In a separate strike in northern Gaza, the commander of Hamas's sniper array in Gaza City, Hussein Safadi, was killed, the IDF says. Azem Abu Huli, who headed Islamic Jihad's elite forces in the Strip's center, was responsible for supplying weapons to other terror operatives, as well as advancing attacks against troops, the army says. The IDF releases a video showing a drone strike... on a member of a Hamas cell that had set up booby traps in southern Gaza's Rafah. The military says that the cell had rigged barrels packed with explosives and other explosive devices in the area. They were all eliminated, according to the IDF. According to the IDF, the home belonged to Ahmad Ghazi Ali, a Hezbollah operative killed in a drone strike in Houla a week ago. "The structure was used by the Hezbollah terror organization for military activity, including attempts to gather intelligence on IDF troops," the military says, adding that "the terrorists’ activity in the structure constituted a clear violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon."
