Street cleaners from India start working in St. Petersburg... The first group arrived back in September to fill the labor shortage. Some Indians claim they previously worked in the IT sector. For example, one of them says he was an AI developer at Microsoft. At the same time, the city has extended the ban on foreign workers in the courier and taxi sectors, while regular raids on migrants are being carried out.show more

I remember the day my dad got laid off.... He came home early. Sat at the kitchen table. Didn’t say anything for a long time. 28 years at the same company. $52,000 a year. Same desk. Same commute. Same handshake every Christmas party. They called him into HR on a Tuesday morning and handed him a folder. 2 weeks severance. $2,000. A COBRA packet at $1,400 a month he couldn’t afford and a thank you for your service. He was 54. Too young for Medicare. Too old to start over. Too proud to tell us how scared he was. He spent the next 4 years working part time jobs at $14 an hour. Not to retire comfortably. Not to build anything. Just to keep health insurance so a hospital bill wouldn’t finish what the layoff started. 28 years. $1.4 million in value given to that company. And they never called to check on him once. I will never forget that kitchen table moment. That’s when I learned that no company will ever love you back.show more

If the weight, reps, or sets aren't increasing over... time, you're not training. You're exercising. Training has direction. Exercise is just movement. "But I'm working really hard!" Working hard at the same load you used 6 months ago isn't training. It's maintenance. Your body adapts to stimulus. Once adapted, there's no reason to grow further. You must provide novel stimulus: - More weight - More reps at same weight - More sets (carefully) - Better form at same load Something must improve or you're spinning your wheels. "I can't always progress!" Then you're doing too much volume or training too frequently relative to your recovery capacity. You should be able to progress something every 2-3 weeks at minimum. If you're stuck: - Reduce volume to increase recovery - Focus on one lift to prioritise - Check if you're actually eating enough You can't build muscle without building strength over time. The two are correlated at the individual level. If your lifts aren't going up over months, neither is your muscle mass. Track everything. Compare to last month. Progress or adjust. Training without progression is just going to the gym.show more

Well… I scrolled Facebook today and counted 22 new... brush clearing companies in our local market alone. Every single one of them…except one, started no earlier than summer of 2025. A lot of them are copying our social formula almost exactly. - Same content style. - Same messaging. - Same angles. Not quite as effectively, but close enough. At the same time, I get emails, calls, and texts almost every day from people around the country starting forestry mulching businesses who want advice. Which is fascinating to watch… and exactly what we expected. Here’s the part people don’t talk about when they say “just post more content”: Visibility creates competition. Our lead costs are up roughly 10x because of market saturation. Our close rates are down because crowded markets always turn into a race to the bottom on price. That’s the tax of winning. Luckily, we planned for this. We’ve been expecting this since day one, and we’re rolling out Phase 2 of Brushworks this spring… a little earlier than anticipated, but no big deal. I will say… I am surprised by how fast people rush into a market when they see a good idea working. It moves faster than most people think. On to Phase 2. I won’t be sharing this one though. 😄show more

2 weeks ago i started delegating everything to an... AI agent not just writing. actual operations. here's exactly what it does for me now: 1. trades polymarket 24/7 (378 wins, 27 losses, 93% win rate) 2. sends me a morning brief every day at 7:30am with personalized tweet suggestions based on what performed yesterday 3. scrapes my own analytics and tracks what's working 4. monitors all my bots and alerts me when something breaks 5. checks my email and calendar so i don't have to total setup cost: $0. it runs on a $600 mac mini. the part nobody tells you: the first week was terrible. bad suggestions, wrong data, generic output. but every time it got something wrong, i told it why. and it got better. Sensor fusion for a 5th gen fighter is a... crucial step, it is the “brain” of the jet..means software layer + processing hardware that combines data streams to give the pilot a single, coherent picture. ▪️Radar, IRST, DAS, RWR all see the same target differently...fusion core aligns them in time/angle/range (using Kalman filters, AI/ML). ▪️If Radar sees a blip at 50 km, 40° right, and IRST sees a hot spot in same direction, fusion merges them > one target track, not 2...conflicting reports are resolved by probability weighting. ▪️Each sensor assigns confidence values (radar strong return means high confidence; DAS faint signal means low confidence)..fusion engine promotes/demotes tracks accordingly. ▪️Pilot doesn’t see “raw radar/IR”...Instead, cockpit displays a fused 360° battlespace map like friend/foe tagging (via IFF+datalink)..sensor cross-cued (e.g., IRST cues radar for lock, DAS cues MAWS) on priority. #AMCAshow more

