So yesterday I was Arrested, and the first thing... they did was to take my Two phones from me, but trust me na, my voice was on top of the world because they don’t want me going live or making videos, so they said someone wrote a petition against me, that the person stated that I call him out on my social media handles and insult him and his family, so many talks but I didn’t say a word, thank God for my staff who has to call my wife to tell her about the situation, she immediately called my lawyer because my numbers were off, then my Lawyer Stepped in, first question from my lawyer was, who is the person that brought the petition, they said the name can’t be disclosed, that I will be detained, my lawyer made some calls and they gave me back my phones immediately, my lawyer told them that there’s no case since the person who petition me can’t be mentioned or seen, after we spent over 4hrs thank God for the DPO who recognized me and told them to discharge the case immediately. God Bless the NIG Police for doing right.show more

I came home early from deployment to surprise my... wife🇺🇸 After more than a year away, surviving on countdowns and memories💔 I wasn’t supposed to be back yet, but something in my heart couldn’t wait Another day . I pulled strings. I took the risk. All I wanted was to walk through that door and see her smile — to finally be home. But the moment I stepped inside… Everything felt wrong. The house was quiet, too quiet. things were scattered everywhere my chest tightened.😞 then I walked into our bedroom . and my heart completely stopped. She was in our bed … and she wasn’t alone. 💔 I couldn’t breathe until I looked closer. Her arms were wrapped around a baby. Our baby. She woke up, saw my face and burst into laughter. “You ruined my surprise.” 😂 She had kept it all a secret, the pregnancy, the sleepless nights , the waiting — so the very first moment I met my son would also be the moment I came home🥹 I thought I was coming back to my life … but life gave me something even bigger. Two hearts waiting for me instead of one 🤍show more

🚨 Ferran Torres reveals Spain's final team talk: "The... coach told me Argentina were waiting for penalties he sent me on to finish the game. 🗣️ Ferran Torres When I was about to come on, the coach called me over and showed me exactly where Argentina were leaving space. He pointed out the gaps behind their midfield and told me they had stopped trying to win the match. In his eyes, they were already thinking about taking the game to penalties. He looked at me and said, 'If this goes to penalties, it becomes a different game. We have to finish it before then.' He told me to attack with confidence, make aggressive runs and be brave in front of goal. His message was simple: don't wait go and decide the final. That gave me so much belief. As a substitute, you dream of moments like that. The manager trusted me with the biggest responsibility in football, and I wanted to repay that trust. Scoring in a World Cup final is something I'll remember forever, but it all started with the confidence the coach gave me before I stepped onto the pitch.show more

My surgery went well yesterday - thank you everyone... for all the kind words and prayers. I know this corner of ours means it when they say it. Lotta pain, but that's to be expected. Now lemme put a smile on your face: We've done this so many times with old shelter dogs, and the pattern is almost always the same - when they get here, they're usually nervous and quiet; unsure of what is in store and what their life is gonna be like. After being here with me, OBX Dog Walker and the rest of the dogs, they start to relax and be the dog they wanna be; the dog they were or could have been before they were abandoned. Molly was so quiet and reserved when we got her, and now? Yeah. She's right at home, letting me know I need to get off my ass and feed her. Love to see it. And I'm grateful to all of you.show more

Read Caption 💗🥺 ❄️ People always ask me why... I skate. I skate because out of every sport I have ever tried, this is the only one that taught me something real. No matter how many times you fall, you have no choice but to get up again. Figure skating found me during a time when I was discovering myself, healing myself, and rebuilding the parts of me I thought were gone. It became something that no one could ever take away from me. I am passionate about this sport because of what it does to my soul. The moment my blades touch the ice, something in me settles. I feel whole. I feel protected. I feel like I have entered a world where nothing can break me. No one can walk into that space and dim my light or tell me I am not enough. On the ice, I define myself. Figure skating is a place where applause comes from every direction, even from within. You clap for your effort, your courage, your growth and even bad days. You get to watch yourself evolve in ways you never imagined. It is mesmerizing to witness how far we can go when we keep moving, when we trust the process, and when we simply skate. When I skate, I am reminded that my journey is mine alone. Every glide is a voice saying I survived. Every spin is a reminder that my spirit still dances. Every fall becomes a lesson in strength, and every landing becomes a quiet celebration. Skating taught me how to breathe again, how to trust again, how to see myself again and how to love the person I am becoming. And that is why I keep going back to the ice, again and again. ❄️ ✨ #figureskating #health #healing #iceskatingshow more

