to connect directly and offer updates or early access. 5️⃣ To build independence By hosting these sites, I’m growing a direct connection with my audience—independent of vendors or platforms. It’s a way to create a community around my work. 6️⃣ Because it’s fun! I love web design. These sites let me experiment, explore my passion for multidisciplinary work, and create something unique for every project. These mini sites bring my projects to life in ways that go beyond the physical designs. Want to check them out? Head to and explore!show more

🚨THIS GUY FLIPPED $6 INTO $4 MILLION IN JUST... A WEEK!! This is NOT a clickbait or fake. If you’re trading on Polymarket, you MUST read it. He began with around $6-7 and somehow pushed it to ~$4M He’s not an insider Not buddies with Trump or Musk Just a coder who built his own script Profile → Copytrade → I went through his code and ngl, I was shocked No huge datasets No crazy complex infrastructure Nothing close to “rocket science” I spent roughly 4-6 hours dissecting his whole setup His FULL strategy: 1. “Free money” through NO bets The bot hunts near-impossible scenarios and stacks tons of tiny, high-probability wins. This isn’t gambling - imo it’s more like systematic risk farming 2. Logic arbitrage If event A clearly leads to event B, and the market hasn’t priced it yet, the bot jumps in instantly. While u’re still reading the headline, the inefficiency is already gone. No human can match that speed, tbh 3. The real edge - sports and politics These markets are packed with retail money + slow, emotional reactions. The bot lives off the spread, clipping tiny profits from every small mismatch Scale matters Tens of thousands of micro trades every month, each bringing just cents. Stacked over time, they compound into 7 figures Bottom line IMO, there’s a silent bot war happening on Polymarket Crypto markets are already crowded, slow, and fee-heavy, but sports markets are still pure chaos - easy money for those who automate.show more

Blake Brown (Blake Brown) lives mid–upper 90s and has... touched 101 mph at 6’0, 195 lbs while carrying 20–25% body fat through his midsection. Does he throw hard in spite of that… or because of it? When you rotate at 95–100+ mph speeds, your trunk isn’t a rigid lever. It’s a deformable system— fascia, fat, muscle, viscera — all behaving with fluid-like properties. So here’s the why behind the ‘velo pouch’: 1. Rate-Dependent Behavior Viscoelastic tissues (muscle, fascia, fat, viscera) display time- and rate-dependent properties. -Low strain rates (walking, slow lifting): tissues deform and dissipate energy, acting as dampers that absorb shock and protect joints. -High strain rates (explosive trunk rotation): the same tissues stiffen non-linearly, behaving more like elastic springs. Instead of leaking energy, they store and recoil at the precise velocities required for throwing. 2. Elastic Storage & Release As the trunk rotates, fascial slings that spiral around the torso are loaded. This deformation increases strain energy within the system. At pitching-level strain rates, those tissues recoil elastically, amplifying rotational velocity and contributing to the rapid acceleration of the arm. 3. Rotational Energy Transfer Performance hinges on efficient rotational energy transfer. A more compliant torso allows greater torsional deformation (similar to wringing a towel), increasing elastic loading before recoil. Additional soft tissue mass distributes rotational forces across a larger surface area, smoothing out energy transfer through the chain and reducing localized energy leaks.show more

🚨 CYBERTRUCK BULLETPROOF GLASS: THE ULTIMATE ROAD RAGE DEFENDER... (OR APOCALYPSE GETAWAY CAR) Tesla’s Cybertruck isn’t just a rolling stainless steel brick - it’s a fortress on wheels, and the armored glass windows are the real star of the show. These aren’t your average car windows. They’re engineered to laugh off high-velocity bullets from common firearms (think AR-15s, handguns, shotguns). Tesla has publicly demonstrated the glass taking multiple rounds - cracking but not shattering - while keeping the cabin sealed and occupants safe. Here’s where it gets wild: because the glass holds up under fire, someone inside could theoretically return fire through the window without the bullets coming back in. Shooters outside would be spraying rounds at a near-impenetrable barrier, while the person inside stays protected and can engage back - if needed. It’s like a mobile shooting range with you as the target and the Cybertruck as the backstop.' This isn’t accidental design - Tesla built the Cybertruck with an ultra-hard 30X cold-rolled stainless steel exoskeleton and reinforced cabin, making it one of the most durable production vehicles ever made. The armored glass is just one piece of the “survive anything” puzzle. Elon has joked about the Cybertruck’s toughness, but the bulletproof demo videos are no joke - glass taking 9mm and .45 rounds without letting shards fly inside. And yes, the windows still roll down (slowly, carefully). Tesla doesn’t market it as a tactical or military vehicle (they can’t legally), but the internet has already dubbed it the ultimate zombie-apocalypse rig or VIP escort car. Reviewers have tested it extensively, confirming the glass holds up under sustained fire better than most armored SUVs on the market. So next time you’re stuck in traffic and someone’s road-raging, just remember: your Cybertruck might not only survive the encounter - it could win it. I’m still riding the high from today. The Tulsa... Oilers Jewish Heritage Game was incredible. It was one of those rare moments that makes you feel like you’re watching the American promise actually happen in real time. Because what happened in that arena was simple, and it was enormous. We lived openly and proudly as Jews. In public. In our city. With joy. With confidence. With thousands of our neighbors cheering alongside us. There are moments lately when Jews are reminded, sometimes subtly, sometimes not, that we’re “supposed” to keep it down. Don’t be too visible. Don’t be too proud. Don’t ask for too much. Today was the opposite of that. Today was: we’re here. Today was: we belong. Today was: we’re proud. I looked around that arena and felt my chest tighten from emotion. That blue jersey with the Magen David. And we didn’t just have a fun night, we made history. This is the first time Jewish Heritage Game jerseys have been worn in a professional sports game. Think about that. In Tulsa. In 2026. With a packed arena. With our neighbors joining in. With Jewish pride celebrated. And what moved me most was this. It wasn’t only Jews wearing it. So many of our non-Jewish neighbors wore it too. If you’re Jewish, you know that’s not just “nice.” That’s deeply meaningful. The Magen David carries memory. It carries history. It carries everything our people have walked through. To see it worn proudly, by people who simply wanted to say, “We’re with you. You belong here,” was a kind of decency that restores your faith in people. That’s Tulsa. And it’s also America at its best. A country where you don’t have to erase yourself to belong, where identity isn’t a liability, where you can be fully who you are and still be fully part of the “we.” I’m proud of Jewish Tulsa. Proud of how our community showed up, joyful, confident, unafraid to celebrate who we are. And I’m proud of this city. Proud of the Tulsa Oilers organization for doing this with excellence and heart. Proud of Tulsa for showing up and making it real. Our identity is something we receive, carry, and hand to our kids stronger than we found it. Today that felt real and tangible. So yes, the game was incredible. But what I’ll remember is the feeling. Proud to be Jews. Proud to be Americans. Proud to be Tulsans. A huge thank you to Michael A. Sachs for the vision and heart that went into making this possible. Yasher Koach brother! And a heartfelt thank you to the Tulsa Oilers Hockey club for helping Jewish Tulsa celebrate this community and our city.show more

RECOMMENDATION: $pWBTC (Wrapped Bitcoin on PulseChain) If you’re looking... for a way to hold Bitcoin that’s smarter and more versatile, "Wrapped Bitcoin" on Pulsechain, known as $pWBTC, might be it. Just buy ONE at a minimum, tuck it away and forget about it. This is not like other coins, you don't need thousands or millions. Here is why... With a fixed supply capped at just 154,410 tokens, it’s scarcer than Bitcoin itself and even more exclusive than the holdings of industry giants. This rarity isn’t just a number; it’s a potential catalyst for explosive value growth as demand climbs. Built on PulseChain.com Ethereum fork including ERC20s, a smart contract platform, pWBTC goes beyond Bitcoin’s limitations, letting you tap into DeFi opportunities like yield farming or liquidity provision to earn extra income, all while offering privacy tools like mixers and zero knowledge proofs for discretion Bitcoin's transparent ledger cannot match. Compare that to "Wrapped Bitcoin" on Ethereum, or WBTC, and the differences sharpen. Launched in 2019, WBTC mirrors Bitcoin’s price through every twist from the 2020 crash to the 2021 peak but it is shackled to Ethereum’s ecosystem. High gas fees and reliance on institutional custodians weigh it down, making it less agile. $pWBTC, on the other hand, thrives on PulseChain’s ultra-low fee network, unshackled from such burdens. You can trade or leverage it in DeFi without watching profits erode to transaction costs, a practical edge that is hard to ignore. At its core, $pWBTC fuses Bitcoin’s enduring appeal with DeFi’s dynamic flexibility, all while staying true to a decentralized spirit. It is not just a token, it is a rethink of what a Bitcoin like asset can be, blending scarcity, utility, and independence into something fresh. If you are after an intelligent way to engage with crypto that offers both functionality and growth potential, $pWBTC deserves a closer look. Think about it. Bitcoin is priced at $100,000+, WBTC is nearly identical, and $pWBTC is still trading below $750.00 dollars. Buy ONE at a minimum. The market has not caught on yet, but when it does, the upside may be unlike anything we have seen before. If you value my perspective and trust my judgement, I encourage you to consider adding it to your stack. 🔊 Song: Taco "Puttin On The Ritz"show more

