๐ฎ๐น FAYE IN MILAN โ LIVE DETAILS Nicha shared... more details about Fayeโs upcoming Milan Fashion Week trip and what we can expect. Please watch the recorded live for the full details and context: this is only a summary! ๐ซถ๐ป ๐ Milan schedule โข Faye arrives on September 24 โข September 25: fittings + photoshoots โข September 26: Ferragamo show in the morning, followed by a photoshoot at a Ferragamo boutique in the afternoon (fans are not needed at the boutique). โข Exclusive dinner will happen on the same day and around 7โ8 PM. The exact time and venue will be announced later. โข Faye was invited to an exclusive Ferragamo dinner with other Ferragamo guests and the Ferragamo family. The new person handling the BA side will also be there, so our support at the dinner is very important. โข September 27: Faye leaves Milan. ๐ฃ FANS IN MILAN We need a BIG turnout at the Ferragamo SHOW and DINNER! Bring banners and anything Faye-related, and most importantly, make sure Faye and everyone else can hear us. ๐ฅน๐ป Nicha emphasized that itโs important for all of us to show that weโre Fayemily and that weโre there to support Faye. At the dinner, fans should stay until Faye leaves and cheer loudly for her. Sheโll also spend time with fans again, just like last time, including signing autographs. ๐จ The hotel details will be shared later, but only if itโs possible for fans to gather there too. ๐ EMV โ THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT The EMV period will be September 22โ29, and Faye wants to aim for #1. Nicha said Faye will start posting early, even before she travels, so we have more days to build EMV. Weโre expecting around 20 IG posts minimum, possibly more. The target mentioned was 100K comments + 1M shares. We need to engage HARD on every post and give it our absolute best! ๐ฅ IG is the main priority, but donโt forget TikTok too. Twitter/X is to be ignored as it is not part of the EMV focus. ๐๏ธ FERRAGAMO STORES If youโre in Milan, please consider visiting Ferragamo stores and contributing to the foot traffic. You donโt need to buy anything expensive, even a small purchase is fine, but simply visiting and showing interest is already helpful. If you do visit, make sure to mention that youโre there because of Faye Peraya / that you discovered or became interested in the brand through Faye. This helps show Ferragamo the impact she has. โน๏ธ Nicha wonโt be travelling to Milan because she wasnโt invited to the dinner, but she has her team there to take care of Faye. โจ OTHER UPDATES โข October 15: Faye and Atom are expected to attend a Thailand event connected to Patrick Ta (very famous makeup artist) where he will do their makeup. Nicha said this could also be good exposure toward the US market. โข Faye may also attend ELLE Fashion Week with Madame Fin. More details will be shared later. Again, this is ONLY a summary. ๐ซถ๐ป Please watch the recorded live to hear everything Nicha shared and get the full context. Letโs give Faye our absolute best in Milan! ๐ฎ๐น๐ป #FayePeraya #เธเนเธฒเธขเธเธตเธฃเธเธฒshow more

[KBS News] "18.7 billion won for two photos?"... Is... this the extent of K-pop star influence? [Issue Money] ๐ฉ๐ป The first keyword is โ18.7 billion wonโ for 2 Instagram photos. This seems to be referring to Instagram, a popular social media platform among young people. But whose photos are worth nearly 20 billion won? ๐คYes, the Gyeongju APEC Summit opens this week. Ahead of the opening of this super stage for global trade, diplomacy, and security, we've compiled a numerical analysis of the influence of K-pop stars who are elevating Korea's status. While there are likely many stars who will only be briefly mentioned, BTS member V was selected as the star with the highest single post value among global singers. Global influencer marketing platform Lefty calculates and reports the social media influence of global celebrities by cost. According to an analysis of earned media exposure value ( EMV ), two photos posted by BTS member V while attending the Celine show at Paris Fashion Week earlier this month generated a shopping 18.7 billion won in promotional impact. For a singer group, it's the highest media exposure value globally, and third overall. ๐ฉ๐ปThat's a staggering amount. Does this refer to the amount received through a contract with a specific company for Instagram exposure? ๐ค What's more surprising is that it's not. This index only analyzes posts that stars upload on their own initiative, without a separate contract. Of course, since they work as brand ambassadors or models for various brands, it's not completely irrelevant, but at least posts posted according to contracts are excluded from the calculation. Exposure value is calculated by multiplying the number of impressions by the value per impression, converting things like clicks, mentions, and views into monetary value. It comprehensively reflects factors such as the content's reach, user engagement, and brand exposure. BTS's V has nearly 70 million Instagram followers, which means he outnumbers the population of most countries. Even a single view and spread by these followers would have the same effect as a global advertising campaign. ๐ฉ๐ปBTS influence is undeniable ๐show more

