Here’s a video of a McDonald's pneumatic ketchup/mustard dispenser... that never made it to restaurants (post below). For decades we had two separate dispensers: one for ketchup and one for mustard. We’re always looking to make our kitchens faster, one second at a time. They’re pretty efficient, but you had to pick up two different dispensers. Now there’s a single dual-purpose version. It dispenses both at once or either one, depending on how you move the black handle (left for mustard, center for both, right for ketchup).