🔥🚨BREAKING: “Keep this N*gga In Jail”Jauan Rashun Porter, the... 30-year-old man who threatened to k*** President Trump on TikTok Live was sentenced to 3 years in prison for his words and the DOJ started facing accusations of abuse of power. The media and liberal Influencers conveniently hid his words, here they are: Porter: "So there's only one way to make America great and that is putting a bullet in between Trump's eyes, I'm gonna kill Donald Trump, I'm gonna put a 7.62 bullet inside of his forehead," with a "Soviet short round "I'm gonna watch him bleed out and I'm gonna watch him die…I'm gonna do that. Yes. Yes. Me." I could say it three more times for you." In response to a request for his location, You'll know. It'll be on the news… his rally is coming up pretty soon and I'm going there and I'm going to put a bullet in his head. I am going to kill the President of the United States. A brief back-and-forth ensued. The host then asked: "So you're claiming that you're going to put a bullet in the President's head and then you're going to take your own life?" The accused allegedly responded: "7.62, exactly." When the host asked the user to repeat the statements once more, he allegedly switched up his bullet preference and said, "5.56 in Donald Trump's head," a reference to ammunition developed in Belgium for NATO rifles. He then added, "That would be me. I will do that." "And who are you?" the host asked. He allegedly answered, "My name is JJ…that's my name. JJ…that's my real name. What else do you want me to say?" Colin Albert’s lawyer’s statement about not knowing where Colin... is going to basic training seemed like bullshit, because before I left for the Army, I knew exactly where I was going for basic. However… Before you join the Army you have to take an ASVAB, the military’s intelligence test. It’s a test that someone with a 9th grade education can pass. It’s a test that determines what MOS (jobs) you are intelligent enough to qualify for. You can’t pick your job without a passing it, and if you don’t have a job, you don’t know where you are going for basic. Basically by telling everyone that Colin has a three week prep course AND doesn’t know where he is going to basic, he is saying that while Colin may have been smart enough to be accepted to Bridgewater State University, Colin is not smart enough to be a private in the Army. When I joined there was a guy with me that was going to be a Laundry Technician, which I thought was made up. I asked why he picked that. It was because it was the only thing he could get based on his low ASVAB score. That means Colin is so stupid that he isn’t even qualified to be a 92S - Shower, Laundry, and Clothing Repair Specialist.show more

i wish this wasn’t real, but bro!! this was... my experience just this morning, this was someone i took on a date last week of december, we were meant to meet up again, but she had to leave for service(in the east) on her arrival we couldn’t talk, i texted her on snap(see first media) but she didn’t reply, two days later i texted her on whatsapp and the message didn’t tick twice, it was then i realized something is wrong, i had to call her, she explained to that her phone got bad on her arrival, she asked me for financial assistance, i sent her the money to fix the phone, days later she didn’t mention anything about the phone, then i had to ask her during one of our conversation, it was then she told me that “it’s a panel issue, it cant be fixed anymore” i sympathized with her then continued our conversation, days later she asked for another money for the same phone fixing, i explained my current situation to her, i told her about the expenses on me and i can’t spend anymore money out of budget, she grumbled and sighed, i had to apologize to her lol, just two days back i noticed she reposted a post on her ticktock and the message on whatsapp finally ticked twice, i asked her on call if she has fixed the phone, she said no, saying that the money i sent won’t be enough since it’s panel issue, i said okay,( though i was suspicious but i didn’t make a big deal out of it) lo and behold i came across her tiktok page with a new post(content) i asked her about the phone and this was her response(last media), i deleted her number and blocked her.💔💔💔show more

