“Foxy found the city.” It opened before him like... a dream—FoxyValley. Golden light poured from moss-covered spires and crumbling arches. In the center stood something even more incredible: crates. Dozens. Hundreds. Locked. Stacked. Glowing faintly with a soft hum. FOXYPACKS! 📦 These weren’t just relics—they were containers of power, loot, tools, gear… all randomized, all rare, and all connected to the key he found. Foxy looked back over his shoulder. “They’ll need these,” he whispered. And just like that, the season of the Shadows began. 🎁Grab a WL spot - Join our discord! (MINTING IN MAY!)show more

Supergirl Goes Woke, Flops at Box Office — (Video:... AI) Supergirl opened to a disappointing $38 million domestically this weekend — well below pre-release expectations of $45–55 million for a film with a $170 million production budget. Star Milly Alcock leaned into heavy woke messaging, claiming she faces backlash for “simply existing as a woman” in a superhero movie and criticizing what she called society’s “weird ownership of women’s bodies.” The film pushed a strong “girl boss” narrative that alienated many core superhero fans. It earned mixed reviews (56% on Rotten Tomatoes) and a soft “B-” CinemaScore. Another reminder that audiences are tired of the lecture. Do you think Hollywood will finally learn from these woke flops?show more

MONSTERS… You ever see something so real it shakes... your nervous system? I just watched a grown man sitting still… while baby Shoebills climbed onto his lap like it was nothing. Then the adult came forward. Slow… deliberate… eyes locked. That beak opened wide enough to crush bone. Then came the sound. Not a bird… not anything soft or natural… It started clattering its bill like a machine gun… then let out a deep, guttural call that sounded closer to a lion than anything with feathers. For a moment you realize… That’s not a “bird” in the way we think of birds. That’s a prehistoric predator… still walking this earth. And the only thing separating calm from chaos… is whether it decides you’re a threat. That video wasn’t fake. Your instincts were just telling you the truth. Credit Mahender Kalyanashow more

🚨 JANE STREET STRIKES $BTC AGAIN It started Monday.... Four sessions, $51 billion in market cap erased. No headline. No warning. Four days. Four US opens. Four dumps. 🇮🇷🇮🇱| The Iranian Handala Hackers have trolled a Zionist... nuclear scientist They left him a bouquet of flowers inside his own car and said: “Yesterday, you received our bouquet. A harmless object, at first glance. But you noticed the weight of it, didn’t you? You felt the presence behind it, the hands that carried it, the footsteps that faded just before you opened the door. Tell us, Dr. Isaac Gertz… how is your car? Did you hear the soft click when you touched the door handle? Did it feel… unfamiliar? We walk in your streets. We breathe your air. We stand in places you believed were inaccessible. Your regime’s illusion of security has already collapsed, silently, without alarm, without announcement. Tell your Prime Minister this: He should worry less about controlling the people and more about feeding them. The hunger rising beneath his feet grows louder each hour.” It is unclear whether Handala has done anything to this nuclear scientist’s car or not. But this shows that he probably got a message.show more

This is Kling AI Omni. I included I prompt... I used. I only used a character reference, Kling created the scene during the animation. A stressed man [your image character/📷Image1] walks anxiously around a dimly lit hotel room, the air thick with tension. As he gazes out the large window, the city skyline stretches into the distance, shrouded in the twilight's gloom, reflecting his sense of isolation. Inside, the room is sparsely decorated, with disheveled papers scattered across a small desk and a suitcase half-opened on the floor, symbolizing his chaotic mental state. Soft shadows loom in corners, making the space feel tighter as if suffocating him. The light from the window casts a pale glow, contrasting with the darkness within, creating an atmosphere of loneliness and melancholy. His thoughts drift like the clouds outside, each one heavier than the last, filling the room with a palpable sense of being overwhelmed by life and work. This scene encapsulates a dynamic immersion into his internal struggle, as if his stress has materialized around him, wrapping the space in a tight embrace.show more

