Impeccable 3.7 brings linting to design. Until now it... was a skill you asked for help. Now it's a design-system-aware feedback loop that runs while your agent builds, catching slop and design drift before they land. 🪝 Design hooks for Claude, Codex, and Cursor They run after every UI edit and quietly nudge your agent to fix slop and drift. The output isn't another wall of lint: it separates new findings from already-seen ones, flags clean scans, and asks the agent to use judgment. Fix real issues, leave intentional demos alone, save exceptions to config instead of littering your source. 🎨 Slop detection is now project-aware Reads your actual design system from DESIGN.md, your typography, palette, radius scale, and tokens, and flags drift from your system, not just generic AI slop: • this font isn't in your design system • this color is outside your documented palette • this radius doesn't match your rounded scale The same engine powers both the hooks and the CLI, and it's where we're investing next. 🖥️ Live Mode, ready for real projects Svelte/SvelteKit now preview variants as temporary framework components with live params, then accept cleanly back into your source component. Manual text edits got evidence / apply / discard routes, insertions preserve their anchors, and mapped lists and JSX slots clean up far more reliably. ⚡ Leaner core, sharper detector Rule-level evals across 3 providers and 4 niches cut guidance with no measurable lift and dropped examples that taught models bad patterns. The detector now skips hidden and screen-reader-only elements, understands OKLCH alpha and Sass-like inputs, and tightened checks for repeated kickers, oversized H1s, clipped overflow, and cramped padding. 🛠️ CLI caught up impeccable detect loads DESIGN.md by default, motion findings name the exact token or cubic-bezier instead of just "bounce," and impeccable ignores gives real CRUD for exceptions. Hooks and CLI share the same ignores. No split-brain config. Plus a much-improved interactive installer with hooks setup built in. Upgrade: npx impeccable install npm i -g impeccableshow more

over the weekend, i built an app that i... sincerely hope you will never have a need for, but if you do happen to need a friendly, free, private mri viewer designed to make it easy for you to track tumor progression, you can try it here: here's the story: as some of you may know, last last september, my six year old daughter mira was diagnosed with an extremely rare brain tumor called an adamatinomatous craniopharyngioma, and since then our family has been doing everything we can possibly do to find a cure for her. we tortured chatgpt deep research, put together our own private research team, raised $1.4M and donated it all to Hankinson-Mitra Lab research thanks to $MIRA, explored every remotely applicable drug whether on the market or not, and even began working with md anderson to develop a personalized vaccine that we hope can lead to a more permanent cure unfortunately, we received the devastating news last march that the tumor has continued to grow since her initial surgery, and we had to start to consider more drastic options which would have seriously impacted mira’s quality of life. thankfully, with the help of dr. sabine mueller UCSF Benioff SF and the Hankinson-Mitra Lab at the university of colorado, in april, we started her on an alternative but extremely experimental treatment for this disease. to our unimaginable relief, her tumor has responded extraordinarily well to this treatment which combines tocilizumab (an arthritis drug that blocks IL6 receptors) with avastin (a colon cancer drug that inhibhits VEGF proteins). we know this, because mira gets an MRI scan of her brain every few months. and every time we get a new scan, the first thing we do is compare it against her last scan. so we have to find the matching weight of the scan, and then find the same plane, and then carefully find the slices of the scan where the tumor is visible, and then find the closest match to last month’s scan, then adjust the zoom, rotation, and brightness / contrast so they all look the same. we got pretty good at this. but it shouldn't be this hard. so i built last weekend using gemini 3 with some gpt 5.2 xhigh. you just import your DICOM MRI files (either zip, files or a folder), and you can align all of your scans across multiple dates instantly, just click and drag a rectangle around the tumor on any image, and it will use some very clever algorithms to automatically align up and find the closest matching slice from all your other scans, match the brightness / contrast, rotation, pan, zoom, and even shear to make sure the registration is as close as possible, and make it as easy to possible to compare tumor progression. it has a grid view so you can see all your scans for the same location all at once, and an overlay view so you can quickly compare two scans visually (by holding down the space bar to toggle quickly between two scans), along with tools to animate your scans both within the same sequence as well as over multiple scans to show progression. there is no server, it runs entirely locally on your browser - nothing ever gets uploaded and it's all open source: if you've found this useful, please consider a donation to the UCSF Benioff SF hospital foundation, who has given us extraordinary care over the past year or so:show more