As I lay there on the highway, he came... close, still pointing the gun at me, but I lay still, praying in my mind, “Don’t shoot again.” My Blood was everywhere, and he confirmed I was dead before rushing back to the car and driving off, leaving me in my pool of blood around 1 a.m. I lay there in agony, thinking I was going to die. I asked myself why they had to shoot me again. I wasn’t a threat anymore; why shoot me again? That question echoed in my mind. Cars continued to pass without stopping, avoiding my body in the middle of the road. I waved my hands for help as they drove by, but none stopped. I couldn’t move any part of my body except my hands. Over 30 cars passed without anyone stopping. I realized no help was coming; my motionless body lay in the middle of the road. After some time, I tried shaking my legs, and to my surprise, they moved! I was relieved because I thought they were numb. I decided to move my body out of the road. I attempted to stand but fell because the bullet passed through my hip, only my flesh on the right was holding it. I could feel the pain; the other side was swollen. I wasn’t sure how bad it was, but all my waist was on fire. Some drivers nearly ran over me, forcing me to move my body away from the center of the highway toward the pavements that divide the road. That night was brutal. I lay there, bleeding and in pain, for about two hours, knowing that help wasn't coming. I felt sure I was going to die. As I lay there helpless, my life flashed before me. I thought about my family and how I had come to Awka to bury my mom, now I will be buried. I feared for my siblings, who depended on me, and I called on God for help. Only the sounds of birds and the occasional passing car broke the silence, and I realized no human was coming to help me. I called on my late parents, especially my sweet mom, telling her I was coming because I was so tired. My vision blurred, my throat was dry, and I was too exhausted to wave. I prayed, accepting my fate, gave my life to Christ again, and asked Him to accept my soul. Looking up, I saw only darkness, no hope anywhere, just my blood-soaked body. I was becoming weaker, dizzy, and had a strong urge to sleep, knowing that if I closed my eyes, all the agony would go away. So I decided to let go, imagining my friends finding my body in the morning and taking me to the morgue. I imagined being buried beside my mom and how heartbroken my friends and siblings would be. But still, no help came. I could only guess the time, but I knew the night was long, and daybreak was far off. Just as I was about to close my eyes and accept my death, I saw a torchlight in the distance, about 500 meters away. Hope surged back into me. I knew I could get help if I could reach the light, but I was weak, how can I move my motionless body with damaged waist. I tried to stand, despite the pain in my waist. I moved to the pavement divider, trying to pull myself up, but I fell, hitting my waist painfully on the ground. I tried again, holding onto the pavement, moving slowly toward the light, but the pain was too much, and I fell again. Finally, I decided to crawl toward it. Pushing my body along the rough highway surface with only my elbows and arms, I kept low. Whenever I spotted a car, I lay flat, pretending to be dead, hoping they wouldn’t come back and shoot me a third time. The friction against the rough ground gave me cuts, and my arms began to bleed, but I kept moving. Eventually, I reached there and it was aluminum company near the highway and I began shouting for help. I was so cold, shivering, and very thirsty. I kept calling out, “Help! I need a hospital!” After about 30 minutes, they pointed a torchlight toward me, and a few men came out, cocking their guns—around four armed men. Terrified, I started screaming, “Don’t shoot!”show more

Today I had my first demo drive in a... Tesla. It was also my first time ever sitting in one. This was the first car I’ve ever sat in the driver’s seat of where I didn’t touch the steering wheel for over 20 miles. Before I even got to the car, the people who had demoed it before me were an older married couple who were absolutely euphoric. They thought it was so cool that the car could drive itself. The Tesla employee told me this happens all the time. People come back from demo drives and tell the next test driver that they’re about to have an amazing experience. Little did I know, I’d end up carrying on the torch to the next couple demoing it after me. There was a ton of construction where I demoed the car, and FSD handled the entire drive extremely well. And yes, it can go through a drive-thru and stop at each window. The only thing I had to do was tap the pedal because it wouldn’t leave on its own, but it was still wild seeing the AI stop perfectly at the second window and wait. There are a million things I could write about why a Tesla feels like a better car and how much more it offers compared to a regular car. But for now, I’ll stick to FSD. There were only two moments that made me a little uneasy. The first was pretty minor. The car slightly hesitated going up a driveway, but quickly made up its mind. The second was more noticeable. I didn’t realize the car was nagging me. Once I touched the steering wheel, nothing happened, so I pulled it right a little harder, then let go. After that, the car turned left and crossed a double yellow on a backroad. (and yes I know you can sue the volume knob) I’m not totally sure if it was trying to pull over or what it was doing. I wanted to see how it would handle the situation, but there were cars coming, so I took over and corrected it. One of the coolest moments was when I thought FSD was glitching because it came to a complete stop in the middle of a busy road. Then I looked around and realized why. On the right side, there was a bicyclist waiting at a yellow crosswalk. The cars behind me didn’t honk, and the Tesla stopping actually incentivized another car in the right lane to stop and let him pass. The car is almost too nice to pedestrians, because 99.999% of humans would’ve blown through that, especially with no flashing light. For 99.9% of the drive, the car navigated confidently and smoothly. It was a real “feel the AGI” moment. Please do not let the media, the general public, or anyone else convince you that this technology is just some kind of auto assist or glorified cruise control. This is undoubtedly getting extremely close to feeling superhuman. You still have to pay attention to the road, but after experiencing it myself, I’d be shocked if HW4 Teslas aren’t unsupervised within the next couple years. The car was extremely smooth. There was no harsh braking, and it even avoided something in the road that I didn’t see. Driving with FSD made me realize I probably wasn’t driving as well as I could be. Hopefully, eventually, everyone’s car can be as mindful as a Tesla. I’ve never seen a brand so far removed from the public’s sentiment. I’m so happy I ordered one.show more