Introducing Stanley: The first AI Head of Content that... will help you grow your following. Stanley works just like a real employee: text him and heโll create, edit, and strategize viral content across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Making viral content is hard. It requires deep research, deep platform understanding, and knowing whatโs culturally relevant at that exact minute. When you ask ChatGPT to โwrite a social postโ it doesnโt know what good content looks like, itโs not actively consuming content, and it doesnโt understand you. This is why the output is slop. Stanley solves this. First Stanley deeply understands your unique voice and writing style (and doesnโt include AI language like em dashes and โitโs not x itโs yโ) Then he plugs into your day-to-day (your Slack, Notion, Calendar, Granola) and proactively suggests viral posts for you based off the most interesting things happening in your life. All you need to do is voice note him your thoughts, and Stanley optimizes and then schedules a post across all platforms. Example: Last week I asked ChatGPT "what happened on X" and got a generic summary. I asked Stanley the same thing and he told me about Jensen Huang's first post on X and the viral Denyโs comment. Thatโs because Stanley has a team of specialized agents that are always on. One agent researches viral posts through the X API. One studies your voice. One doom scrolls X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. 2 months ago we released Stanley in beta to 100 social media power users like @chasepassiveincome, Jay Yang, Mitchell, and Pascio whoโve used Stanley in their daily content process. Engagement rates increased by >50% for the average beta tester. (in fact youโve probably engaged w/ Stanley posts without realizing) Posting content has genuinely changed my life for the better: itโs helped me raise millions of $, landed me my first customers, and attracted the very best employees. Stan wouldnโt be a $40M ARR business without Content. Stanley is our attempt at democratizing that. Our mission is to help any Entrepreneur tell their story, so we'd love for you to try Stanley for free here: One more thing.. You can see a glimpse of Stanleyโs power in the comments below. Drop a reply and Stanley will analyze your X content right now. It'll pull your posts, study your voice, and tell you what's working and what's not. Each reply costs us abt ~$1 in tokens. Go abuse it. (Thank you VCโs.) FYI: This post and launch video were written 100% w/ the help of Stanley (howโd he do?) See Stanley work below ๐show more

Mark Zuckerberg just described the end of the creator... economy. And framed it as a feature. Zuckerberg: โIf youโre a creator, one of the big challenges is there are only so many hours in the day, and your community probably has a nearly unlimited demand to interact with you.โ He named the constraint every creator lives with. Your audience will always want more of you than you can physically give. His answer isnโt to help you keep up. Itโs to make you optional. Zuckerberg: โIf we can make it so that each creator can basically make an AI artifact that their community can interact with.โ Look at the word he chose. Artifact. Not assistant. Not extension. Not tool. An artifact is something that exists after the person who made it is gone. Zuckerberg: โItโs almost like a piece of digital art that youโre producing. Like an interactive sculpture.โ Heโs asking creators to build a version of themselves. Hand it over. Then walk away. And call it empowerment. Zuckerberg: โYouโre giving your community something to interact with when you canโt be there to answer all the questions.โ Something to interact with. Not someone. Something. The entire creator economy was built on three things. The person was real. The connection felt real. The audience believed they were talking to a human being who actually gave a damn. Zuckerberg is building a future where all three become optional. Zuckerberg: โIn the future there will be content that is purely generated by AI, personalized for you.โ Not made by someone with a point of view. Generated by a system that knows what makes you stay. The feed stops being a town square. It becomes a mirror. Showing you exactly what you want to see. Made by no one. For no reason other than engagement. Every post. Every video. Every reply. Every comment a creator ever made on these platforms. All of it was training data. Creators didnโt just build audiences. They built the dataset that makes them replaceable. Zuckerberg didnโt build a creator economy. He built a training pipeline with a revenue share. And the pipeline is almost ready to run without them. We spent two decades convincing ourselves that real connection could happen through a screen. Weโre about to find out what happens when thereโs no one on the other side of it.show more

