After today’s chase in rural Arkansas, I noticed a... biker pushing his motorcycle along the side of I-57 in the dark more than three miles from the nearest gas station. Went and bought a jug of gas to help get him safely on his way, but when he tried to start the bike, the battery was dead, but thankfully, I had a jump pack with me.
