I’m no fishing expert, but I’d imagine a 100-hook... trot line soaking all day probably outperforms four shiny hooks and wishful thinking. Which method do you believe is better?show more

Kilmarnock denied a blatant penalty in added time. After... that ridiculous decision in Celtic's favour, we should be spared the usual paranoia and nonsense for a few days at least. Wishful thinking... 😇show more

I realise that it is wishful thinking, to imagine... Leinster ever being given a red card at home, in the IRFU-controlled URC competition, but this is as clear a red as you could wish to see.show more

🚨 BREAKING: TOM LEE DROPS BOMBSHELL ON $BTC Lee... “Very likely $BTC > $100K before year end. New all-time high could hit next month.” Lee’s timing can be off but his direction almost never is. Why this matters: • $BTC quietly coiling for next explosive move • Liquidity flows & FOMO signal an acceleration nobody sees coming • Derivatives positioning + short squeezes means potential rocket fuel The game is changing: - Calm before the storm? Not even close. - Price could explode before headlines catch up. Bottom line: This isn’t wishful thinking. If Lee is right, $BTC next leg could hit faster than anyone expects get ready.show more

So apparently the plan is now to bomb Iran... and then hope it does what Washington wants. 😂😂😂 Let's be real, that is not strategy,it's arrogance, desperation, and wishful thinking rolled into one. After all the tough talk, the answer still seems to be the same: use military force, issue demands, and then hope reality bends to political fantasies. Decades of failed interventions have taught nothing. The belief that you can bomb a country into compliance is not a sign of strength,it's a sign of intellectual bankruptcy. Such a reckless and shortsighted approach is the very definition of strategic failure.....show more

I'm watching the game back, and at the disallowed... sheep goal McFadden states that Sterling "needs to be stronger" and then "goes down very easily". The Sky Ref Watch programme panel this morning was unanimous in about 0.4 seconds that it was a clear foul and there wasn't even a debate. So either: a) McFadden is a hopeless pundit b) he was indulging some wishful thinking, due to bias perhaps Either way, it's symptomatic of Sky Sports' stale coverage of Scottish football which needs a complete revamp and new faces, with actual insight. McFadden didn't even clock the potential offside or that a VAR scrutiny was inevitable. His shelf life as pundit has long passed and he has entered Andy Walker territory. See also Crocker.show more

There is no such thing as "lower abs". Your... rectus abdominis is one continuous muscle. You cannot contract the bottom half on its own, and no exercise on earth isolates a region that does not anatomically exist. So all the things sold to you as "lower ab" builders are actually just glorified hip flexor exercises: - Leg raises - Reverse crunches - Flutter kicks - Scissor kicks - Mountain climbers - The dreaded "lower ab burnout circuit" None of them is carving a separate lower section. They train the same single muscle every other ab exercise trains, just with more hip flexor and more wishful thinking. The reason you cannot see your lower abs is not a missing exercise. It is the layer of fat sitting over them, which collects there last and leaves there last. So the actual programme is dull and two-part: - Get into a calorie deficit and strip the fat that is hiding them - Build the abs themselves with weighted crunches, 4-6 reps, adding load over time, like any other muscle That's it. There is no lower-ab secret. There is just a visible-ab one, and it lives in the kitchen and under a loaded cable.show more

⚠️ Heading into the Hotline event with tempered expectations.... We’re guaranteed some new Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater info—though what that actually means is anyone’s guess at this point with the launch closely approaching. The stuff I mentioned in my earlier post was just my own speculation (and a bit of wishful thinking). Let’s see what happens! 🤔🧐🤩 ❗️ Here are the top items I’d like to see addressed: ❗️ 1⃣ Current Roadmap for MGS:MC Vol. 1: What is the current state/roadmap for Volume 1? Should we expect more updates at the current sporadic rate, or has development wrapped up? 2⃣ Clarification on MGSΔ:SE additional content: Can we get clarification on the additional modes for MGS3R? Is there a real possibility of MGO (Metal Gear Online) being added for MGS3R, or was that just a tease for a similar type of game mode? 3⃣ MGS:MC Vol. 2 Information: Any news or updates about Volume 2 would be appreciated. 4⃣ Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater Launch Details: What are the launch details for Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater, and what are the plans for post-launch support? What would you like to see❓ Let us know in the comments.show more
