June 22 Fever vs. Phoenix Mercury game – Caitlin Clark (#22) assaulted on the floor: knee to groin, fist to ribs, fist/forearm to neck/throat as the Phoenix player (#25) gets up. These targeted hits on the league’s biggest star have gone on way too long. Enough is enough. Suspensions NOW for player safety and game integrity. Clark carries the spotlight – give her fair play, not cheap shots. Refs failing again. Fans are fed up. WNBA, do better! (Video: AI)show more

Caitlin Clark Boldly Stands Up for Herself and Her... Team with the Refs Caitlin Clark and her Indiana Fever teammates have faced some tough physical play this season, with several hard hits and questionable no-calls testing their composure. In Wednesday night’s game against the Golden State Valkyries in Indianapolis, Clark was driving to the basket for a layup in the second quarter when Valkyries center Kiah Stokes bumped her hard to the ground with no foul called. Clark still made the layup but hobbled up the court in visible pain, later revealing she suffered a contusion on her leg. On the other end, officials called a questionable foul on Fever center Aliyah Boston, prompting Clark to passionately voice her frustration directly to referee Gerda Gatling—standing up not just for herself, but for her teammates as well. (Video: AI) Despite the physical toll, Clark showed impressive restraint overall and returned in the second half. The Fever ultimately fell 88-75 in the 13-point loss. After the game, Clark said: “I got kneed right in the quad, that hurts. The ref can’t miss that. And then I have to play with a contusion in my leg the rest of the game. It’s ridiculous. You can’t knee me in the leg and knock me over.” Her poise, talent, and willingness to advocate for fair play are truly impressive as she lights up the WNBA. Great respect for her focus on the game. Are you Team Caitlin all the way for her incredible talent and grit, or do the refs need to step up with more consistent calls to protect the players?show more

Caitlin Clark Makes WNBA History With Career-Night Performance Caitlin... Clark delivered her best game yet Friday, dropping a career-high 45 points with 10 assists, 4 steals, and 2 blocks to lead the Indiana Fever to a 110-107 win over the Seattle Storm. (Video: AI) She became the first player in WNBA history to record at least 40 points and 10 assists in a single game — an eye-popping achievement that highlights just how remarkable Clark is as an athlete and how valuable she is to the league. The WNBA needs to be protecting her and all of their players a lot better.show more

🔥This really pisses me off! This is not basketball... anymore! Caitlin Clark gets LITERALLY tackled in the fourth quarter last night against Dallas. Odyssey Sims wraps her up and dumps her to the floor like it’s the NFL. No whistle. No flagrant. Nothing. I watched it happen! The announcers even called it a “tackle.” And still … silence from the refs. This keeps happening. Cheap shots, body checks, muggings and the league just shrugs while their biggest draw keeps getting abused. The WNBA needs new leadership before someone gets injured. Permanently. Protect these girls! Enough is enough.show more

🔥Sophie Cunningham is the chick that defended Caitlin Clark... after yet another night of rampant abuse when the Fever played The Sun. Fun fact..her & her twin sister have been taking Taekwondo since she was a kid so Caitlin couldn’t ask for a better protector. The WNBA decided to fine Sophie Cunningham because they don’t seem to be able to be capable or desire to DO THAT JOB THEMSELVES. WNBA ratings drop 53-55% when Caitlin Clark is not playing so they aren’t the brightest for not protecting. Sophie should be garnering a whole bunch of new fans and THESE are the women the WNBA should be promoting as their face as a great example of a teammate.show more

🚨 NOW: A massive group of House Republicans announce... the DOJ and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission could CRACK DOWN on the WNBA after Caitlin Clark was viciously and violently fouled on the court, and is being targeted because she's WHITE REP. AUGUST PFLUGER TO WNBA COMMISSIONER: "Clark has been hip-checked, poked in the eye, and struck in the throat during games. These incidents go far beyond routine physical play, yet the WNBA and its officiating have too often failed to address these unacceptable incidents and hold players accountable." "Recently, a player even appeared to endorse violence against Clark in a social media post, further fueling concerns about the culture surrounding these incidents." "In addition, concerning reports suggest that many of these attacks against Caitlin Clark may be racially motivated." "As Commissioner, you have an obligation to ensure that every player competes in a safe and professional environment, both on and off the court, free from violence, discrimination, or retaliation." "If discrimination or retaliation is occurring and creating a hostile work environment, we support any appropriate investigation by the Department of Justice, the Department of Labor, or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. If true, such conduct could constitute violations of federal civil rights laws." Republican Study Committee is demanding answers this month. FIX IT, OR ELSE!show more