India's Vulgar Content Crisis: How Algorithms, Greed, and the... Erosion of a Generation Are Colliding in 2026 In 2026, open any Indian teenagerโs Instagram or YouTube Shorts feed and youโll see it: a relentless stream of suggestive reels, borderline explicit dances, and creators pushing every boundary for clicks. What began as occasional โboldโ content has now become the default algorithm diet for millions. This isnโt organic cultural evolutionโitโs engineered addiction, fueled by cold, hard incentives that reward the raciest material while quietly reshaping an entire generationโs sense of normal. The Numbers Donโt LieโAnd Theyโre Alarming Official data from the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal shows a staggering 76,657 complaints of cybercrimes against women in 2025 aloneโan increase of over 28,000 cases from the previous year. Sexually obscene material topped the list with 37,743 reports, followed closely by sexually explicit acts. At the same time, the government has issued repeated advisories to platforms demanding immediate removal of โobscene, vulgar, pornographicโ content, warning of legal consequences for non-compliance. Yet the flood continues. Why? Because the system is designed to reward it. The Algorithmโs Poisonous Incentive Loop Social media platforms donโt care about cultureโthey care about watch time, comments, shares, and subscriptions. Provocative, sexually charged content consistently outperforms everything else: - Reels with โboldโ hooks get 2โ3x more watch time. - Controversial or suggestive posts trigger 4x more comments and shares. - Once a creator dips into semi-nude, twerking, or heavily sexualized fitness/glamour content, the algorithm pushes it harderโbecause engagement skyrockets. Creators arenโt stupid. Many started with dance, fashion, or comedy. Then they noticed the pattern: a slightly suggestive thumbnail or outfit = exponential growth. Instagramโs subscription model (where fans pay monthly for โexclusiveโ content) has turned this into a direct revenue stream. The more explicit the tease, the more subscribers pay to see whatโs behind the paywall. Itโs not art. Itโs calculated escalation. Meanwhile, young viewersโespecially impressionable teensโare being trained from their first scroll. The hyper-sexualization of children and teens on these platforms is no longer fringe; itโs algorithmic mainstream. Algorithms actively promote self-sexualized content from users as young as 12 because it drives insane engagement metrics. The Hidden Cultural and Psychological Cost This isnโt harmless entertainment. Constant exposure to vulgar, objectifying content is rewiring expectations: - Relationships become transactional and appearance-obsessed. - Body image issues explode among both boys and girls. - Respect, consent, and emotional depth take a backseat to shock value and dopamine hits. - A generation is learning that the fastest path to fame and money is self-objectification. Indiaโs rich cultural heritageโrooted in restraint, family values, and spiritual depthโis being drowned out by a globalized, profit-driven race to the bottom. The same platforms that once promised connection and creativity are now the biggest distributors of cultural decay. Itโs Not Just CreatorsโItโs Us Hereโs the uncomfortable truth: every view, like, share, and subscription is a vote. We are the demand side of this supply chain. When we reward vulgarity, platforms and creators respond with more of it. The algorithm doesnโt have moralsโit has metrics. We do. What Needs to ChangeโNow 1. Platforms must be held accountable. The governmentโs recent push for faster takedowns (now down to hours in some cases) and age-based classification of digital content is a start. But enforcement must be consistent and transparent. 2. Creators must choose integrity over virality. Real influence comes from substance, not skin. 3. Parents and educators need to wake up and actively monitor, discuss, and limit exposure. 4. Users must vote with their thumbsโfollow, share, and pay for content that elevates rather than degrades. The sudden rise of vulgar content in India isnโt accidental. Itโs the predictable outcome of unchecked algorithms meeting human greed in a hyper-connected society. If we donโt interrupt this cycle now, we wonโt just lose our feedsโweโll lose the values that define us as a civilization. The question isnโt whether this content exists. The question is: what kind of India are we buildingโone scroll at a time? What do you thinkโhave you noticed this shift in your own feed? Drop your thoughts below. Letโs start the conversation that actually matters.show more

Important announcement!!!๐ซต๐ฅ๐ซ Would you have a tooth pulled if... it helped your chances to get an important grant funded? Absurd question (obviously), but the situation right now is so bad funding-wise, that I bet some of you actually considered it for a secondโฆ Well, donโt get desperate - we created a new tool that might help! (keep your teeth!) Iโm excited to announce that as of today we are officially releasing โQED for Grantsโ for everyone. What started off as an extension of our existing paper review platform, grew in the last few months to an entirely new design. Weโve been working like crazy on this, and although we have more things we want to add in the (very near) future, we decided to release our AI for grants NOW, earlier than planned. Itโs not perfect, no AI is, but for the first time, when I run my own grants through QED Science, I feel