I was half asleep thinking “did something fall? did the light drop or something?” but it was actually him kicking me. When you see a tanker show up at the... base, and you know there’s an important delivery from Lockheed Martin coming up based on the news… For the last few days we’ve had the tabletop scanner sitting in our bedroom waiting for the call. Yesterday morning we finally heard what we’d been hoping for. RUMMY01 (KC-46) and RETRO61 flight of 3, the Polish F-35s, requesting clearance. We raced to our spot, and thankfully the overcast skies meant location on the field didn’t matter too much. Right as the F-35s departed, just before 8am local time, a light rain started moving in. I still need to edit the photos, but for now here are the takeoff videos. This will probably be the last time I get to see them for a while. Hopefully one day I’ll make it over to Poland for another air show.show more

it’s my birthday. growing up I didn’t celebrate it... because I never got the point. but as I get older I realize it’s a day of reflection. looking back from where I started I’m in the middle of what I prayed for. but in this “busy” culture you’re never satisfied. make $100, how can I make $500? make $500, how can I make $1,000? this constant need for improving is something that I picked up when I first started. in the beginning it was one of the reasons for my success but also the reason I was constantly worried. the longer I’m in this game I realize sometimes it’s important to take a step back. reevaluate, look at the bigger picture. in 2016 my goal was $100/day. the 2016 version of myself would NEVER believe what happened in the last 8 years. if you’re reading this, never give up on your goals, keep working but reward yourself as you hit them.show more

if you have been following me for some time..... you probably have seen my body, great angles, large numbers by my posts.. and as much as i am proud of my journey and the realizations i have had.. i am also super aware of how my content could have been perceived during my journey. i wasn't aware of it in the moment.. but now i really see myself differently. growth is making peace with what you didn't know. it's the vulnerability to admit you didn't know better, and the grace to forgive yourself for it. there is no sense trying to spend your heart beats that you won't get back.. regretting what you did, what you said, what you didn't say, how you didn't take action, etc. what matters now..is how you choose to move. how fast you take action, how fast you are able to see yourself in a different lens, how quickly you are able to self correct. being able to redirect yourself in your own life in my opinion is one of the most powerful tools we have to live better.. and to live truly authentic to who we really are. ps post yourself in the bikini because i will from time to time.. but it will be from a different place. 🤍 #intentionalliving #mindsetshift #quietpower #authenticgrowth #womeninbusinessshow more