WNBA refs let Aja Wilson maul Caitlyn Clark on... the loose ball. Even knocked her on the floor. Guess they do whatever it takes even if it’s dirty. Crazy that this league treats its best player like this and consistently lets this nasty behavior slide This play led to Chelsea Gray hitting the ice cold game winner after already sending it to overtime Good basketball in that regard but targeting CC is such bullshitshow more

Caitlin Clark This is the PRE-season and this chic... is back at this awful behavior. 27% from 3-point range Led the WNBA in turnovers last year Horrific defender The biggest whiner/flopper/cry baby in the entire WNBA What type of arrogant athlete has to be held back by her teammates from attacking officials in a PRE-season game??!!! I literally can’t stomach watching this chic! Give me Paige, Sabrina, Gabby, A’Ja, Azzi, Kelsey Plum, and Napheesa any day. I will not watch a Caitlin Clark game until she learns good shot selection, how to play defense, how to finish through contact, how to stop having 8 turnovers every night, and how to stop disrespecting officials like they’re dogs! Period! Grow up and leave the officials the officials alone!show more

What we are finally seeing in the WNBA is... a massive professionalism gap. Caitlin Clark continues to handle almost every situation with grace, restraint, and maturity. She keeps showing up, taking the high road, and acting like the adult in the room. Meanwhile, far too many people around this league keep proving they are not ready for the spotlight Caitlin brought them. Instead of demanding a higher standard, the league keeps tolerating the same nonsense and then acting offended when fans notice. A serious league does not normalize reckless contact, public jealousy, passive-aggressive media games, weak leadership, and selective accountability. A serious league does not punish the people who speak up while making excuses for the people who keep crossing the line. Caitlin Clark is operating like a franchise-level professional. Too much of the WNBA is still operating like a protected clique that cannot handle being scrutinized. If this league wants to be taken seriously, it has to start acting serious.show more

This is Caitlin Clark in college at Iowa. She’s... a 21-year old grown woman. She is not happy with the officiating. Shocker. As a player from the opposing team is lining up to shoot free-throws, Caitlin is acting like an absolute maniac, cursing out coaches and officials. No one can control her because she does not have an ounce of emotional maturity in her body. 14,000 fans are in attendance. In the MIDDLE OF THE GAME, this 21-year old CHILD’s father yells at her to KNOCK OF OFF, and to stop being a BABY. Does she stop? Of course not. No one can correct her, not even her own father. Right there on national television, this 21-year old turns to her father to explain why her tantrum is justified. Bro, I played collegiate basketball. For a parent sitting in a crowd of 14,000 to have to tell a 21-year old mid-game to KNOCK IT OFF during an immature tantrum on national television…….that is CRAZY! WNBA Coaches and Officials don’t stand a CHANCE with this brat.show more

Caitlin Clark Gets Candid on Media Coverage Caitlin Clark... opened up in a recently released interview about the constant media scrutiny she faces, calling some of the coverage “emotionally exhausting.” In this sit-down interview, the Indiana Fever star said: “I think there’s just like a false characterization of who I am sometimes. And I get it, like as a reporter or as a blogger, you can write an opinion piece and that’s your job… but at the same time, you don’t know me. We’ve never had a conversation. I get people have a job to do, but at the same time, don’t make accusations about my character and who I am when you don’t know me.” (Video: AI) Clark added that the narrative around on-court moments often becomes draining: “It gets exhausting. It gets frustrating… It’s emotionally exhausting. It’s draining.” She’s asking for something simple — judge the player on the court, not the person you don’t actually know.show more

Caitlin Clark Sidesteps Defending Women’s Private Spaces and Fair... Sports Caitlin Clark finally broke her silence on Sophie Cunningham’s comments defending women’s sports — and it was underwhelming. After the Indiana Fever’s loss to the Minnesota Lynx on Sunday, a reporter asked how the team was handling the noise surrounding Cunningham’s clear stance that women and girls shouldn’t have to compete against biological males. Clark’s response: “I think, for us, it’s not really a discussion we really have in our locker room. I think it’s for leagues and the governing bodies to work with their athletes to find solutions, but our focus is on basketball.” (Video: AI) When pressed further, she shut it down: “I just answered for you.” That’s not leadership. Women athletes are being asked to share private spaces and compete against biological males. Refusing to stand up for basic fairness and safety isn’t neutral — it’s a choice. Sophie Cunningham has been willing to say the quiet part out loud. Clark had the platform and the moment… and chose not to use it.show more

