I don’t get this stupid logic from AAP/RSS’s Sanjay... Singh AAP! He says that “everyone should agitate, but this agitation belongs in Jantar Mantra”! Congress party supports the student movement, we already have our own frontal organisations NSUI and Indian Youth Congress protesting from months NOT days! Kindly don’t tell us where and how to agitate! We support the students rights, but its doesn’t mean that we have to be carbon copy of each other, Cornering & holding the government accountable doesn’t mean that it has to be done from one side… Kindly stop running your party’s agenda in the name of Students agitation…show more

Till political parties continue to be run from Delhi,... nothing will change. Raja Warring and Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa reportedly had to leave their phones outside during meetings in Delhi. Is this the level of trust the party has in its own Punjab Congress President and a former Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab? If a party doesn’t fully trust its own senior leaders, why should the people of Punjab trust a leadership that is being run from Delhi? The same can be said about AAP. It has often been criticized as being run from Delhi, reinforcing the perception that Delhi has never truly trusted Punjab to take its own decisions and lead itself. Akali Dal, on the other hand, has traditionally been led from Punjab, by Punjabis, for Punjab. You can walk straight to Mr. Badal’s house without surrendering your phone that reflects a different style of political functioning. And yet, some still believe Congress will make significant gains in the 2027 Punjab elections? 😃 Sukhbir Singh Badal Parambans Singh Romana Congress AAPshow more

Strongly condemn the behaviour of Youth Congress leaders at... the BJP State Office. What were the police doing when Youth Congress leaders were burning an effigy of the Hon’ble Prime Minister and painting the BJP office gate black? Is the intelligence system in Telangana even functioning? When the BJP State Office is being attacked in broad daylight, are the police simply watching? Are they working at the behest of the Congress? Don’t the police have a responsibility to protect the state office of a national political party located in the heart of Hyderabad? The police must answer for this failure. Congress leaders should not mistake our patience for weakness. If we decide to respond, Youth Congress leaders won’t be able to move around freely. Those responsible must be arrested and brought before the law by this evening. Otherwise, our response will go beyond what the Youth Congress has done today. If BJYM workers decide to act, Youth Congress leaders won’t be able to move around freely. The Congress leadership must respond immediately. Otherwise, BJP workers will lay siege to Congress offices across the state. The State Government will be held responsible for the consequences that follow.show more

Despite the tall claims by Bhagwant Mann govt illegal... sand mining continues 24 hours in Punjab. This is video is from village of Kheda Kamlot, from the constituency of AAP Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains. Despite opposition from villagers, illegal mining has not stopped, even in broad daylight. This is daylight robbery of the exchequer by those who claimed zero tolerance for corruption. About the depth of this illegal mining, locals taunted "मंत्री साहब पाताल से भी मिट्टी निकाल कर मानेंगे, आख़िर सरकार है।" I hope unlike before, CM Bhagwant Mann will take swift action & hold officers accountable, along with the local MLA (Minister), as such blatant mining is not possible without their consent. #Punjab #illegalMiningshow more

#BIG - As a journalist, I have covered Sikh... affairs, Sri Akal Takht Sahib and Punjab’s major political and religious developments for more than two and a half decades. Today, for the first time, I witnessed Congress legislators being heard collectively at Sri Akal Takht Sahib with such patience, dignity and respect. Leader of the Opposition Partap Singh Bajwa and other Congress MLAs were given ample time to explain their position on the anti-sacrilege legislation. Considering the Congress party’s historically difficult relationship with Sikh institutions, this was a significant moment. To me, it reflected the impartial stature of Sri Akal Takht Sahib and opened space for dialogue, accountability and reconciliation.show more

The Congress govt has crossed every limit of political... vendetta and high-handedness in Telangana! The arrest of BJP Legislature Party Leader Shri Alleti Maheshwar Reddy Garu, Myself and other leaders while we were on our way to console the family of Nalgonda District BJP President Dr Nagam Varshith Reddy Garu, whose home was attacked by Congress goons, exposes the Congress govt’s desperate attempt to suppress the opposition. The illegal arrest of Telangana BJP State President Shri N Ramchander Rao Garu this morning makes the conspiracy even clearer. When BJP leaders stand with victims and question the govt, Congress party responds with arrests, cases and intimidation. This is the “people’s governance” Congress boasts about.