Every single night at exactly 2:17 a.m., our newly... adopted dog quietly carried every shoe in the house to the front door and lined them up in a perfect row. If even one pair was missing, he'd sit there watching us like someone had already disappeared. At first, I blamed my teenage daughter. She was always leaving shoes scattered around the house, so finding a pile by the door didn't seem impossible. Then I saw Jasper. Our older German Shepherd–Hound mix sat a few feet away from the shoes, staring at them without moving. The moment I reached down to pick one up, he let out a soft warning. Not a growl more like a desperate plea. When I put the shoe back, he relaxed. The strangest part? Every shoe pointed toward the house, almost as if invisible people were standing outside, waiting to come home. The next morning, my dad grabbed his sneakers to get the newspaper. Jasper immediately stepped in front of him, trembling. When Dad opened the door, Jasper gently grabbed the leg of his pajamas and pulled him back inside. The second Dad stepped back into the house, Jasper let go. We figured he just had separation anxiety. But the next night, after we hid all the shoes, Jasper opened closet doors by himself and carried them downstairs one by one. Then I noticed something heartbreaking. Before taking each person's shoes, he quietly walked to their bedroom and checked that they were still asleep. Only then would he bring their shoes to the front door. When I called the shelter, they told me something they'd never included in his adoption file. Animal control had found Jasper sitting behind the front door of his old home... Surrounded by 23 neatly arranged pairs of shoes. That's when everything finally made sense. Jasper wasn't obsessed with shoes. In his first family, every goodbye started with someone putting them on. She Was Only 9... But She Saved Her Baby... Brother Las Vegas, Nevada. Nine-year-old Janiya was sitting at home holding her baby brother during an interview. She looked calm. Soft-spoken. Just a child. But what she had just survived was something no child should ever face. A few days earlier, she and her baby brother were outside when a stranger approached them. At first, nothing seemed unusual. Then suddenly, everything changed. The man tried to take them. Janiya said her heart started beating very fast. Her baby brother began to cry. In that moment, fear rushed through her body - but something stronger rose up too. "I just kept thinking... I have to protect him," she said. She held her brother tightly against her chest. Instead of freezing, she paid attention. She watched the man carefully. She looked for a chance to get away. When he became distracted for just a second, Janiya didn't wait. She ran. as her legs could carry her. She didn't care if she fell. She didn't care if she got tired. She only cared about getting her brother somewhere safe. She ran to the nearest home and knocked hard on the door. When someone opened it, she cried for help. That one brave decision changed everything. Police were called. The suspect was later arrested. Officers said her quick thinking likely prevented something much worse. But when people call her a hero, she shakes her head. "I'm just the big sister," she says quietly. She is only nine. But she showed courage, strength, and love beyond her years. Because real bravery isn't about being fearless. It is about being scared... and still choosing to run toward safety. And that day in Las Vegas, a little girl holding her baby brother proved that heroes don't always wear capes. Sometimes... They just hold on tight and refuse to let go. 🙏show more

1980s Private Authority • Vol. 10: London Goddesses —... Video Version 👉 Manager Clotilde’s Notice — This image is from the collection 1980s Private Authority • Vol. 10: London Goddesses, now available on our Patreon. 1980s Private Authority A sensual vintage-inspired collection set inside luxurious interiors of the 1980s, where leather, silence, mirrors, chrome, and soft daylight become part of a private language of power. In bright salons, elegant dressing rooms, private workrooms, hotel suites, and modern apartments, dominant Goddesses appear in black leather, high boots, long gloves, pencil skirts, corsets, heels, and commanding silhouettes. They are professional Mistresses, women of dominance captured in moments of stillness, preparation, decision, and quiet ritual. This collection is not about noise or spectacle. It is about presence. A lowered gaze. A gloved hand resting on glass. A pair of cuffs placed beside coffee. A leather wardrobe opened in daylight. Women who do not need to raise their voices to own the room. Each image celebrates 1980s elegance, private authority, and the magnetic beauty of women who know exactly who they are. 