Multiple videos are streaming in from various locations across... Eastern Kentucky tonight, including Harlan, Letcher, Pike, and Holler after holler. I believe one of these videos is from Harlan County. A woman reported that her husband and his family are currently trapped in Ages Holler. This situation occurs every time it rains. I’m tired of failing culverts and drains. Houses are being built over pipes that have already collapsed, and the same issues persist year after year. Last night, in Ages, debris jammed a bridge, causing the creek to flood through the yards. Blackey’s road is also experiencing water overflows. People will dismiss this as “just weather,” but it’s not just weather. Creeks that used to be 15 feet deep are now at road level. Drain tiles are clogged, and culverts are too small to handle the increased water flow. The excuse for these problems is always the same: permits, money, and promises to take the issue to fiscal court. Please avoid flooded roads and check on your loved ones.show more

Are you safer with LIDAR, or are you safer... with vision? This is a false dichotomy. The more pertinent question today is "do you have something, or do you have nothing?" As you can see from the clips below, vision based systems avoid countless potential collisions every day. The difference between a crash and no crash isn't what sensor suite you chose — it's whether you have any AI on your car at all. Even if we concede that LIDAR may help prevent some additional crashes, we are really debating whether it is 1% of crashes or 0.00001% of crashes. Not all crashes are super complex and require lasers to detect. Most are simple, routine, and can easily be prevented by today's vision based AI. In fact, evidence is mounting that computer vision based systems can actually outperform more traditional approaches to self-driving. Why? Because the low cost of cameras enables you to create a much larger, more varied, and more diverse dataset. If you want to have expensive custom cars that's fine, but you're going to get fewer vehicles for the same budget. Seeing what's in front of you now is actually less important than predicting what's going to happen next — and the large scale datasets used to train pure vision systems are the best for predicting what's next. Counter-intuitively, the simpler and lower cost sensor actually has properties that make it better suited for training advanced AI. Computer vision based self-driving is often framed by LIDAR proponents as "cheaping out" on the sensor suite to save money. But it's not about being cheap, it's about bringing the technology to everyone. 1.2 million people die on the road every year around the world. That's around 39 million people who've died on the roads around the world since I was born — equivalent to a city the size of Tokyo or New Delhi getting wiped off the map. The status quo is simply unacceptable, and something has to be done to fix it as soon as possible. Of the 1.2 million people that will die on the roads this year, about 40,000 will be Americans. That's about 3%. So if we moved entirely to self-driving cars in America and brought crashes down to 0, 97% of the world's crash fatalities would still be taking place as usual. Deploying a $200,000+ retrofitted self-driving car may work in a few American cities, but it is not going to make sense in most places around the world where fares are much cheaper. Most often, the choice is not between LIDAR and vision. It's between vision or nothing. The best system is the system that's there running on my car when I need it to save my life. To say that all self-driving cars must have LIDAR is to sentence most of the world to death. We can't write off computer vision if we want to make a serious dent in this problem. It's going to be a key piece of the solution. Let LIDAR based players build the best self-driving car they can, and let vision based players do the same. We need to be trying everythingshow more