🚨Erling Haaland on almost joining Manchester United before moving... to Manchester City: 🗣️ Erling Haaland: “Ole had already convinced me that Manchester United was the right move. He knew me, he believed in my ability and he made me genuinely excited about playing at Old Trafford. Everyone knows Manchester United is the biggest club in England and one of the biggest in the world, so naturally I was eager to make that move. “The negotiations were around £4 million, and when the deal eventually fell through, I was genuinely disappointed. I remember thinking, ‘Maybe this was supposed to be my next step.’ It hurt because I really believed I was going to become a Manchester United player. “I promised myself that if I ever played against United, I would make them remember that decision. I wanted to show them exactly what they had missed and prove why Ole had believed in me so strongly. “Football sometimes takes you down a different path. I eventually joined Manchester City, but I never forgot what happened. When I faced United in 2022, there was definitely extra motivation. I wanted to show them that the player they could have signed for £4 million had become someone they could no longer ignore.”show more

I'm going to tell you all a story. Back... in November 2023, I attended the San Francisco Fan Expo. I was right in the middle of finishing all of my finals for San Francisco State University in order to graduate, but I wanted to go to the event to say hello to Tony Todd in person and congratulate him on his outstanding performance as Venom in Marvel's Spider-Man 2. I was already lucky enough to briefly say hi to him during San Diego Comic-Con 2023, but it was in passing amongst a massive crowd of people and I barely had enough time to introduce myself. The moment I walked up to him at Fan Expo, he immediately remembered me from our brief interaction prior, already knew my name, and asked how I was doing in school. I was able to talk with him one-on-one for multiple days during the event, geek out about our favorite shared nerd culture, gift him with a Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Venom fan art print, and learn firsthand just how much he loved his work, his family, and all of his fans. During Fan Expo, there was a Q&A panel for Marvel's Spider-Man 2 which I was in attendance for. Tony & Nadji were able to answer several questions from fans about the game. When I walked up to the panel's microphone, my question in particular was about where they would like to see Miles & Venom go next within the Marvel's Spider-Man universe. Tony clearly adored the games, essentially said that he would love to see Venom "travel the world", and that he would want to keep playing the character forever. After I thanked them both for answering my question, Tony said something to me in front of everybody attending the panel that will stick with me for the rest of my life: "Everybody keep your eyes on this young man right here. He'll be working for Marvel someday." Tony's unfathomable kindness and warmth not only inspired me to graduate Magna Cum Laude from San Francisco State University, but they also furthered my drive to pursue my dreams within the industry. I am utterly gutted and heartbroken to hear about his passing. I genuinely feel like I've lost a close friend. But, above everything else, I am eternally grateful for everything that he has done for the entire Spider-Man community, as well as pouring his heart and soul into his craft which went on to inspire so many others. Thank you for healing the world, Tony. Rest in Peace. 🕷❤️show more