👉 This tenth part of 1980s Private Authority takes us to London, where British elegance, private discipline, and cool self-possession shape a new circle of commanding Goddesses. Set inside luxurious Mayfair salons, Chelsea rooms, Kensington studies, Belgravia stair halls, Knightsbridge bedrooms, marble vestibules, and private dressing rooms, this chapter presents London Mistresses and Dominatrices captured in moments of calm power, preparation, ritual, and quiet control. Leather, glossy rubber, PVC, high boots, long gloves, high heels, smoked glass, marble floors, polished wood, brass, mirrors, candles, riding crops, blindfolds, ropes, and handcuffs become part of their private language. These women do not need theatrical darkness. Their authority belongs to bright rooms, disciplined posture, strict glances, and the silence of English luxury. These London Goddesses are sensual, elegant, severe, and fully aware of their presence. Some are polished and aristocratic, some sharper and more modern, some hidden behind glasses or masks, but all of them carry the same unmistakable certainty: the room is already theirs. London Goddesses continues the spirit of 1980s Private Authority with a return across the Channel: cooler, stricter, more reserved, and unmistakably British. #VintageInLeather #LondonGoddesses #1980sGlamour #RubberGloves #Dominatrix #Mistress #RubberGoddess #ThighHighBootsshow more

🚨 ALERT AMERICA - WE HAVE BEEN SOLD OUT!... FLORIDA DID NOT VOTE FOR AN ISLAMIC TAKEOVER A Foreign Islamic Government Just Opened an Investment Command Center in Miami – And No One Asked the People of Florida In February, Miami Mayor Francis Suarez proudly announced something no one in Florida voted for: “The Saudi Investment Promotion Authority is opening its first-ever Invest Saudi office right here in Miami.” He said this on stage at the FII Priority Summit — the Saudi state-backed investment conference often called “Davos in the Desert.” This year, it was held on American soil - in Miami - with Donald Trump and major global power brokers applauding. And in the middle of the ceremony, something unprecedented happened: Saudi Arabia officially planted its first sovereign investment office in Florida – and only its second in the United States. No legislation. No vote. No debate in the Florida House or Senate. No public oversight. A foreign government embedded itself in America’s economic system — and Miami’s mayor smiled for the cameras. 🚨 What Saudi Arabia Gains Inside the U.S. Through its $941B+ (approaching $1T) Public Investment Fund (PIF) and the Ministry of Investment, Saudi Arabia can now: Buy U.S. real estate Buy U.S. commercial buildings Buy into U.S. tech & AI Buy stakes in entertainment and sports Influence U.S. markets Host state-backed summits on U.S. soil Operate an official “Invest Saudi” office inside Miami This is unprecedented access for any foreign state. 🚨 And Saudi Isn’t Alone: Other Islamic Monarchies Are Already Deep Inside America While Florida opens the door for Riyadh, the UAE and Qatar have been quietly building massive U.S. economic empires - with no public approval. United Arab Emirates (UAE) Pledged $1.4 trillion in U.S. investments over 10 years (announced March 2025 under Trump). Mubadala (sovereign fund, $327B+) appointed its first head of Americas real estate in July 2025. Snapping up U.S. properties, tech, and infrastructure from New York to Silicon Valley. Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) scouts U.S. innovation to convert into Emirati profit. 🚨 Qatar QIA ($557B fund) opened U.S. offices in New York (2015) and San Francisco. Has poured billions into Manhattan skyscrapers, Uber, Snapchat, and Hollywood. In May 2025, Qatar agreed to a $1.2 trillion economic exchange with the U.S. Includes the largest Boeing widebody order in history and $500B+ in new AI and energy investment. Americans are still blocked from owning Qatari media or strategic assets. 🚨 Combined Gulf Power Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar control well over $2.8 trillion in sovereign wealth — and are using it to buy influence across American sectors from sports to AI. None of this was approved by the American public. Now Ask the Only Question That Matters Can the United States open a government-backed “Invest America” office inside Riyadh, Dubai, or Doha? No. Absolutely not. It would be rejected instantly. These Islamic monarchies do not allow: U.S. ownership of their land U.S. ownership of their media U.S. ownership of government-adjacent real estate U.S. control of strategic infrastructure U.S. influence over their culture or policy A U.S. government investment office operating on