A 50-year-old biker was killed on the spot after... being run over by a tipper truck at Bumbu Bazaar in Davanagere. The horrific accident was captured on a local CCTV camera. The deceased has been identified as Manjunath, a resident of Saraswati Nagar. According to police, the accident occurred when Manjunath was attempting to overtake a tractor travelling ahead of him. At that moment, a tipper truck coming from behind allegedly hit and ran over him, resulting in his death on the spot. Following the accident, police took the tipper driver into custody. The CCTV footage of the incident is being examined as part of the investigation. The case falls under the jurisdiction of Davanagere South Traffic Police Station. 🤯 Also today, the Astrakhan gas processing plant was... likely damaged during the night. NASA satellites detected a fire in the area of the sulphur storage facility and the Enersal granulated sulphur production plant. The plant processes up to 3.2 million tonnes of petroleum products annually and produces a significant portion of sulphur (~3.3–3.5 million tonnes per year), which is used to manufacture explosives in Russia. Publicly available information indicates that the plant has been successfully attacked at least twice. 🔴Reuters reported that after the drone attack on 22 September 2025, the plant completely stopped production of motor fuel due to a fire at a facility with a capacity of about 3 million tonnes per year. According to sources, the enterprise may resume production only in a few weeks or even months. 🔍According to our observations, two locations were affected: 1. A key part of the plant responsible for converting gas condensate and light hydrocarbons into finished fuel and gases. 2. Buildings on the territory of "Production 1", which is also likely to be involved in the main production processes. 🔴In addition, the plant was successfully hit on the night of 3 January this year. According to our data, the combined technological unit for processing stable gas condensate U-1.731 was damaged. [ ICG’s Iran desk had been run by Robert Malley since 2002 through Feb 2014 when he joined Obama’s NSC. His aides, Iran Expert Initiative core recruits, Ali Vaez, Dina Esfandiary and Arianne Tabatabai were key players in the Iran nuclear deal, [Solomon, J. (2024, Feb). Little known tidbit is that what was negotiated included an exchange of yellowcake for declared enriched uranium, which Rosatom’s Uranium One Netherlands managed when the deal closed. 200 tons replaced around 11.5 tons of uranium enriched beyond the JCPOA agreed upon threshold. Another detail: Norway actually stepped in to help finance the Kazakh portion of that yellowcake shipment, paying around $6 million to facilitate the transaction and get the LEU out of Iran. Giustra had bailed Telfer out after he, by his own account, lost his shirt in the dot com bust, with $5 million raise for a $17 million company that had flatlined, Wheaton River Minerals. Their first big hit was on an old Marc Rich-Soviet project in Argentina called Bajo de la Alumbrera, which turned into a multi-billion dollar bonanza -- to this day considered by industry insiders as one of the greatest pivot-and-strike moves in modern mining history. The billions generated by Wheaton River, which eventually merged with Goldcorp, gave Telfer and Giustra the capital, the track record, and the loyalty of institutional investors they needed to go into a risky jurisdiction like Kazakhstan a year later and pull off the UrAsia deal. Dr. Sergey Kurzin, the UrAsia deal’s facilitator and longtime Giustra associate, was a soviet nuclear engineer who defected right before the Iron Curtain fell. This is very different from traditional reactors. Instead of solid fuel rods sitting in water under high pressure, these systems run at much higher temperatures but at atmospheric pressure, which dramatically reduces the risk of explosions or meltdowns. The salt can flow over solid fuel, or the fuel can be mixed directly into the coolant. Both approaches are being actively developed. Why this matters: • MSRs operate at high temperatures, making them potentially much more efficient at generating electricity and process heat • Low-pressure operation makes them inherently safer than conventional water-cooled reactors • Some designs can burn existing nuclear waste or use thorium as fuel • The technology could support everything from advanced power generation to hydrogen production and industrial heat The deeper implication: For decades, nuclear power has been dominated by one basic design concept. Molten salt reactors represent a fundamental rethink using a liquid that can act as both coolant and fuel. This opens the door to reactors that are safer, more flexible, and potentially capable of solving some of nuclear energy’s biggest historical challenges (waste, fuel efficiency, and public perception of safety). While still in development, MSRs are one of the most promising pathways for next-generation nuclear power. Hadron Energy is developing the Halo Micro Modular Reactor (MMR), a compact, factory-built light-water reactor designed to deliver reliable, carbon-free power for AI data centers, industrial sites, remote communities, military applications, and critical infrastructure. Each Hadron MMR is designed to generate 10 MWe of reliable power and is transportable by truck or rail to support flexible deployment where power is needed most. A Change of Plan…🌍 A little insight into the... realities of airline flying: sometimes the route you see on your flight tracker isn’t the one we originally planned. That’s because flight planning is a mix of science, safety, and flexibility. 