It’s my/our job to make sure he’s also producing force at a high rate and to not just go for maxes. Health drives performance. Once we get in the 500 range, we really won’t focus on more weight. Yes he will definitely be able to lift more than 500 but instead we will focus on pulling a % at FAST SPEEDS.