While most of the market was selling off the... Fed was raising rates and the CLARITY Act was failing in the Senate Zcash decided to do the exact opposite zcash:native was trading close to $400 at the end of June Today it’s around $1,485 That move looks completely irrational until you look at what happened before it The rally actually started with a disaster Zcash launched in 2016 with the same 21M supply limit and halving structure people already understood from Bitcoin The important difference is privacy Bitcoin shows the sender, receiver and amount. Zcash can hide all 3 when someone chooses to use a shielded address Privacy isn’t forced on everyone, it’s optional That detail matters because the entire current story comes back to whether people are actually choosing it In June, researchers disclosed an inflation vulnerability inside Orchard, Zcash’s main shielded pool The bug had reportedly existed unnoticed for roughly four years and, in theory could have allowed someone to create counterfeit ZEC without the public being able to detect it There was no evidence that anyone had exploited it But once the possibility existed, the market had to ask an uncomfortable question Is the 21M supply really 21M? Price collapsed, people pulled coins from the shielded pool and confidence disappeared almost overnight Then Ironwood arrived in July The compromised Orchard pool was permanently sealed and replaced with a new shielded pool Coins moving into the new system had to pass through a controlled migration process allowing the supply to be accounted for again A counterfeit coin couldn’t simply enter the new pool unnoticed The code was repaired but more importantly the supply became believable again That’s the first half of the current ZEC move: repair The second half is expansion Roughly 28% of circulating ZEC is now held inside shielded pools up from around 23% a year ago Shielded activity has also grown substantially People aren’t only talking about privacy, more of them are actually using it Who owns those shielded coins? The honest answer is that we don’t know And not knowing isn’t a flaw in Zcash, it’s the product You can see value moving from transparent addresses into a shielded pool but you can’t see who controls it or where it goes afterwards That’s why claims that “governments are secretly buying” or “insiders are hiding supply” should be treated carefully, the system doesn’t give us enough information to prove or disprove either story What we can measure is the transparent side Grayscale’s zcash:native now gives investors regulated exposure to ZEC through a US-listed ETF, that demand isn’t hidden, it sits inside a regulated KYC-compliant product So the lazy “this is all black money” explanation doesn’t really fit the data we can see The simpler explanation is that demand for financial privacy rises as surveillance and restrictions increase Europe has placed additional pressure on privacy coins under MiCA, some exchanges have restricted ZEC and other jurisdictions are treating privacy assets as a separate regulatory category Normally, regulatory pressure is supposed to reduce demand With privacy, it can also remind people why the product exists Zcash is changing in another way too For years it had one clear job: private payments Now Zcash Shielded Assets are opening the door to private tokens, collectibles and NFT experiments. ZecBit is working on shielded NFT infrastructure while other projects are experimenting with private ownership and sealed-bid auctions That ecosystem is still early, I wouldn’t pretend otherwise But for the first time Zcash is developing a culture layer on top of its privacy layer That gives people another reason to hold and use the network beyond sending money The timing of this rally is probably what makes it stand out most The Fed raised rates The CLARITY Act failed to advance Bitcoin briefly traded around $75K ZEC still climbed roughly 35% While everyone else was waiting for direction from the Senate and the Fed a network built around escaping financial surveillance barely cared Maybe that’s the point For me this move stands on two legs The first is repaired trust after Ironwood The second is growing utility around shielded assets and applications The metric I’ll keep watching isn’t a politician a headline or a mystery whale It’s the amount of ZEC entering and remaining inside shielded pools If that number keeps rising the privacy premium has real usage behind it If it stalls the rally becomes much easier to describe as speculation There is a fair bearish argument here too F2Pool co-founder Chun Wang has described the move as a narrative-driven short squeeze. He has a point privacy still isn’t the default setting and a near-vertical move always attracts leverage and momentum traders The chart is stretched so I’m not treating every green candle as a safe entry $1,400 is the first short-term pivot Below that, $1,250-$1,300 is the main demand area I want to see defended A clean break and hold above the recent high around $1,530 would open $1,650 first followed by a possible extension toward $1,800 Lose $1,100 and the structure starts looking much weaker September 30 is the next date on my calendar, features that aren’t ready for the coming NU7 upgrade by that deadline may be dropped from this release So yes, part of this move may be a squeeze But it’s difficult to call the entire rally empty when the network has repaired its biggest credibility problem shielded usage is growing and a new application layer is beginning to appear at the same time Zcash spent years selling one idea Privacy when you need it The market may finally be deciding that it needs it Not financial advice, just how I’m reading the data and the chartshow more