it gets the research, finds real problems, and gives me very useful feedback that I can implement before submission. Itโs like sending it to 20 scientists from my domain, knowing theyโll agree to dedicate their entire week to carefully read and comment on every line. Itโs very important to write your own grants yourself, it makes you think hard and you learn a lot from doing it, and q.e.dโs system is designed to preserve these positive aspects and augment them - you get feedback on your own writing, we donโt write for you!! But at the same time, a typical PI spends many months every year writing proposals and sadly only a tiny fraction gets funded, even if the ideas are good. When you are forced to submit an unreasonable amount of grants the quality of the writing drops, and rejection rates increase. Not because the essence is bad. Itโs simply too competitive right now (the cuts made it so much worse) and if your proposal is not super clear and tight, and if itโs not a perfect fit for the grant youโre submitting, youโre doomed. Our grant solution is not an authoring, text-generating tool. It gives you constructive feedback on your writing (it comments on the deep things, not grammar and typos). Itโs meant to help you with the questions that torment you late at night (โis this a good fit?โ, โIs this novel enough?โ, โDid I miss something?โ). Tens of thousands of you already use q.e.d to improve your manuscripts and critically read papers, we built the grant tool by the same principles (youโll identify many of the features that you told us you like). Weโve processed thousands of proposals, learned where things fail, where reviewers get stuck, why good ideas come out weak. We interviewed hundreds of scientists, and also experts who work in funding agencies and university research authorities, and implemented their feedback (weโre constantly looking for more feedback). Our AI is always happy to give you constructive (and polite!) critique, and it will go through your grant line-by-line, forcing you to improve clarity, flag weak points, and push the whole thing to a higher standard. We study, in scale, what gets funded and what doesnโt, and what is the perfect fit for each type of grant. So please, use it, pressure-test it, tell us where it fails, and together weโll improve it every day to put you in the best position for actually testing your ideas in the real world. As always with q.e.d, the system is completely secured and private, and we are NOT training on your data (see the FAQ on our website). Please like, retweet, and share with your favorite colleagues! Penny, McMuffin And Tina - Why I Make Happy... Doggo Videos If you are reading this Iโm sure youโve watched at least one of the videos I make which feature dogs. Hopefully it put a big smile on your face and left you feeling like a positive difference was being made in the world. I wanted to explain the massive importance of these videosโฆ Taking Old Dogs To The Beach ๐ด๐ฅฅ This week we did the โOld Dogs Beach Day Outโ. It featured the OAP dogs who have been battling serious health issues lately and has close to a million views across different sites. McMuffin - Cancer survivor and had to have an eye removed this week Derek - Very old abandoned dog who was close to death on arrival Lady - Senior girl with 2 broken hips who was dying on the streets Snoop - My own rescue who has numerous tumours and a fused spine It was about as joyous a day out as you can imagine. You could see the dogs enjoying every single second as they swam, sunbathed and ate treats. But what is the point of this? Wouldnโt I be better spending the couple of hours it took doing something else like taking dogs to the vet or feeding even more out on the streets? Good questionโฆ Videos Help Me Do The โBoringโ Stuff For The Dogs These are some of the things that I do in a typical monthโฆ Funding the sterilising of over 100 dogs โ๏ธ Feeding 20,000 meals for street dogs ๐ฅ Pay for between 20-40 vet visits for sick dogs ๐ถ Purchasing preventative medicines for street dogs ๐ Paying for travel to re-home 7-10 dogs in Thailand โด๏ธ Although these things are super important and change lives for the better they arenโt always super interesting. Iโve tried making videos about sterilising or vet visits but most people are not interested after theyโve seen it once. I understand that because I would be the exact same personally watching content on social media. Iโd have very limited interest in opening Twitter and seeing dogs getting medical procedures or being abused. Most people simply unfollow or mute that sort of content. People know there is suffering but โout of sight, out of mindโ is the attitude on social media. But Donโt Dog Suffering Videos Get Donations? Yes. Youโll probably notice that most content around the world from all types of animal charities can be quite gruesome or sad. This is the same with human tragedies. People are much more likely to donate if they see suffering. The need is more immediate and urgent. I wanted to try something completely different and not share gruesome content. Instead of showing content like Sterilisations (Tina below) or horrific injuries (McMuffin below is already operated