their soil Americans in the Gulf can only work in sectors the regimes approve — never anything strategic. Yet Florida just opened its doors fully to them. Floridians Never Voted For This Florida residents didn’t approve this. The Legislature didn’t vote on it. The Governor didn’t authorize it. This was an elite decision made by Miami’s political and business class - turning the city into a playground for foreign sovereign wealth from Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, and Doha. A foreign government now has a permanent economic foothold in Florida, designed to: Deploy billions into U.S. markets Influence key American industries Expand Gulf reach into Latin America Position Miami as a foreign economic hub Increase U.S. dependence on Islamic monarchy capital 🚨 Not one Florida voter signed off. This Is About Sovereignty This is not about individuals or personal beliefs. This is about sovereignty, power, and national survival. No free nation survives when it allows foreign governments to do inside its borders what it cannot do inside theirs — especially governments that tightly restrict American access to their own markets. 🚨 So Ask Yourself Why is the United States allowing foreign influence that Gulf states would never tolerate? Why is Florida being used as the entry point? Why is Miami becoming the soft-power capital for foreign Islamic monarchies? Why are our leaders surrendering economic and technological leverage without public debate — to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar? And most importantly: Who gave them permission to sell off pieces of America without asking the American people?show more

This is the account given by the woman featured... in the video: A neighbor's Pit Bull kept escaping just to come sit on my porch. When I finally figured out why, I laughed before doing anything else. Not exactly the reaction my son - or even I - was expecting. For months, no one could make sense of it. He belonged to the family across the street. Young couple, two boys, the kind of household that refreshed their yard every spring and treated painting trim like a weekend project. And still... their dog kept leaving. Not to chase anything. Not to get into trouble. Not even to explore. He would cross the street, climb up my steps, and sit right at my front door like he had somewhere to be. The tirst time, I assumed he was lost. The second time, I figured their gate wasn't secure. By the third time, even his owners looked a little embarrassed — like this wasn't misbehavior anymore, it was determination. "I'm so sorry," the wife said one day, standing in my yard with an empty leash, slightly out of breath. "He got out again... and came straight here." I looked at him. Big head. White chest. Soft amber eyes beneath a face that would usually make people hesitate. There he was, sitting calmly on my porch in the quiet mountain sun, as steady as if he belonged there. When I opened the door, he didn't run. Didn't bark. He just leaned his warm body against my leg and let out a long, contented sigh. That was six years after my husband passed. Six years of living alone in Flagstaff. Six years of one cup, one plate, one empty side of the bed. People kept telling me I should get a dog, like love was something you could just pick back up when you felt ready. But I had already lost one great love. I wasn't looking for another bond that would one day leave me counting the silence again. So when that dog kept choosing my porch instead of his own home... I didn't feel chosen. I telt trapped. I just didn't know by what. It took time to understand. It wasn't pressure. It wasn't loss waiting to happen. It was something gentler. He wasn't replacing anything. He wasn't asking for anything I couldn't give. He just showed up. Again and again. Until the quiet didn't feel so heavy anymore. Eventually, his family and I stopped apologizing back and forth and started laughing about it instead. We worked out a rhythm — he'd visit, I'd keep the door open, and somehow, it all just fit. Now, he still comes by. Not because he's escaping. But because he has two homes. And for the first time in years, mine doesn't feel empty anymore.show more