🌐 One reason for changes is ATC flow management. Think of it like traffic lights in the sky, with thousands of aircraft moving through shared corridors, air traffic control sometimes adjusts our routes to keep the system flowing smoothly and safely. But today’s change wasn’t about traffic. It was about performance planning. Departing Delhi, our A350 was heavy with fuel and passengers, and the original routing led straight into an area of very high terrain. With a twin-engine aircraft, we always consider the “what if”: if one engine were to fail, how would the aircraft perform? Safety means ensuring we can still fly clear of terrain even under those conditions. That’s where ETOPS (Extended-range Twin-engine Operations) and drift down procedures come in. ETOPS rules let two-engine aircraft fly long oceanic and remote routes, but only with strict planning to guarantee diversion options. Drift down is the scenario where, after losing one engine, we calculate how the aircraft can descend to a level where it can safely continue flight and clear terrain. These are baked into every flight plan, and sometimes, the numbers don’t add up and they mean taking the longer way around. So today, instead of climbing northwest out of India, we turned south. The routing took us over Oman and the UAE, up the length of the Gulf, across Iraq, and back into our original track over western Turkey. That’s also where we passed one of my favourite places: the airfield named Batman 🦇. 👨‍✈️ It’s a great reminder that flying isn’t just point-to-point. Every route is carefully designed with safety, performance, and the flow of global air traffic in mind. It also means that we had a great opportunity to get some air-to-air pics of other aircraft. When a spacecraft leaves Earth, it doesn’t just fire... its engines and head straight to its destination. In many missions, especially those going beyond low Earth orbit, there’s a more subtle and elegant strategy at play, one that uses gravity itself as part of the navigation system. This is often called a gravity assist, or a slingshot maneuver. But in the case of missions like #Artemis II, what’s being used is a closely related idea known as a free-return trajectory. At first glance, it might sound simple: the spacecraft goes to the Moon, loops around it, and comes back. But the physics behind it is anything but simple. Instead of relying on continuous propulsion, the spacecraft follows a carefully calculated path through the gravitational field of the Earth–Moon system. It is launched with just the right speed and direction so that, as it approaches the Moon, the Moon’s gravity bends its trajectory. The spacecraft is effectively flung around the Moon, redirected onto a path that naturally brings it back toward Earth. No major engine burn is needed for the return. Small trajectory corrections may still be required, but gravity does the heavy lifting. That’s the key. This kind of trajectory is not just efficient, it’s also safe. If something goes wrong with the spacecraft’s engines or onboard systems, gravity itself ensures the return. It’s an inherent backup plan, built into the trajectory from the very beginning. The same fundamental idea appears in gravity assists used across the Solar System. When a spacecraft flies past a planet, it can gain or lose speed by exchanging momentum with that planet. From the spacecraft’s point of view, it’s as if it has been accelerated without using fuel. In reality, it has borrowed a tiny amount of orbital energy from the planet itself. That’s how missions like Voyager reached the outer planets, and how probes continue to explore regions far beyond what their onboard fuel alone would allow. But there’s an important distinction. An interplanetary gravity assist is typically used to change speed and direction, often increasing the spacecraft’s energy. A free-return trajectory, like the one used in Artemis II, is designed for something more specific: a path that naturally loops back to Earth without requiring additional propulsion. It’s less about gaining energy, and more about shaping a trajectory that guarantees a return. To understand why this works, it helps to stop thinking in straight lines. In space, motion follows curves defined by gravity. The spacecraft is constantly falling, first toward Earth, then toward the Moon, and then back toward Earth again. What looks like a loop is really a continuous free fall through a changing gravitational landscape. This way of navigating space reveals something deeper. We tend to think of engines as the drivers of motion, but once a spacecraft is on its way, gravity does most of the work. The art of spaceflight is not just about thrust. Next, Head to Burial Grounds left-side door and interact with the keyhole. 5. Interact with the door again and hold it to open the door and to unlock the underground area. 6. This will spawn a Zursa Bear during a special round (starting the second special round) you need to kill him and he will drop The Lantern 7. Place The Lantern in the center of the Underground Room in Burial Grounds. 8. Constellations will appear around the wall. Interact with them as they’re shown on the table in this order: left, right, back, front. 9. Once completed, Astrid will appear and talk, she will then travel to different areas of the map. She will occasionally stop and you will need to kill frost zombies next to her. 10. Once all the Soulboxes are completed an Obstacle Course will form on the outside of The Lighthouse, climb to the top by Jumping / Wall Jumping up 11. Once you reach the top, Listen to the Astrid talk and pick up The Jotunn Star Wundersignal: 1. After completing Jotun Star Quest Head to The Lighthouse and inside on a shelf there will be a Crowbar 2. There are Multiple Wooden Boxes around the map with red IDs on the bottom right corner of the front of the box in red (for example III-6) use The Crowbar on the Wooden Box that has the Roboterteile ID (the IDs are on the shipping manifest in the War Factory Admin Room), this will give Flak Gun Round War Factory Core Foundry Fjord Road Dry Dock 3. Head to Turret Gun beside The Lighthouse and place Flak Gun Round then melee with Jotunn Star 4. Next, Head to The Robot Head in spawn and interact with it to search broken piece to get The Transmitter 5. Go to Tyr’s Head and place it inside the Wall Machine thingy at the top of the Ladder 6. Next, whilst inside of Tyr’s Head underneath the balcony there are 3 white lights, 2 of these lights will blink, count how many times it blinks -Both lights will remain on, There is the sound of a light turning on to indicate the start of a new light flashing cycle where both lights will flash at the same time to a certain count (for example left 2, right 5). Both lights will be on and then it will flash another set (for example left 6, right 4). (Unsure if these 2 combos have to be put into console in order but correct entry will give two different voicelines.) After entering one correctly you will be kicked out to hear voiceline and can re-enter console to input the 2nd shortly afterwards. 