1. "You are already that which you want to... be, and your refusal to believe this is the only reason you do not see it." That line stopped people in 1944. It still stops them now. Until you understand what it actually means. 2. The subconscious does not create based on what you want. It creates based on what you believe yourself to BE. Goddard wrote: "You express and have only that which you are conscious of being." Not wishing. Not working toward. BEING. 3. Dr. Joe Dispenza proved this with brain scans: When a person memorizes a new identity feels new thoughts, generates new emotions, rehearses a new way of being, the brain begins rewiring toward that new self within days. New neural networks form. Old ones thin. You become a different person biologically before your circumstances confirm it. 4. This is why effort without identity change fails. You can work harder, plan better, read more and snap back to the same results. Because the self-image is the thermostat. You cannot long outperform who you feel yourself to be. At Your Command says it plainly: "Dare to assume you are what you want to be. Feel it fully before any evidence arrives." 5. The practice is not affirmation. It is assumption. Choose an identity. Enter it completely. Feel it as already true. Signs follow. They do not precede.show more