This will be a long read, but I truly... hope it inspires someone. I only wish I had kept more memories honestly… Today marks one year since I moved into my own home after squatting with a family friend for two years. That period remains one of the greatest favors I have ever received in my life. They didn’t take me in as a stranger they welcomed me as a daughter, treated me as one, and even now, here in Abuja, they are my family. Today, I live in a solid two-bedroom flat in Abuja, fully furnished to my taste. I’m living a life I once only prayed for, eating well, living well all courtesy of design and Web3. This same skill once earned me ₦2,000… ₦5,000. I can never forget messaging almost every contact on my WhatsApp, begging them to let me design for free. I went from business to business around my school area, offering free designs. I even designed my school handbook for free just to put myself out there. With this same skill, I met people I once admired from afar. I was willing to design for free just to earn a tag, a shout-out, and the visibility I desperately needed. There were times I slept in school just to use the school Wi-Fi to watch YouTube tutorials, especially from Mez Graphics. Sleeping in school became a lifestyle and it came at a cost. My health suffered deeply. I went through serious health crises because I couldn’t afford medication. Home was tough. Really tough. While others slept like humans, for four years in school I averaged two hours of sleep daily, juggling academics and survival. My health paid the price. I developed growths in both eyes that now require surgery, and my eyesight deteriorated so badly that I can’t function without my glasses. Yet today, this same skill has elevated my family. From living in a single room with five kids in a rented apartment, to my mum bring a landlord. A woman who used to fall sick frequently now lives healthier, eats whatever she wants, and glows differently. Poverty truly stinks but grace changed our story. The store she owns today? Courtesy of this skill and Web3. Every property I own my store, my home, everything came through design and Web3. This same skill funds my lifestyle. This same skill, backed by God, has elevated me beyond words. I could go on and on… This is me telling someone inspiring someone not to give up on that skill you have, no matter what it is, especially as a creative. I slept on YouTube for years because I couldn’t afford to pay for a single course. I used that knowledge to design for free sometimes for one, two, even three years just to build visibility. Today, I invest as much as ₦2 million yearly into learning., i invest heavily ngl If all you can afford right now is YouTube, be diligent with it. Mez Graphics and Caesar played huge roles in my journey, and I truly hope they see this. I am 100% grateful to them. In a nutshell: don’t give up on your skill. Keep refining it. Keep studying. Keep aspiring to be part of the top 1%. See you at the top If you read this far, thank you so much for reading 🫂show more

Some news: after four wonderful years at UC Berkeley... Haas, I'm heading to Columbia Business School this fall as an assistant professor in the Decision, Risk, and Operations Division. I'm incredibly excited to be joining a division full of brilliant colleagues studying marketplace design, online platforms, business analytics, and data-driven decision-making -- topics that perfectly complement my own research. And I can't wait to re-embrace NYC life – pizza at all hours of the day, grimy music venues in Bushwick, and a robust public transit system! At the same time, I'm also sad to be leaving Berkeley. Haas has been the perfect place to launch my academic career. The brilliant colleagues, engaged students, and collaborative atmosphere here have helped me grow as both a researcher and teacher over the past four years. I'll also deeply miss the Bay Area's amazing nature and weather, as well as its unique blend of innovation and idealism. When I joined Haas, I announced it with a cameo from Chris Diamantopoulos (AKA Silicon Valley's Russ Hanneman). I considered doing the same now—maybe getting Eric Adams, Jalen Brunson or James Murphy for a proper NYC welcome—but the timing feels off. As excited as I am about my new job, this career move comes at a complex time when universities across the US, including Columbia, are navigating challenging tensions between government pressures and academic independence. I believe in the importance of maintaining both institutional autonomy and protecting all members of our academic communities. Despite the challenges at hand, I remain hopeful about Columbia's future and its enduring mission. As Columbia's motto reminds us, "in lumine tuo videbimus lumen" — "In your light we shall see light" — suggesting that through education and collective wisdom, we find illumination and a path forward. I'm excited to join this historic institution during a pivotal moment and to contribute to Columbia's long tradition of creating positive change through knowledge and research. See you in New York! 🗽show more

