According to a video analyzed by OSINT experts, one of the drones exploded on the territory of a local oil refinery. The Yaroslavl oil refinery was the last of four major oil refining plants that supplied fuel to the capital region and continued to operate after previous Ukrainian drone attacks. The video shows a drone flying over the industrial zone of Yaroslavl and then diving before exploding on the territory of the Yaroslavl oil refinery. The oil refinery in Yaroslavl is the fifth largest oil refining facility in Russia. It can process 15.72 million tons of oil per year. This plant is one of three oil refineries (the other two are located in Ryazan and the Nizhny Novgorod region) that supply gasoline to the capital region via a pipeline, and all of them have already been targeted by attacks.show more
