On my way to work this morning I saw... a gorgeous peacock sitting in the middle of the road after being hit by a car. It was bleeding, feathers were scattered everywhere and cars were starting to back up behind it. It just looked so stunned and helpless. I carefully picked it up and put it in my vehicle so it wouldn’t get hit again. Animal control came and picked it up from my work shortly after. I’m hoping he/she will be okay! ❤️show more