GM. #NoStrollers parenting has been the focus of this... page and will remain so but going forward I will be adding several other parenting foci that have had profoundly positive and important impacts on my children and family. 1. *Socratic dialogue*. Thanks to Michael Strong Michael Strong for showing the way here and helping our family wield this proven, powerful, free educational (and relationship building) too. Shout out to Socrates, too. I will be sharing clips and links to the YouTube page that Michael and my now 12 year old daughter have been building since Alana was 3.5 demonstrating the what, why, how, and IMPACT of Socratic dialogue. Here is the Michael-Alana YT, and a recent representative clip is attached. 2. *Early Childhood Literacy*. If you are unaware, literacy levels in the USA are deplorable. The 'reading gap' is an active tragedy mentally crippling more than half of the young people in America. As a parent to be I was determined my child would be a a strong and early reader. Drawing upon my time as a volunteer reading tutor to 4th and 5th graders (!!) In San Diego, I composed alternate lyrics to the ABC song about how to read (the mechanics of reading), dubbed 'The Secind Verse to the ABCs.' My wife and I sang this verse to our children as often or more than any other kids song. We sincerely believe the 'Second Verse' strongly contributed to our children reading and comprehending chapter books by age 4. Reading well at a young age opened the world for them, as it did for me as a child. Almost nothing matters more than fostering a love of learning and strong reading skills at a young age. I hope you will sing and widely share the Second Verse. A few years ago I published a children's book of the same title featuring child-led Socratic dialogue to teach reading, and I will be sharing that as well (foreword by Mark Victor Hansen -- ty again Sir -- and afterword by Michael Strong). A soft cover version is available on Amazon and I have a couple hundred original hardcovers available too (DM me if interested). In the meantime, teach and sing the Second Verse to children! 3. *Healthy Kids Food". We raised children whose default is enjoy healthy foods including liver and sardines. I'll be sharing some of what worked for us. And yes I am anti-goldfish. Finally, don't forget that strollers (and mental strollers aka tablets) are suboptimal and deprive children of an enormous amount of invaluable time in the stream of life. Abandon them! Thank you for your interest and I hope you will share this post. 🌷 Chronicles of a Flower Seller — A Place... for Two After dinner, Flávio went home and Jussara went to rest. Fernanda helped me wash up, and when everything was tidy, I checked the shop one last time and then settled onto my sofa. I changed into an old nightgown and was just getting comfortable when I saw her coming — in just her underwear, hugging a pillow. She didn't say a word, just sat beside me, looking at me like someone asking for a little space to sleep. I moved over, she lay down with her back to me, and then slowly turned around, took my arm, and tucked it around herself. We stayed there, quiet and peaceful, and fell asleep together. When morning came, I woke up feeling her curled up against me, sleeping so gently. I lay perfectly still. I saw Jussara walk past, and then Flávio peeked around the corner with a little smile and a nod toward the kitchen for coffee. She woke up sleepy, gave me a soft kiss, picked up her pillow, and went to her room. Later we had breakfast together — I made bacon and egg omelet. Flávio hugged us both before heading off to paint. My mother arrived, had her coffee, and opened up the shop. From a distance I saw Carla standing in the courtyard looking at the flowers. Then Flávio walked over to her, hugged her, and they went into his house together. My heart felt a little heavy. But Fernanda looked at me with such sweetness, and I stayed there, caught in a feeling I couldn't quite explain. After breakfast, Fernanda told me how much she loved flowers and that she used to tend a garden at her mother's house. "Well then, you're in the right place," I smiled. "We've got over a thousand little seedlings waiting to be planted. Want to help?" She got straight to work, handling each plant with such gentle care that I could only stand there and watch. "You won't be alone anymore," she said softly. "If you'll have me, I'm not going back to my old job. I'm staying here with you." "This is your home now," I told her. Later I walked past Flávio's place and saw through the open window Carla painting beside him, both of them laughing, covered in paint. He spotted me and gave me a reassuring wave. That evening they came to dinner arm in arm. Carla looked radiant, so happy beside him. Afterward they went back to his house together. Jussara went to bed early. I cleaned the kitchen and sat down on the sofa, feeling tired. Then Fernanda appeared in the doorway and whispered: "Come to bed... it's warmer there. Come with me." And without a second thought, I went. 💛 Lady of the flowers ❤️show more