⚡️INTRODUCING HARDSTAKE, BOOSTS AND SAFE LP TRANSFERS This very... important update concerns creators, users, liquidity providers and integrators. Please read carefully and hang tight HARDSTAKE: A new router function that allows projects to implement any custom staking logic safely on any ERC20, adhering to the Ethervista Euler model. This opens up new possibilities for token economics, including locking LP tokens permanently while still earning rewards - effectively "burning" tokens without losing benefits. The $VISTA token will be the first to implement HARDSTAKE 👇 Ethervista will now offer BOOSTS, allowing new projects to advertise directly on for an ETH fee. This feature gives launched tokens instant exposure to our large user base. All BOOST fees go straight to $VISTA stakers. It's our way of ensuring supporters benefit directly from ETHERVISTA's growth. This system exemplifies our core idea: traders, creators, and providers working together to create value for everyone involved. To ensure a smooth rollout of these new features, we're implementing a phased approach: 1. One-week integration period: We're giving everyone time to adapt to these changes and build accordingly before deploying to mainnet. 2. Public audit: During this week, we're opening a public audit period. Any bugs found will be generously rewarded 3. Documentation: Comprehensive documentation is available at providing detailed information on HARDSTAKE and safe LP transfers. 4. Developer support: We've opened a dedicated developer chat on Discord to offer full support and answer any questions during the integration process.show more

NEW ALL IN: $PALU @ 33.60 This is the... 2X Palo Alto Networks $PANW ETF. I entered roughly when $PANW was at $270. The thesis is simple: they have earnings on Tue 6/2 and could pull a SNOW or DELL like move. (Breaking my rule here on leverage. The implied move on earnings is +/- 8% so a 2X leveraged ETF makes this +/- 16%. I think that is still survivable if I'm wrong) - Anthropic Mythos is causing havoc finding 10K+ security exploits and that is legitimately scaring EVERYONE - Palo Alto Networks is one of the main security partners helping Anthropic find and fix things before its release. They are publishing so many blog posts and deep dives and really establishing themselves as the main name for this new era of AI cybersecurity - Project Glasswing started on April 7 so while the price is already up 69% since then, I think (just like every other crazy earnings) they will somehow surprise us even more - Hedge fund 🐐 Gavin Baker started a new $90M position along with dozens of hedge funds increasing positions in Q1 2026 - CEO is so badass he bottom-ticked his own stock on March 27 for $10M. Robinhood has this labelled wrong (it shows only 100 shares bought on open market but I checked the actual SEC filing and confirmed he did buy the whole $10M on open market) - Board also authorized an extra $1B stock buyback program on March 10 which is always nice to see Earnings have been massive re-rating events for software names these past few days. If you read my late night free alpha post you might've got a wiff of where my spidey senses are at. 1. Cybersecurity underloved ✅ 2. Software rotation ✅ 3. Insider buy ✅ TLDR: Market is rotating back into software and rewarding high quality category leaders. Note: $ZS and $S had bad earnings and tanked but are incomparable in quality and market cap to $PANW. Plus $PANW has had time to learn how to structure their earnings calls. They're also beating $CRWD to the punch with their earnings a day earlier. I literally stumbled upon this ticker last night and learned they have earnings on Tue. Hence the late night alert and urgent trade. You have to turn the bell on if you're following me. Subscribing gets you my first thoughts and drafts. Sold $HLIT @ 16.32 right when I woke up for an 8% gain. Still believe in the thesis (I stand by every thesis I publish) and would love to jump back after the earnings play (same with any stock I talk about). --- As a reminder: this is my challenge account where I restarted with $35k to go all-in swing trading 1 stock at a time to $10M again. Now at $71k. As always, please do your own research with your own independent thinking and risk tolerance and decide your own buys and sells.show more