I arrived in America with my hike clothes .... On the third day after missing my flight to the US , I decided life had to go on . So I went to arboretum to let go and chart what next coz I had a startup to run - couldn’t afford to be depressed . I walked around, paths I’d never trailed before . Spotted butterflies . Sought my spark - how the trees excited me before , or the sheer wonder of how tall and crooked they were . Till I was calm enough for the butterflies to veer towards me - again . Then I let go . Cancelled all my travel plans , meetings , reservations etc . Then I informed my partners . It was almost 9pm when I told one of our angel investors about it , that he said we could not cancel the business trip . There and then he got me an 11pm flight to Washington DC . I had no time to change clothes . The plane was leaving in two hours and with Nairobi traffic, I just changed my hoodie and socks and left for the airport . Good thing , I had not unpacked my suitcase . I arrived at JKIA and the next stop was at Amsterdam. I couldn’t believe it . I made it on time for the event that I was invited to at Mary Mount university. Didn’t present coz I had initially cancelled but the people loved my story . How I got to SF ? That’s another interesting story on its own …show more

I’ve never shared the full inside baseball on the... inside fastball that broke my jaw April 5, 2008 at Ole Miss, we were facing projected 1st rounder and future Big Leaguer, Lance Lynn Before it became widespread, Lance had success pitching towards the top of the zone with a fastball that appeared to rise He got me out my first at bat on a high fastball that I should have laid off So my 2nd at bat I told myself to see the ball down in the zone My eyes jumped from his release point to the area I was trying to see the ball down to. I never ended up seeing the pitch until .01 before it hit me If you’ve ever gotten hit in the face, you don’t know what happened at first. So it took me about half a second to realize what happened When I did, I fully expected to spit teeth out and when I leaned over to spit and saw that only blood came out, I assumed I was fine Then I heard the Ole Miss head coach yell “it hit his bat,” because the cracking of my jaw sounded like a foul ball off a mental bat I turned around and yelled “shut the fuck up” at their dugout and proceeded on to first base My trainer came up to me and his first words were “oh fuck,” Knowing that was poor bedside manner, and that I was probably very fucked up, I joked “you’re not supposed to say that,” At that point I knew I was coming out of the game but I was so full of adrenaline that it didn’t hurt and wouldn’t begin to hurt for a couple hours Both the pitcher and coach felt so bad after it happened that both came to apologize to me at the end of the inning while I was beside their dugout being tended to by my trainer and their doctor I actually had to walk to the parking lot through the stadium seats and all the fans looked at me in horror as I had a white bloody rag hanging off my face. It was surreal watching their reactions to my blood We drove over to an Oxford medical center that was clearly not the best location for me to be in, so my coach’s wife drive me up to Nashville to get surgery that night We got swept that weekend and I got my jaw wired shut for the first of 6 weeks I stupidly tried to come back and play the following week. My coaches let me as I was medically cleared to hit with a face mask, but the rest of my season I was a different hitter I was hitting .400 at the time of the fracture, 2nd in the SEC, with 2 months left in the season I finished the year hitting .312. Meaning I flipped from one of the best hitters in the conference to one of the worst before and after the incident Despite finishing my Vandy career 7th on their all time hit list, this play is what I hear about the most when I return I’ve been lucky that I haven’t had much issues with my jaw thus far post incident, although I did find out that 2 of the nerves of the impacted teeth are dead, and I will likely need to get one of those teeth extracted at some point When they showed me the X Ray it was a clear break. A scary image that could have been WAY worse if it were 3 inches higher, as I likely would not be able to see out of my left eye (and wouldn’t be as handsome as I am) Anyway, to have interesting ideas you must have interesting experiences and this was certainly oneshow more

We said goodbye to our beloved Odom last night... as it was his time to go. To say I am devastated would be an understatement because that dog has saved my life more times than I could even begin to fathom. To be with him at the end of his amazing life was an honor I do not take for granted. Most of my days and routines over the last few years were centered around him and ensuring that he received what he needed. Whether it was receiving insulin for his diabetes at the same times every day or planning walks and meals to accommodate what worked best for him, my schedule revolved around what he needed. To some, this might seem like a nuisance. For me, it made me better. I made his routines my routines. Walking him twice a day gave me time to reflect and appreciate all of the good in my life. Planning time for his exercise ensured I did the same for myself. Being immediately anchored by his weight on a walk because he wanted to appreciate something he had noticed taught me to slow down and take in moments in a way I wasn’t used to. His routine was my routine, and it made me better. When I first saw him at the Edmonton Humane Society Society, I wasn’t ready for a dog. My brother Alec was there, and he saw me with Odom, and he knew that I was in love immediately. I didn’t find Odom, but Odom found me. I left, not taking him home and immediately knew it was a mistake, and that he was meant to be in my life. I went to the Edmonton Humane Society the next day, 30 minutes before it opened, to ensure that I would be the first person to go through the doors. I headed straight for where Odom was, and he came home with me that day. With all of the ups and downs I have had in my life since, my love and pride in that dog were a constant. I am terribly sad, and I am taking solace in this quote from Andrew Garfield on grief: “This is all the unexpressed love, the grief that will remain with us until we pass because we never get enough time with each other, no matter if someone lives till 60, 15, or 99.” I love that dog because that dog loved me. Bye Odom…You will always be my best friend.show more