7. Now head to Core Foundry, and use a molotov to burn the ascender to access the consoles. 8. Ascend and interact with the consoles, The next part is timed and has a cooldown if you fail - you need to Calibrate the Amplitude and Frequency using the flashing light code. 9. Once this has been done head to the room Next to the Radio Tower and pick up The Wunderbarrage Controller Atomkraft Core 1. Find three uraniums: Uranium #1 Find the Fishing Rod (Olaf’s Personal Item) locations: - Dry Dock - Storm Bridge - Fishery Island - Beacon island Look for a Glowing Green Fish jumping around the water at each Fishing Location and use the Fishing Rod at that location once you see it Fishing Locations: Eidskallen Landing x2 Beacon Island x2 Eidskallen Square x2 Dry Dock (found one so far) Fishery Island x2 Tyr’s Foot (found one so far) Once the fish is caught it will spawn an Irradiated Ravager (HVT) that will disappear and respawn somewhere else, chase it down and kill it (check your map to see its location, it shows up as an HVT). It will drop a Uranium. Uranium #2 Next, Craft an ARC-XD (there is one for free in Eidskallen Square on top of a box near the flame trap, you can get it by fishing as well) and melee the vent at Core Foundry to the left of the zipline to open the Secret ARC-XD Course. Blow up the boat full of barrels. Once the course is completed the 935 Genetic Lab room will be open and another Uranium x2 will be inside a Prison Cell There are several Jars with Heads inside in this room, all labelled A,B,C,D,E Look down the Hallway inside the Lab and note which numbered rooms have Nuclear Symbols 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D and 5 = E Take one Jar at a time that corresponds with the Numbers next to Nuclear Symbols and place them on the machine to the right of the cell door, once the correct jars are placed the Jar on the left side of the machine will glow purple and you can pick up acid There is a Big Chunk of Meat on a desk next to multiple drawings in the same Room, interact with it, then Pick up The Necrospike Once you have The Necrospike, use it on the Prison Cell Door, this will trigger a lockpick mini game. Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. At the Dry Dock, you need to call a WunderBarrage (unlocked by completing Wundersignal steps) in on the “02 Building” at Dry Dock (where there’s debris on the stairs), this will open the stairs to the Machine Workshop. 3. Inside The Workshop there is a Claw Machine which you can place all of The Uranium inside of and play a mini-game. -Have a big group of 7 cores and a small group of 2 cores. 4. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyr’s Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. If an arrow has 1 line, then that's the first one. If an arrow has 2 lines, that's the second one, etc. 8. Go into Tyr's Head and interact with the console to start the boss fight. In this climate, that is not betrayal. It is self-protection. Anything he says will get ripped apart by the loudest faction in the room. A Palestinian-American producer in Miami is allowed to live his life. What Drake is doing is the opposite of pro-Palestine. He has appointed himself the man who decides how Palestinians should behave in public. This is exactly what Kendrick was pointing at on “Not Like Us.” Drake doesn’t have an identity. He has a marketing department. He locates himself wherever the audience is loudest, and Free Palestine is the loudest audience right now. That’s the costume. The timing tells the rest. But the number that should actually stop you is buried in the note, and almost nobody is quoting it. The companies driving this entire rally, the AI hyperscalers, are on track to spend nearly 100% of their operating cash flow on capex by year-end. In 2023 that figure was 40%. Sit with that. Big tech used to throw off cash and hand it back through buybacks, which lifted the stocks. Now it is pouring almost every dollar it generates into chips and data centers. This past round of broilers from the farm has... been monumental. I began working with a new chick supplier after searching for a new processor - ended up picking up chickens off a semi truck with 20,000 chickens at about 4AM. Label on top - “non vaccinated” or some derivative. We had the most successful brooder setup we’ve ever run - using Ohio Brooders we had the lowest mortality rate and best performance we’ve seen for three years. Building on past experiences we improved everything - soaked / fermented feed, water availability, movements across the pastures - we pushed these chickens into parts of our pastures we’ve never intentionally had chicken. They moved frequently, grew quickly, and ended up dressing out at higher weights than we’ve ever seen - especially considering we don’t feed soybeans! I worked with two USDA Processors, both who air-chill, coordinated with logistics including reefer truck transportation, established a relationship with a cold-chain facility and now have our freezers stocked to re-open new sales tomorrow. All pre-orders shipped and delivered. All new orders can begin tomorrow (as long as I get the website updated). We anticipate the scale of which we’re operating to grow to full time business in 2026. We’re excited - we’re scared and we’re thankful to everyone who has followed along.