"This was filmed three weeks ago at Cedarwood Animal... Rescue in Richmond, Virginia. The adult dog lying in the corner is Hazel. She's approximately three years old, a Beagle mix with a soft tricolor coat and quiet, gentle eyes. Hazel came to Cedarwood six weeks ago a stray pickup, clearly a nursing mother, brought in without her puppies. Staff searched the area where she'd been found for three days. Nothing. Hazel settled into the shelter the way a dog does when it doesn't have a choice. She ate. She accepted affection. But staff noted she was consistently subdued - not depressed in a clinical sense, just carrying something. She'd often lie with her nose pressed to the base of the kennel door. Shelter director Fran said: "We see it sometimes with mothers who come in separated. There's a quality to how they hold themselves that's different from other surrenders. Hazel was looking for something constantly." Two weeks after Hazel arrived, a family in the same neighborhood where she'd been found contacted Cedarwood. They'd discovered two small puppies in their garage clearly newborns, eyes still closed when found. The family had bottle-fed them for two weeks and brought them in once they were stable enough to be moved. The vet examined all three. The DNA profile and the puppies' age were consistent. These were Hazel's. Volunteer Theresa carried the puppies in a small transport crate into Hazel's kennel room on a Thursday morning. The footage shows Hazel lying in the corner, head down, the way she always rested. Theresa set the crate on the floor and opened the door. The two puppies - round and clumsy, about five weeks old tumbled out and wobbled toward the center of the room. Hazel's head came up. She was on her feet before the puppies had taken three steps. She crossed the kennel and pressed her nose to both of them, one then the other, then began licking them with the focused urgency of a mother accounting for every inch of her children. Her tail was going so fast it seemed to move her whole back end. The puppies pushed back into her. Hazel circled them, licking and pressing and circling again. Theresa stood at the kennel door and cried. Fran told us: "We've been doing this for eleven years. Reuniting a mother with her puppies after separation is one of the things that never gets routine. Hazel had been carrying that loss quietly for two weeks. The moment those puppies were on the ground, something in her just unlocked." All three were placed together in a foster home the following week. They'll be listed for adoption once the puppies are old enough - as a group, Fran said firmly. "They're not being separated again." Some things that go missing find their way back. And when they do, the relief is written all over a body that was never fully at rest without themshow more

After six years of forced absence, Thomas had only... one hope left: to find his dog. The day he was taken away in handcuffs at thirty-six years old, Max, his Golden Retriever, was barking desperately behind the door. Throughout all those years of detention, the memory of his loyal companion haunted him. Was he still alive? Was anyone taking care of him? Did Max think he had been abandoned? Upon his release, holding a crumpled old photograph in his hand, Thomas searched all over the city. Volunteers kept telling him that after six years, finding his dog was an impossible dream. Yet, in a weathered shelter, an elderly lady named Beatrice recognized the golden coat in the photo. She told him that a solitary man named Arthur had taken the dog in five years earlier. He lived in the old quarter, near a large maple tree. Thomas’s heart pounded furiously as he finally stood before that wooden fence. Lying in the grass, his muzzle whitened by old age but his coat still brilliantly golden, was his retriever. The moment the wind carried Thomas's scent across the yard, the dog's ear twitched. He raised his head, locking his dark, soulful eyes directly into Thomas's. In that suspended, breathtaking instant, six years of silence and agonizing uncertainty completely vanished. Suddenly, Max scrambled to his feet. His tail began to wag frantically, and he ran toward Thomas with every ounce of strength left in his aging body. Overwhelmed by emotion, Thomas collapsed to his knees. In a deeply moving release of six years of pain, Max threw himself against his master's chest. Thomas clung to him tightly, weeping without restraint, tears flowing freely as the dog affectionately licked his face in pure, unconditional devotion. It was a beautiful, heartbreaking embrace of raw love and relief—Max had never, ever forgotten him. A white-haired