Here's a simple explanation of how nnEMFs negatively impact... our health (affect anything from fertility, to hormones, to sleep etc) . We (humans) evolved amid natural low-level, unpolarized ELF/geomagnetic fields and electromagnetic frequencies such as 300GHz, 300MHz or even 60Hz that can be found in sources of nnEMFs ranging from your smartphone all the way to radars and satellites. So unlike native EMFs, which occur naturally from the earth’s magnetic field or sunlight for example, nnEMFs have frequencies, intensities and patterns that differ from those our biology evolved to handle. Some key characteristics of nnEMFs include: -They are classified by frequency (measured in hertz (Hz)) -They include extremely low frequency (ELF) fields (such as 50–60 Hz from power lines), radiofrequency (RF) fields (such as 300 kHz–300 GHz, used in mobile phones and Wi-Fi) and microwave frequencies (such as 2.45 GHz in microwaves). -They (nnEMFs) are polarized and pulsed unlike natural EMFs, which are often unpolarized and continuous. Now the seven key biological mechanisms underlying the negative effects of nnEMFs include: -Oxidative stress. nnEMFs, particularly RF fields, can increase reactive oxygen species (ROS) like superoxide or hydroxyl radicals and cause lipid peroxidation in cells, thus alterling antioxidant enzyme levels (such as superoxide dismutase) and damaging cell membranes, proteins and DNA. -Calcium channel dysregulation. nnEMFs, increase intracellular calcium through voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs). VGCCs are large protein complexes that “open” in response to electrical signals (they open when the membrane depolarizes (becomes less negative)), in order for calcium ions to enter cells (due to its concentration gradient (higher outside than inside cells)) and nnEMFs act as an external electrical stimulus. VGCCs trigger neurotransmitter release (particularly glutamate), initiate contraction in cardiac and skeletal muscle for example, eegulate hormone secretion, control gene expression, enzyme activity and apoptosis. -DNA damage. nnEMFs, may induce single- and double-strand DNA breaks, directly (through energy transfer) or indirectly (through ROS). -Melatonin suppression. This happens possibly by altering neuronal signaling or mimicking some signals of light exposure but human and animal studies show reduced melatonin levels after RFR exposure, particularly at night. -Increasing blood-brain barrier permeability. This is well documented in animal studies that show increased blood-brain barrier leakage after RFR exposure, but it’s true that human research is limited. Yet based on the 4 previous mechanisms that were just discussed this isn’t unlikely and nnEMFs probably increase permeability of endothelial cells in barriers in humans as well, probably through oxidative stress or calcium-mediated tight junction disruption. -Autonomic nervous system dysregulation. It’s documented that nnEMFs alter sympathetic and parasympathetic activity thus affecting heart rate variability and of course, animal studies show even altered neurotransmitter levels. -Disruption of cellular electrical balance. Our cells maintain a negative membrane potential (resting potential) and nnEMFs interfere with ion channels altering membrane potential and disrupting processes like nerve signaling, muscle contraction or enzyme function. Then of course there are other ones such as heat shock protein induction for example (cell culture studies show increased HSP expression after EMF exposure, even at non-thermal levels). Now here are some practical suggestions that will help you navigate our nnEMF word better and won’t turn you into a lunatic. Number 1: Limit your exposure to them / distance yourself form them. Without this the rest of the tips won’t really help. But you don’t have to turn into a lunatic while implementing this. Leave devices you’re not using in other rooms, have your phone on airplone mode when you’re not using it/need it, ditch your air pods, close the wifi at night (big one)/when you’re not using it, spend more time in nature instead of watching netflix, don’t be on your phone for no reason, use ethernet cables and so on. Number 2: Go and ground. We carry a constant flow of electrical charge which we week to discharge and if we never do this and thus never restore and maintain the body’s natural electrical state, disease will inevitably happen. The surface of the earth, possesses a limitless and continuously renewed supply of free or mobile electrons as a consequence of a global atmospheric electric circuit. A direct earth connection enables both diurnal electrical rhythms-free electrons to flow from the earth to the body and neutralize the positively charged free radicals. *You can use grounding mats, pads etc if you also use an outlet tester. Number 3: Endogenous glutathione max Glutathione is a substance made from the amino acids glycine, cysteine, and glutamic acid. It is naturally produced in the cytosol (an intracellular matrix) and helps with many processes varying from detoxification, protecting the mitochondria from oxidative stress, heart health and the immune system all the way to thyroid hormone conversion. Number 4: Get enough minerals, vitamin C, E, high quality seafood. Number 5: Glutamate serves a role, but given the effects of nnEMFs on nmda it is a good idea to avoid free forms of glutamate and support GABA. Number 7: Further “lower” intracellular calcium through sunlight, nutrition, supplements and taking care of your thyroid. Nutrition-wise wise you will need: -Magnesium -Vitamin K2 -Glycine -Thiamine (indirectly (CO2 prevents the accumulation of intracellular calcium)) -Vitamin E -Boron -Zinc Number 8: Do not use your electronic devices (iphone, laptop etc) while they are charging. Number 9: Rhodiola might be promising as well.show more