Love her or hate her, Caitlin Clark has changed... women’s basketball forever. Argue with me. Before Caitlin, people were talking about women’s basketball. After Caitlin, people were planning their weekends around it. She didn’t just bring fans. She brought casual fans, sports fans, gambling fans, media attention, sold-out arenas, record TV ratings, jersey sales, and nonstop debate. Entire teams moved games to larger venues when she came to town because demand exploded. The numbers aren’t really up for debate. The 2024 NCAA Championship drew 18.9 million viewers, outdrawing the men’s title game. Her WNBA debut became one of the most-watched games in decades. Attendance records fell. Merchandise sales surged. Economists and analysts have credited her with generating hundreds of millions of dollars in value for women’s basketball. And here’s the part that drives some people crazy: You don’t have to think she’s the best player ever. You don’t have to think she’s the MVP. You don’t even have to like her. But pretending she hasn’t transformed the visibility, revenue, and cultural relevance of women’s basketball is like pretending Michael Jordan didn’t help grow the NBA. The strongest evidence might be this: when Clark has been sidelined, national TV audiences have dropped dramatically. Her games simply attract more viewers than anyone else’s. So go ahead. Tell me which player in women’s basketball history has had a bigger impact on attendance, ratings, merchandise sales, and mainstream attention than Caitlin Clark. I’ll wait. 🍿show more

Happy 30th Birthday to Sophie Cunningham Today the Indiana... Fever and WNBA fans are celebrating Sophie Cunningham as she turns 30. The Missouri product and Fever guard has brought toughness, energy, and sharpshooting to Indiana since joining the team. Known for her intensity on the court and loyalty to her teammates, Cunningham continues to make an impact both as a player and a presence in the locker room. Sophie has made a name for herself not just by being a strong player, but by standing up for what she believes is right. The WNBA and the country could benefit from more athletes willing to do the same. Wishing Sophie a great birthday and continued success this season.show more

🚨 UNACCEPTABLE SCENES IN PORTUGUESE FOOTBALL 😡 Clear and... shocking footage shows FC Porto’s Alberto Costa spitting on Famalicão’s Sorriso while the opponent was on the ground after a foul in the 86th minute. A clear act of complete indiscipline and total lack of sportsmanship. This is NOT football. This shames the game. The Primeira Liga needs to wake up urgently. This season has been marked by controversy after controversy, impunity and chaos both on and off the pitch. The Disciplinary Council can no longer look the other way. Exemplary punishment must be handed out immediately — exactly as it would be for any other player. Enough with the “grey areas”. Fair play and respect for the opponent have to become the rule again. ⚽show more

So…….I recently discovered that WNBA Referees are independent contractors... who are paid on a per-game basis. They earn $1,500-$2,500 per game, with no benefits. NBA Referees are full-time, unionized employees who earn SALARIES of $250,000-$550,000 annually with full benefits and PENSIONS. ————————————————- So…….I’m watching this Atlanta Dream game last night. Angel Reese gets out on a fast break. Shakira Austin utilizes a “take foul.” A take foul is when a defender deliberately commits a foul to stop an offensive player from scoring. Shakira takes out Angel’s legs. Then she whacks her across the arm. The message is simple: I am sending her to the line INTENTIONALLY to shoot a pair, rather than giving her a lay-up. No foul was called on this play. ————————————————— The reason why WNBA players are getting KILLED is because they have TEMU officials watching over multi-million dollar entities. I thought at one point that these officials were cheating against certain players. They are not cheating. These are independent contractors with other full-time jobs, who officiate WNBA games in their spare time! They don’t have a CLUE as to what they are doing!!!! I am just about ready to start my transition to NFL season. I can’t with the WNBA man…………!!!!!show more

Alright, let’s do a quick review of last night’s... game between the Atlanta Dream, and the Minnesota Lynx because I am extremely busy today. What you witnessed last night……(and this is why I hate talking basketball with Caitlin Clark fans because they know jack NOTHING about the game of basketball)……….was the result of team meetings, walk-throughs, film sessions, and an ENTIRE GAME PLAN that was CENTERED around containing ONE player: Angel Reese. ————————————————- The plan was simple: 1. If the ball goes to Angel Reese in the post, immediately double and triple team her. No one player can stop her. 2. If a shot goes up, send FOUR BODIES to surround ANGEL REESE. No one player will keep her off the boards. No TWO players will keep her off the boards. We’ve TRIED that. ————————————————- I’ve attached two video clips from last night’s game: Clip 1: The ball goes to Angel Reese in the post. She is immediately triple-teamed. Why on God’s green EARTH would a WNBA team TRIPLE-TEAM a player who SUCKS?!!! Great question. Clip 2: A shot goes up. FOUR PLAYERS from the Minnesota Lynx ALL crash around Angel Reese, just as the team had discussed during their team planning sessions. She STILL snatches the rebound while SURROUNDED by FOUR PLAYERS! ——————————————— The Minnesota Lynx decided prior to the start of this game that if they were going to lose, they were going to force the OTHER starters from the Atlanta Dream to beat them. They were NOT going to lose to Angel Reese. It was one of those nights, and that is okay. It happens. These VIDEOS will show you the level of RESPECT that an ELITE player COMMANDS! Peace.show more