man stepped out onto the porch, a gentle smile resting on his lips. It was Arthur. He confessed that from the moment he welcomed Max into his home, he knew the dog was waiting for someone. Every single evening, the retriever would sit by the window, intently watching the street. Arthur's late wife used to tell him that an animal's love never fades. That was why he had kept the name Max on the collar. Without a moment's hesitation, Arthur opened the gate to return the faithful companion: "At my age, I have learned that you must know when to let go of what is meant to be free. This dog has spent his whole life waiting for you. I am not losing him; I am returning him to his true story." They shared a cup of tea, speaking gently of the years that had passed, before Thomas set off on his journey with Max by his side. Today, Max sleeps peacefully at the foot of Thomas's bed in their small apartment. Every morning, placing a hand on that soft golden fur serves as a tender reminder that time can never erase true loyalty. If you ever feel like you have lost everything, remember that no passage of time is too long for genuine love, and there will always be generous souls in this world to keep hope alive.show more

Viewers Discretion Advice ..... Ever since my parents died,... there has been one question that has haunted me every single day. It is a burden I have carried in silence for years. Sometimes, I wonder if I was somehow responsible for my brother's death. I have replayed those events in my mind countless times, asking myself if there was another path I could have taken. This is the story. It began long before he died. When my mother became seriously ill, she was rushed to Alimosho General Hospital in Igando, where she spent almost two months receiving treatment. While the rest of us were praying, hoping, and doing everything we could to keep her alive, my brother behaved in a way none of us could understand. He would leave all three gates of our compound wide open. He bought alcohol and soft drinks for people as though he was celebrating. It felt as if he had already accepted, or even welcomed, the thought of losing our mother. My father noticed it too. He was already 78 years old, and the fear in his eyes is something I can never forget. When my mother was eventually discharged from the hospital, you would have expected things to return to normal. Instead, it was as though a dark cloud had settled over my brother. Then my mother passed away. After her death, my father repeatedly told us he believed Wale would one day kill him. That fear didn't come from nowhere. They had fought before, and my father genuinely believed his life was in danger. Then, a few months later, everything changed again. Wale suddenly became very ill. But before anyone knew he was sick, his behaviour had become even more disturbing. Almost every night, he would walk around carrying an axe. One night, I asked him, "Do you want to kill all of us too?" He didn't answer. He simply laughed. A loud, chilling laugh that still echoes in my mind. This continued during the COVID-19 lockdown. Night after night, he would leave the three entrance gates wide open. We had children living in the house. I am a woman, and this was a period when stories of kidnappings, rape, and violent crimes filled the news every day. I begged him to stop. I warned him. I even told him that if he opened those gates again, I would deal with him myself. Nothing changed. He continued threatening everyone while carrying that axe. Eventually, I reached my breaking point. I reported the matter, and the police arrested him. He spent four days in detention. When I saw the condition he was in, my heart broke. Despite everything that had happened, I pleaded with the police to release him because he looked so weak. They eventually let him go. Not long after that... He died. That was when everything turned against me. Neighbours. Friends. Even some members of my own family. Many believed I was responsible because I was the one who reported him. But something one of the police officers said has stayed with me ever since. He looked at me and asked, "What if he had killed you first?" "What if he had attacked those innocent children who were only eight and five years old?" Those words have echoed in my heart ever since. I have lived with guilt for years. I still question myself. Could I have handled it differently? Should I have taken another approach? Or did I simply do what anyone would have done to protect innocent lives? That is why I am sharing this story today. Please be honest with me. If you were in my shoes, what would you have done?💔show more