I got raked across the coals last year. I... went on a popular podcast that got 6m views and in it I said: 1. I grew up poor 2. I grew up on a golf course Impossible, right? I went back to that house yesterday. My dad bought it for $45,000 in 1990, before the Logan River Golf Course was built across the street. His salary was $18,000 - working at a greenhouse. He built this doghouse in 1995 and it’s still there today! Many don’t like believing that wealthy people grew up poor because it makes them feel worse about themselves. The funny thing is, had I grown up middle class or wealthy I likely wouldn’t be successful today. I asked the current owner if I could look in the backyard. He said yes. Then I asked if I could look inside. No dice. The basement still isn’t finished! Those homes behind me used to be a giant field where I’d catch frogs and chase pheasants. It was an awesome childhood.show more

Today, aside a Christian brother giving me free food,... something genuinely beautiful happened to me again, and it left me thinking, if only we were this religiously tolerant, Nigeria would be a far better place. I live in a block of four flats. I am the only Muslim, the other three residents are Christians. Two of which are married, one is a bachelor like me, hustling and figuring life out. One of my closest neighbors is Isaac. We live on the same floor. He is married with two kids, in his late 30s, while I am in my 20s. We talk a lot and we banter endlessly about politics and football despite our age gaps. I am a die-hard Barca fan, he is a Madrid fan. I am Pro-El-Rufai, he was a Peter Obi supporter, who is now tilting towards Tinubu in the next election. So you can imagine, there is always something to argue about between us, and we enjoy it, but what we both agree on is Tinubu didn't treat Mallam fairly (Although he believes Mallam should have handled it better, I always told him it’s because he didn’t know the background that’s why he think so). So, Yesterday we were discussing Christmas plans. During Eid, I hosted a barbecue in my apartment, so we were talking about how Christmas would be done in his place. He told me he would like to invite me over to eat Christmas food with his family. I gladly accepted because I am somebody that loves to party, and every christmas since in the Uni we go out and have. A few moments later, since he mentioned that he bought a ram, I hesitantly explained to him that while I could eat the food, I could not eat the ram (I hesistated because I didn't think he will get me). He paused for a moment and asked why. I explained to him that in Islam, certain prayers must be recited before an animal is slaughtered for the meat to be permissible. Eating meat from an animal slaughtered without those prayers is not allowed in Islam. He then asked out of curiosity, why I would eat the chicken but not the ram. I explained that the chicken is carton chicken with a halal tag, and I even showed him what the tag looks like. He was surprised. He said he had always seen the halal label but never knew what it meant. We both laughed about it. From his reaction, I could tell that the explanation about prayers before slaughtering an animal did not really make sense to him, but what mattered was that he respected my beliefs and did not try to push or argue. We simply changed the topic and moved on. Early in the morning today before, Isaac called me and asked me to come downstairs. When I did, he asked me to slaughter the ram and perform the prayers so that I could comfortably join them for the evening barbecue, since his religion doesn't have limitations over that. I was honestly shocked and deeply impressed. In that moment, I thought to myself, if only more people were this respectful and tolerant of other people’s faith, Nigeria would be a much better place. (It was later in the day that I saw Bashir Ahmad, OON’s post of Albani, that you can actually eat the meat even if it wasn’t slaughtered by a Muslim) The point I am trying to make here is, an average Nigerian Christian would have taken offense the moment I said I could not eat his meat, all he will hear is AVERSION, without respect for my faith and beliefs but not Isaac, he chose to respect my faith, and choices without taking offense. Surprisingly, Isaac is from Plateau State. He was born and raised in Delta, lived briefly in the UK, and then returned to Nigeria. I am writing after dancing “Oble.....Obleee.....Obleeeee” in my compoud with my christian neighbors. Nigeria will be a good place to live if we learn to tolerate one another and genuinely respect our differences.show more

