He reacts defensively and argues logically A double mistake When a woman tries to start an argument with you, she's testing to see if you're stupid enough to take her seriously If you do take her seriously and argue with her, you fall into her frame and essentially fall into her trap. Whereas if you treat her like an adorable petulant child, you pass the test and sidestep the trap In this scene, Cal reacts the wrong way to Rose's shit test. This mom makes her eleven year old son walk... a mile around the neighborhood before he can have any screen time. She said she does this to regulate his mood and energy, to build discipline to let him know fun comes after the effort, not the other way around, and, it reduces arguments - you work first and then play later, the expectations are set. Many people focused on his walking around the neighborhood by himself but she says she lives in a neighborhood where she feels very comfortable. A lot of people applauded her for making her son get outside, that it was not only healthy for his body but for his mind as well. She said this is not a punishment. I think kids in this day and age need to be forced to get outside. Too many of us allow them to stare at screens all day long. I applaud her for her routine with her son. The incident that happened earlier this morning is deeply... worrisome and disturbing for all of us🥹. Flinging a mattress with someone on it and rolled her over in so much anger thereby endangering her life and causing her panic. she could have hit her head on the wall or ground but thankfully she showed a high level of SELF CONTROL and RESTRAINT not to react. What occurred afterwards, was an attempt to incite her to physical confrontation in order to try and provoke her to hit you so that you can have a reason to hit her back or get her disqualified. The same man has been seen on several occasions saying that he was going to deal with Alex, earlier in the game he mentioned how the guys should get her drunk and make her fight with her fellow housemate.