In 2007, I designed tools that let anyone draw... on top of Google Maps. People could drop pins, draw lines and shapes, and layer their own meaning onto the world with "My Maps." But nearly 20 years later, one tiny design debate has stayed with me: how should people draw a shape? At the time, we had two options. 1. Draw mode: users click and drag to create. 2. Drop + edit: the app drops a default shape, then users resize + move it. I pushed hard for draw mode. People were tracing rivers and roads, so precision mattered. A default square dropped in the middle of Kansas wasn’t going to cut it. Decades later, this same debate is still playing out in modern tools: → Figma, Illustrator, Google Slides use draw mode → Canva, Keynote, PowerPoint use drop + edit While there clearly isn't consensus, some newer products are evolving beyond these patterns: → FigJam gracefully merges draw mode and drop + edit into one concept with its semi-transparent “ghost” objects. → Apple Photos on iPhone is a great context for drop + edit. The canvas is small and the mobile user inputs are limited. After decades of using digital drawing tools, I still bristle when a tool drops an unsolicited rectangle onto my screen. At best, it feels presumptuous. At worst, it feels lazy. When we built My Maps, we designed tools that invited users to create. We provided the means, but we let people lead. That same principle applies to every product today: understand who you’re building for and what they need, then design the simplest, most intuitive workflows — ones that let users lead. Because in the end, the best tools don’t assume what users want. They respond. Full breakdown in comments below.show more

I just ran Gemma 4 31B on @CerebrasSystems at... 1,800+ tokens/sec and it's multimodal. For context: that's 35x faster than a typical GPU endpoint, and the first token (reasoning included) lands in 1.5 seconds. This isn't a benchmark slide, I recorded the inference live. Prompt I used: "Create a simulation of an iPhone. Include at least one working dummy note taking app, a functional notification pulldown, high quality graphics, single HTML file, any libs via CDN." - Generation time: 3 seconds. - Notes app worked. - Notification panel worked. - Rendered first try. This is what wafer-scale inference unlocks, not just "faster," but a different category of product. When generation is this fast, you stop waiting and start iterating in real time. Why this matters: Gemma 4 31B is Google DeepMind's flagship open weight model, Apache 2.0 licensed, dense (not MoE), and built for efficiency over raw parameter count. It scores close to Claude Haiku 4.5 on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index (30 vs 29) but runs ~18x faster on Cerebras. It's also the first multimodal model on Cerebras's platform, meaning you can now feed it screenshots, documents, charts, and UI states at wafer scale speed. # Applications I'm most excited about: - Screenshot → Insight: Drop in a dashboard or document screenshot, get structured findings back instantly. no waiting, no batching. - Live UI generation: Full interactive interfaces (like my iPhone sim) generated and rendered in under 2 seconds. - Screenshot -> Patch: Feed it a broken UI + console error, get a minimal code fix and verification steps back. - Computer use & agentic loops: See -> reason -> act - verify, fast enough to keep a human in the loop instead of waiting on the model. - Long context summarization: Full research reports condensed into decision ready summaries you can read and requery in one sitting. The bigger unlock isn't the speed number itself, it's that agentic and multimodal loops (see -> reason -> output -> tool call -> verify -> retry) finally run in real time instead of feeling sluggish. As Logan Kilpatrick (Logan Kilpatrick) put it: "If every model was doing 2,000 tokens per second, you wouldn't build the same product and just have it be faster, you'd build different products." Gemma 4 31B is live now on Cerebras Inference Cloud in public preview. If you're building multimodal, agentic, or real time apps, this is worth testing today. What would you build with such insane inference throughput?show more

