So, Figma finally updated annotations, a feature we've all... been waiting for. It's great in theory, but it's only visible to full-seat or dev mode users, and most of my team members aren't either. I’m working on a component-based workaround that works for everyone. Stay tuned.show more

I think seawater did something… strange to my iPhone... 17 Pro Max charging port. Now when I plug in the charger and turn on the switch at the same time, it shows charging a bit late compared to the iPhone 16 Pro Max and 15 Pro Max. Today I also noticed it does not charge at all with a 25W charger, but it works with 45W and 65W chargers. Should I go to the Apple Store and replace the charging port, or just use the chargers that work? Will this problem get worse over time?show more

Life update 👀 Today is my last day Webflow.... I'm beyond proud of the work I did during my 3 years here, everything from designing & building Webflow University, helping create designs & visuals for our course lessons, making tons of illustrations for our keynotes, contributing to the new logo + rebrand & new designer UI last year, early explorations of AI in the product, and so much more. I truly leveled up my design/dev/illustration skills over the past few years, a big part in thanks to Sara Lundberg & McGuire Brannon constantly pushing me & my work, as well as getting to work along side of some of the most talented people I've ever met. I'm definitely going to miss my coworkers, but I'm also excited to explore some new projects I've been wanting to start. I had an early access to GPT-6 Astra and... I can say, everyone in the world now has a 3D designer at their fingertips. I gave it an image of a house and asked to create it in 3D with all the details including toys, appliances and furniture. This a full 3D model reconstruction in Blender with geometry that you can manually tweak and run 60fps as a locally rendered "game" on device.show more