Our proposal to get Europe forward towards a Federation... is to start with the Benelux first, as a historic testing ground of European Integration, it should pick that role up again to prove that federal cooperation works, making it attractive for others to join. The idea is to create a Benelux Federation between Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, while keeping their own national identities, cultures and local politics. The federation would focus on the things where working together gives them more power and ambition: defence, trade and foreign relations, industry, energy, infrastructure and the internal market. Semiconductors: They already have ASML, imec, NXP and many strong suppliers. Now they should build the full chain around them, from research and design to manufacturing, packaging and testing. Make the Benelux Europe's semiconductor hub by pooling resources, similar to Japan's semiconductor manufacturing plan. Ports: Rotterdam and Antwerp-Bruges together handle around 695 million tonnes of cargo a year. Instead of competing separately, they should work as one Benelux port and logistics system, connecting ports, railways, waterways, pipelines and industry. High-speed rail: Build a new Benelux network designed for 400 km/h or faster, integrating all cities, and making federal travel seamless. Defence: They already train and operate together. The next step is to integrate procurement, logistics, intelligence, cyber defence, air defence and command. Buy more together, reduce duplication and build a stronger Benelux defence industry. Industry: Create a common industrial strategy and investment fund for semiconductors, AI, robotics, biotechnology, defence and advanced manufacturing. Make it easier and faster to build factories and scale companies across the Benelux. Federal government and simplification: Create a small federal government responsible only for the powers given to the federation, while keeping national governments and local politics intact. Make the Benelux the least bureaucratic country in the world by removing unnecessary rules, standardising where possible and making decisions fast. Give businesses clear rules, one digital system and simple permits, so that starting a company, building a factory or expanding across the Benelux is as easy as possible. Energy: Plan the electricity grid, standardised nuclear power buildout, offshore wind, hydrogen, solar and other major energy infrastructure together. A bigger connected energy system gives industry more security and makes the region more attractive for investment. Culture: Build a shared Benelux identity while keeping each country's own culture and traditions. Promote shared history, food, music, sport and heritage, while becoming known for combining European heritage with a modern and innovative future. Ambition: Make the Benelux a blueprint for the economy of the future, leading in robotisation, AI, advanced manufacturing, quantum technology, biotechnology, new materials and space. Invest heavily in research and turn new technologies into companies, industries and jobs. The federation should aim to build one of the most advanced economies in the world, from automated factories and next-generation infrastructure to European space infrastructure and a future Moon base. European scale: A Benelux Federation would still have limits because three countries cannot match the scale of the United States, China or the largest global markets. To become a true world leader, Europe would need to integrate further. The Benelux should therefore be the first blueprint showing that more European integration and democratisation can work at a federal level, creating a model that other European countries can join and build on over time. The point of the project is to prove a Federal Europe would work, not by words, but by tangible results. Once proven, our nations would have a reason to federate. Benelux pushed EU in integration before, it should do it again!show more

You don't understand... Higgsfield MCP + Claude just automated... AI film making. Every single step you used to grind through to make an AI movie, you can now do 10x faster. Drop the script into Claude Opus 4.8 and say: "Here's my script. Break it into a full shotlist. Shot number, scene, shot type, camera move and the action in each frame." Now the whole film is mapped, shot by shot. - Pull your assets. Ask Claude: "From this shotlist, list every character, every location and every prop across the whole film." That's your build list. The stuff you would need to generate and give as references in next steps. - Build the character sheets. Higgsfield MCP is connected, so Claude has hands now to do stuff directly. It generates the images itself. Have the full body, back view and close up in the character sheet. One per character. Each sheet becomes the locked reference for that face. Same move for locations, generate the empty plate for each one before anyone steps into it. - Generate the frames. Feed Claude the references plus the shot and have it write and fire the Seedance 2.0 prompt. "Using the lead's character sheet and the alley plate, generate shot 4 in Seedance 2.0. Low angle, slow push-in, rain." Claude builds the prompt, calls Seedance 2.0 and the frame lands