Then it dropped a wallet. stargate5 $165,618 profit 16,279 trades Joined November 2025 He almost skipped it. Then he opened the activity. No predictions. No narratives. He asked Claude how this keeps working. It said: you don’t need big wins. You need a small edge executed thousands of times at near-even conditions. Volume handles the rest. He asked: what kind of capital this started with. Claude: based on sizing — probably under $1,000. Compounding did the rest. He went through the trades manually. As promised by the Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi... in the run up to the just concluded Assembly Elections, works on cleaning of Yamuna have already begun in the right earnest, with trash skimmers, weed harvesters & a dredge utility craft already starting cleaning operations in the river today. Hon'ble Delhi LG VK Saxena LG Delhi yesterday met the Chief Secretary and ACS (I&FC) and asked them to start work immediately. At the outset a four pronged strategy has put in place to tackle the issue comprehensively. 1. To begin with, the trash, garbage and silt in the Yamuna river stream will be removed. 2. Simultaneously cleaning operations in the Najafgarh Drain, Supplementary Drain and all other major drains will start. 3. At the same time, a daily watch on the existing STPs in terms of their capacity and output will be maintained, and 4. A time bound plan in terms of construction of new STPs/DSTPs on drains etc to meet the actual shortfall of treating about 400 MGD of sewer will be put in place and operationalized. The execution of this ambitious plan that targets cleaning the river in about 3 years, will require seamless coordination between various agencies and departments that include DJB, I&FC, MCD, Environment Department, PWD and DDA. Monitoring of the abovementioned works will be done at the highest level on a weekly basis. In addition to this, the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) has been directed to keep strict vigil on discharge of untreated effluent into the drains by Industrial Units in the City. It may be noted that the rejuvenation of Yamuna had started in mission mode in January 2023, when the NGT had constituted a High Level Committee (HLC) under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble LG V.K Saxena. However, after 5 monthly meetings of the said HLC which was closely monitoring cleaning operations, the then AAP Government under Arvind Kejriwal moved the Supreme Court and got the NGT order stayed by the then CJI Chandrachud on 10.07.23. Thereafter, works of Yamuna Rejuvenation had again been stalled and CoD/BoD levels that had started improving slightly on a month on month basis, became worse with pollution reaching record levels early this year. *DUC shifted near the signature bridge and is going to float towards Vasudev ghat *Trash Skimmer has started working at Vasudev Ghat *Weed harvester near Signature Bridge Another weed harvester machine has started working at ITO.show more

𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒊𝒕 𝑹𝑨𝑰𝑵𝑺 𝒊𝒕 𝑷𝑶𝑼𝑹𝑺⛑️ 𝐺𝑢𝑎𝑟𝑑𝑖𝑎𝑛 𝐴𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑙~𝑃𝑎𝑟𝑡 2 😇🙏... After a botched summer assignment to a new collegiate league in Texarkana, TX that saw Grant Scholzen sleeping in his car and no host family provided as promised, Grant came home and waited patiently for a summer league call. The MGF Marshalls (who by the way is one of the best run orgs in the country, more on that in a future post!) called and in his 1st game and 2nd AB with a 1-2 count in a left on left matchup with the shadows in play, Grant took a 92 mph FB off the shoulder and into the right side of his face. The only time in 5 years w/o a face shield on his helmet, it’s the only time he’s been hit above the shoulder. Was watching the game on live stream, and it was hard to tell where it actually hit him? Grant immediately started walking to the dugout and I couldn’t figure out why he was doing that, because he should be either staying at home plate gathering his bearings or going to 1B. What you don’t see is the catcher and pitcher who are close friends of Grant’s growing up facing each other in HS and teammates throughout their CBA summer/fall travel ball experiences, looking on with what just happened? The pitcher and catcher who I’m close with as well, are in shock and the pitcher then walks into the opposing dugout to see if Grant is okay? Grant was okay, but he wasn’t okay?! That helpless feeling again when you’re not there and your son has something almost tragic happen?! I was calling friends who I knew were at the game and they said he had ice on his cheek in the dugout. After the game Grant was going to drive 4 hours home and get home at 3am to attend his cousin’s church service to listen to him speak at his 2 year church missionary farewell. He got home late as I said and woke up yesterday with his face extremely swollen and his eye already black, so we saw his uncle at church, who is a pediatric dentist and he scheduled a CT Scan with an oral surgeon buddy. Grant went in this morning for the scan and to our surprise, NO broken bones. Thank you to the countless people who text and reached out with worry and wanting updates. The baseball circle is small, but big at the same time and is a comforter! Once again his mother Heidi was working overtime to protect her kids, just like my daughter’s car accident 3 weeks ago. I just built a Claude skill that writes 20... Meta ad hooks in 60 seconds 🤯 Give it your product, your audience, and your best-performing angles → it writes hooks across 10 proven frameworks, each one targeted at a specific customer pain point. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still writing hooks from scratch every time they need new creative — staring at a blank doc, scrolling competitors for inspiration, and recycling the same 3 angles because you ran out of ideas two weeks ago. If you're launching Meta Ads and your hook writing process looks like this — open a Google Doc, try to remember what worked last time, write 5 hooks that all sound the same, run them, 4 flop, go back to the doc, repeat ... This skill replaces the entire process: → You give it your product name, key benefits, and target customer → It writes hooks across 10 frameworks: problem-solution, curiosity gap, bold claim, social proof, before/after, us vs them, question, contrarian, urgency, and storytelling → Each hook targets a specific pain point — not generic "Shop now" copy → Generates 2 variations per framework so you have options to test → Outputs everything organized by framework with notes on when to use each one → Takes about 60 seconds No blank page. No recycling the same 3 angles. No writing 5 hooks that all sound like the same ad. What you get: → 20 hooks across 10 proven frameworks, ready to drop into your ads → Each hook written for a specific customer pain point, not a generic audience → Framework labels so you know which hook type you're testing → A reusable skill — run it for every new product, every new campaign, every new angle sprint → Works from a product brief — no API connection, no CSV export, no setup beyond installing the skill One product brief. 20 hooks. 60 seconds. I put together the full skill file plus a playbook showing how to install it, customize the frameworks, and run your first hook sprint. Western Railway is undertaking a major safety-driven encroachment removal... operation at Garib Nagar, Bandra (East), today i.e 19th May 2026, after due legal process extending over several years. The following facts may kindly be noted: 1. The matter is not sudden or arbitrary. Proceedings under the Public Premises Act were initiated before 2017 and eviction orders were passed on 27.11.2017. 2. The issue has undergone extensive judicial scrutiny over nearly nine years, including proceedings before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court and Hon’ble Supreme Court. 3. The latest orders of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court dated 29.04.2026, subsequently upheld in further proceedings as well as before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, have permitted removal of unauthorized encroachments, while protecting identified eligible structures. 4. Western Railway is fully complying with judicial directions. Structures identified for protection through the joint survey process are not being disturbed. 5. The action is being undertaken primarily in the railway safety zone adjacent to active railway tracks, where unauthorized habitation poses serious risks to human life and train operations. 6. This railway area stretch is operationally critical for augmentation of rail capacity in Mumbai. Removal of encroachments is essential for railway safety, operational flexibility and future infrastructure expansion, including additional train services. 7. The proposed works are linked to enhancement of carrying capacity on one of the busiest rail corridors in the country and will facilitate introduction of additional long-distance train services for passengers across India. 8. Railway land cannot remain perpetually encroached, be it anywhere, and more so in safety-sensitive operational areas. At the same time, Railway administration is acting strictly within the framework of law and court directions. 9. The operation is being carried out jointly with civil administration, police authorities and railway security agencies to ensure maintenance of law and order and humane execution of the drive.show more