Back when I had nothing… I was a nobody... to most people. TBH, my parents didn't even see me getting to where I am today. It's just the truth, the chips were stacked for my sister. Not me. But it's just not the reality today. However, there was ONE person in my life that didn’t see me that way. My significant other saw something in me before a lot of things. Before all my wins. Before the $. Before any proof. And honestly… that means a lot to me, if not the most of all. I’ve always been wired a little different. I’m a mix of finance, engineering, and tech, with a sprinkle of obsession. I learned and studied from the best. Warren Buffett for how to invest. Elon Musk for work ethic and where the future is going. And once I saw it… I went all in. Bc when you truly understand what you own… you don’t need 20 bets. What you really need is conviction and just a few bets. That’s how I approached everything in my life. All the way from Apple… to Tesla… to 𝕏… to xAI… and now SpaceX. I believe I have an eye for spotting the best entrepreneurs and companies early, before it becomes obvious to everyone. And when I see it, I back it 100%. That’s just who I am. I don’t need a big circle. I’ve already got my day ones. I don’t need approval. I grew up my whole life with doubt and hate, so what’s one more? At this point, the levels are just too different. And yeah… it's true, it actually gets harder to make new friends when you’re moving like this. So I stay loyal to the ones who were there when I had nothing. I made it with Apple - youngest in, youngest out. Then I made it with Tesla… while people were laughing, doubting, calling me crazy, telling me I was going to go bankrupt with Elon. Fast forward to today, now I'm heading into something even bigger. If the story plays out the way it’s shaping up… SpaceX could have the largest IPO in history this year. The company is talking about raising over $75B… at a $1.75-$2 trillion valuation. For context… the biggest IPO ever - Saudi Aramco - raised about $29B. This would be more than double that. Let that sink in deep. To me this is more than just an investment. This is owning a piece of the future of space, energy, AI... extending the light of consciousness forward in case something happens to Earth. People can call me crazy. People can call me cocky. Arrogant. But the people that actually know me know the truth - I’m just real AF. I say what I believe, and I stand on it. And I genuinely don’t care what people think. I have two middle fingers always held high for those kind of people. That’s probably why I’ve been able to win the way I have. My significant other tells me to slow down sometimes. And I get it. But for me… What’s the point of life if you play it safe? If you see an opportunity that can change everything… and you just sit back? That’s not me. I’d rather go all in on something I believe in… live with intensity… take the hits… and actually feel alive and live life with fulfillment. Laugh if you want, doubt if you want. Some play it safe, a few go all in. You can call it risky. You can call it stupid. You can call it crazy. I call it living. Bc at the end of the day, I'd rather go all in on something I believe in and fail... than spend my life wondering "what if."show more

Some market traders will test your patience. 😂 This... afternoon, one almost gave me high blood pressure. A group of women traced our maize farm all by themselves. They told my workers they wanted to buy 6 bags of fresh maize. My workers called me. I asked one simple question: “How much are they offering per bag?” The answer came back… ₦15,000 per bag. I was surprised. We normally sell for ₦13,000. I immediately told my boys: “Harvest it and bag it for them.” A few minutes later… The 6 bags were ready. Then the drama started. They looked at the bags and said: “This isn’t how we bag maize in the market.” No problem. I told my workers to let them re-bag it however they wanted. You won’t believe what happened next. They rearranged 6 bags into just 3 bags. 😂 I was still trying to process that… Then they dropped the real bombshell. “We’re not paying ₦15,000 again.” “Since we came to the farm ourselves, we’ll only pay ₦9,000 per bag oh.” I was so angry I nearly asked my boys to use cane and chase them out of my farm. That’s when I knew what was happening. The maize had already been harvested. They probably assumed we’d panic and accept the lower price rather than look for another buyer. Wrong farm. I politely told my workers not to continue with the transaction and asked the buyers to leave. Then I made a few phone calls. Within a short time, we found another buyer who wanted 16 bags. I simply told my boys: “Go back into the farm.” “Harvest more.” I will send truck to the farm now We’ll load the maize together with some plantain. One lesson I’ve learned in farming: Never negotiate from desperation. The moment buyers know you have options… The conversation changes. My fellow farmers what’s the craziest negotiation you’ve ever had with a buyer? I know this can’t be the worst story out there.show more