back in chat. Use a Seedance 2.0 skill to teach Claude how to prompt it properly. Now, there are 3 ways to make the shots. Pick one per scene. - Pure prompting. Fastest one. You describe the action in words and let Seedance interpret it. For consistency across a sequence, feed it a frame from the previous shot so the look carries. - Storyboarding. You hand it a panel and it matches that composition exactly. Way more control over how the shot is framed. The tradeoff is that it can introduce more cuts than you actually want. - Path Control System This is the latest technique Seedance 2.0 technique. Generate a still base plate of the scene. Draw a red line across it to mark the exact path of the movement, then describe what's happening. Seedance follows that line for the action. Also ask Claude to remove the red line when animating. This is the one for anything where motion has to land precisely. The output reads like real live action. - Lastly, generate every clip you need, then cut them together. Get it to Capcut for editing and audio design. And that's it. The pipeline that used to need a full crew and a studio can now run from one Claude chat. 2026 is gonna be wildshow more

Softmax vs Sigmoid ✍️ Interact 👉 = Softmax =... Softmax is how deep networks turn raw scores into a probability distribution — the final layer of every classifier, and the core of every attention head in a transformer. To see what it does, picture five boba tea shops on the same block, all competing for your dollar. Five candidates: a, b, c, d, e — different chains, different brewing styles, different pearls. A boba reviewer hands you a 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘦 for each — higher means perfectly chewy "QQ" pearls with the right bite (ask a Taiwanese friend to find out what QQ means). Negative scores are real: mushy bobas, overcooked pearls, a batch left sitting too long. How do you turn five chewiness scores into an allocation that adds to a whole dollar? You could spend everything at the chewiest shop, but that ignores how good the runners-up are. Softmax is the smooth alternative. Read the diagram left to right. First, raise each score to e^{x} — this does two things: it turns negative chewiness into small positives, and it stretches the gaps between scores exponentially. Then sum all five into a single total Z. Finally, divide each e^{x} by Z to get a probability. The five probabilities add up to one, so you can read them as percentages of your dollar. The chewiest shop gets the biggest slice — but never the whole dollar. That's the point of softmax: it ranks confidently while still leaving room for the others. = Sigmoid = Sigmoid squashes any real number into a probability between 0 and 1 — the classic activation for binary classification, and still the gating function inside LSTMs and GRUs. Same boba block as the previous Softmax example, narrowed to just two contenders — a hot new shop `a` with chewiness score x, and your usual go-to `b` whose score is pinned at zero (the neutral baseline you've come to expect). Sigmoid is just softmax with two players, one of them pinned to zero. Read the diagram left to right. First, raise each score to e^{x} — for the usual shop `b` whose score is zero, this is just e^0 = 1 (the constant baseline). Then sum the two into a total Z. Finally, divide each e^{x} by Z to get a probability. The two probabilities add up to one — the new shop wins more of your dollar when its pearls get chewier, and your usual keeps the rest. That's the point of sigmoid: it turns a single chewiness score into a clean 0-to-1 chance you'll try the new place over your usual. --- AI Math, Algorithms, Architectures by hand ✍️ Subscribe to my 60K+ reader newsletter 👉show more

🚨 $1 TRILLION OPENAI IPO IS COMING BEFORE ANTHROPIC!!... Two of the most hyped companies in history are racing to go public. - Both burning BILLIONS. - NOT profitable at all right now. - Valued at TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS. Let's talk about what you're actually buying: OpenAI current valuation: $852,000,000,000 Revenue: $24,000,000,000 per year Losses: growing faster than revenue Anthropic current valuation: $965,000,000,000 Revenue: $47,000,000,000 per year Losses: billions every single quarter Combined, they're valued at over $1,817,000,000,000. They haven't had a single profitable year between them. OpenAI needs to justify its valuation by growing revenue 75x from here. For Anthropic, the math is even worse. It would need a market cap larger than global GDP to match Google's returns. Now think about the timing. The SpaceX IPO just opened the floodgates, and institutional capital is stretched thin. Two more TRILLION DOLLAR offerings hitting the same market. Competing for the same capital at the same time. Google was profitable at IPO. Amazon was growing at insane rates at IPO. Neither asked you to fund a company losing money at this scale. The