on and healing) I wanted to share happy content. I wanted to create content that was so happy and upbeat that people would actually want to share it with others. To tell their friends about the plight of the street dogs and maybe even get excited about changing it too. Penny Is The Perfect Example Penny is a tiny little dog that came into my possession recently. The simple facts of her story are horrificโฆ Kept locked up in a tiny box under a house Tortured by a human Broken leg so bad it needed large scale surgery I have videos on my phone of her before the rescue that would leave you sick to your stomach. I couldnโt sleep the night I saw them. I donโt want people to see all that though and instead focus on the positivesโฆ She is safe and alive She was able to go on a huge journey to a wonderful foundation called Soi Dog who worked on saving her leg. She is so cute that Iโve had over 100 people message me about giving her a forever home It costs a lot of money, time and effort to change Pennyโs life. Iโd say about 20 people have been involved. I try to keep the content around her positive and uplifting and focus on her turnaround and the people helping to change her life. Subtly I can educate around where she came from and the need to change that but people donโt want to see a video of her getting tortured. Ultimately like many of the dogs she is a story of hope and the innate goodness in the people who helped change her life. The Subtle Benefits Of Feeling Good When I started the videos I remember looking at social media and it was so depressing. Every post was about war in Ukraine, people arguing about politics, the cost of living crisis or Covid (2022). I suffer from depression and anxiety and I found that social media was just making it worse for me. I thought โMaybe there is room in there for something super positive about dogsโ. Thats what I am trying to create. It is also worth remembering some huge added bonuses about the videosโฆ They make the dogs feel good They make people watching feel good They make people around the world aware of street dogs They make myself and others feel good in person doing something practical on the ground as our days can be pretty tough at times. Iโd imagine Jumbo forgot about his painful legs when we took him to 7-11 this week and Lady couldnโt believe her luck after such a horrific recent past on the streets. There are probably faster ways to save more dogs. Probably more efficient ways to use my time. I think about that all the time. Iโm just trying to fix the problem of dog suffering globally and come at it from a whole new angle. Maybe Iโm right and maybe Iโm wrong but there is no perfect simple solution to this. I want to share the individual dog stories as every life maters. I want to highlight amazing organisations like Soi Dog and individuals like Sybille who need as much coverage as possible. I want people to look at their phones around the world and think โthat makes me feel so happy and wholesome and real change is possibleโ. I want people who are down and suffering themselves to think โmaybe there is some hope for meโ. McMuffin, Penny and Tina are just a couple of dogs we all know and love but they will also help thousands of future dogs indirectly. They are the little dogs who will help the other voiceless ones. The most epic 13 minute AI rant I've heard... in 2026 PS: My parent's heard this when I was playing it in the car and thought Jason โจ๐พSaaStr.Aiโจ Lemkin went OFF like Stephen A Smith does on first take PPS: Full transcript below [17:00] Harry Stebbings: I I just wanted to ask Jason, if the people that we want are fundamentally different, the developers that we used to hire, we don't because AI writes the code for us. The marketers we don't want, the sales people we don't wantโwho who do we want genuinely? Like what is the attractive profile? Because your Anthropicโs and your OpenAIs are hiring, so so what are the people that we want in the companies of the future? [17:18] Jason Lemkin: Look, I know it sounds trite, but but the answer is simple. It's just the expression each year changes. We want folks that are genuinely AI fluent. It's pretty simple. Now you know, maybe last year we called them prompt engineers, right? That used to be a job. I don't know if you remember that actually used to be the hottest job on planet earth. Now no one needs a prompt engineer because it's pretty easy to prompt all these tools. That job died. Okay. Um and now we need go-to-market engineers. Um I think that job's going to die. We needโeveryone needs so many forward deployed engineers. Like you can't hire enough forward deployed engineers. But uh you know um but Palantir just announced in whatever their their big their big eventโthey've gotten their deployment times down over 90% with forward deployed engineers. So that may becomeโso the this wave of disruption for the titles and the specificity, it's also exhaustingly accelerating. But it's really simple. You meet anyone for any roleโsales, marketing, engineering, product, QAโthey're they're either they're either they can't keep all of the ways they use AI to accelerate their job from spewing out of their mouth, or they're