early investors got in at $5B, $10B, $20B. They need public markets at $300B-$965B to make their returns real. You're not buying the future of AI. You're buying the exit for the people who built it. This sounds SCARY, but I'll keep you updated on everything here. When I rotate money, I will post my moves here so my FOLLOWERS can SAVE their money. Follow me and turn NOTIFICATIONS ON, as I will share my strategy soon. Imagine years of grinding, struggling, screw-ups, and brutal battles..finally... clawing your way to the top after endless hard-fought wars. You've earned your rightful championship. You're on the verge of main-eventing WrestleMania, the biggest stage in wrestling, the culmination of everything you've bled for. Then, out of nowhere, an ego-driven, bald fraud big nose struts in and yanks it away. "No," he says. "You're not main-eventing. That spot's reserved for our golden boy..the darling who’s only contribution is being the son of a legend. Every year he gets his fake redemption arc handed to him on a silver platter." You're demoted to the undercard. Your reward? A match against some fat, generic jobber like Jacob Fatu. Picture the gut-wrenching pain. The betrayal. The rage boiling inside as years of sacrifice get erased in one smug decision. The dream you've chased through injuries, heartbreaks, and near-misses..snatched away to protect someone else's nepotism-fueled storyline. That's exactly what Drew McIntyre is living through right now. The damage is done. Irreversible. He'll never be the same again..trust shattered, fire dimmed, belief in the system gone. The future of footwear may not be manufactured in... bulk. It may be fabricated around you. That is what makes this shift so interesting to me. 3D-printed footwear is moving from novelty to a real industrial model, with market forecasts pointing to rapid growth over the next decade. At the same time, brands and manufacturers are using additive manufacturing, digital design, and custom-fit workflows to shorten development cycles and make more personalized products viable. What is new here is not just the printer. It is the system around it: → scan the foot → model the fit digitally → print the part on demand → produce closer to the customer That matters. Because once footwear becomes data-driven and locally fabricated, several things change fast: → fit gets more personal → prototyping gets faster → waste drops because you do not overproduce → inventory pressure falls because you do not need to guess demand the same way To me, that is the bigger signal. This is not just about a better sneaker. It is about a different manufacturing logic. Formlabs notes that 3D printing already enables customized orthotics with better biomechanical precision, lower material waste, and simpler digital workflows. McKinsey has also pointed to digitization and 3D design as a way to shorten design cycles and reduce sampling iterations in apparel and footwear. And once that logic matures, the use cases get much bigger: → custom athletic footwear built from gait and pressure data → hospitals producing orthotics faster and closer to the patient → micro-factories making products on demand instead of stocking shelves → footwear designed for one body, not an average body That is why I think this matters now. The question is no longer whether personalized fabrication is possible. It is whether brands move fast enough before customers start expecting every product to fit like it was made only for them. Would you actually wear a shoe fabricated around your own biometric data? #AI #3DPrinting #Footwear #Manufacturing #Innovation #FutureOfWork #RetailTech #Customization #Technologyshow more

✨ LAUNCH DAY ✨ I started providing video services... in 2020 to our agency clients. As demand grew, I saw a huge gap in the market for high-quality, affordable, and quick-to-produce explainer videos. Usually, you have three options: freelancers, agencies, or DIY – all of which have their downsides. Freelancers can be slow, agencies are expensive, and DIY often lacks quality. So, I thought, why not combine the best of all worlds? ✅ Fast and hassle-free ✅ Affordable pricing ✅ Top-tier quality Without: ❌ Endless searching ❌ Over-the-top costs ❌ Subpar results So I started Vidiosa in 2023. Our first year was promising, but we wanted to make our service even more accessible. And finally we developed a system offering unprecedented affordability in video services that other agencies can't match. Additionally, we've built a templates library where anyone can purchase a template for just $97 and customize it to their needs. Now, we launched Vidiosa on Product Hunt 😸 today with a 30% discount and a free logo creation tool as an added bonus. The goal: Making explainer videos accessible for every SaaS. To check it out and/or support the launch: ❤️ I'm eager for your thoughts—please share your genuine feedback with us, even if it hurts 🙏show more