staring at you. It's there's nowhere in the middle. Like, and the person that comes in and saysโit's it's it sounds Captain Obviousโbut like, you know, you just had the whatever from Lovable, the the marketing head that was super popular on the show, right? She's just spewing AI-native insights into Lovable, right? It's not that complicated. You hire her, Elena, or whatever it is. You just hire her. It doesn't matter whether she's still in college or a junior or a senior or a middler, a left or right. And honestly, if you interview people, I would say of all even of the best startups I've invested in, maybe 30% of the management team meets this standard at best. 30%. Maybe less. And of the interviews I do in general, it's single-digit percents. It's just and in in that sense, it's the same as ever. Like you either lower the bar in hiring or you hire someone that's actually great. And someone that's actually great is so far ahead of you in how to apply to to employ the efficiencies of AI in their role, your jaw falls on the table. The difference is we used to need warm bodies. That's what's changing. We used to need warm bodies to answer the call, to do QA, to do code review, to to get the blue pixel to go from the upper left to the lower right. You laugh, but you need you literally needed to brute force this with humans. With AI, every day that goes by, the AIโyou do not need brute force human beings on your team. And that's another reason they're shrinking. Why are all these new companies so efficient? They're just not brute forcing things with humans. They're just not. They're choosing not to. And so these teamโall the brute forcers out thereโeveryone talks about how bloated teams got in 2021. I don't agree with that. I think they got as big as they needed to be when growth was high and you needed humans to do everything. All you look at these teams that that doubledโwell if growth continued at 60% like the rate in early 2021 for 5 years or can help me do the math and every single thing a software company did required a human. You were understaffed by your 2021 headcount. You'd be sitting here in 2026. You every office in SoMa would be triple packed and you there wouldn't be enough humans to staff your company. It's just the world changed. [20:33] Harry Stebbings: Jason, you live on the bleeding edge. I think me and Rory see that and I think the world sees that when they hear you every week in terms of how you run SaaS. For all of the CEOs and execs who listen to the show, what would you advise them in terms of determining whether someone is AI fluent when they meet them for jobs, for talent? [20:51] Jason Lemkin: Here's I realized I was just asked this. I just did a review with a super fast startup growing just crossing 100 million and I was asked this question. And one of my favorite executives, I thought his answer was pretty dated and because he gave me an answer that was about 6 months old. The answer 6 months old is: "I look for folks in my team, I look for you know at what tools they play with." Okay, that was a great answer in like summer of 2025. Okay, I tried Lovable last week. Okay, the answer in 2026 is: "What commercial AI tool have you brought into your organization this month?" That's the test. Anyone that is on the bleeding edge that you would want to hireโnow there are so many great products in the market. Okay, there is no excuse in any role to have not brought one tool a month into your organization. Okay, thereโnow there's going to be better and better tools and better and better products as the year goes on. What's the one you did? And you will see folks with their deer in the headlights to this question. What what sales tool? What marketing tool? What product tool? What engineering tool? What did you bring in? Why did you pick it? How does it working? Because if you're at remotely at the cutting edge, you're all over this. You're looking for the next agentic tools that will radically improve how you do business. This isโyou think everyone thinks SaaS is at the bleeding edge, right? You know, you know, all we do is we're just looking for the tools and trying them. Okay? Okay, we're one year ahead of everybody else because we did the simplest thing in the world. Like we tried the tools early and we trained them. We trained them for a month. Okay, I'll give youโwant hear a horrible example from this week? Super hot AI company valued at 6 billion. Okay, I'm not going to name it. Um, this week yesterday told us we had to quadruple what we spent on their product. Okay, their agent told us, right? And why did this happen? Okay. Well, at this $6 billion company, no one had trained the agent on its pricing properly. No one had tested it. They said, "Well, well, we've been in beta." And we said, "Well, when did the beta launch? A year ago." Okay, these are people asleep at at the wheel. You want somebody who the instant this comes up, they exactly know what the issue is. And "Hey, when I was at Lovable Replit, we trained the agent. This is how we did it. I brought in this tool. I brought in this tool that that Rory invested in last week. It solved all these issues." That's what you want to hear. And if they haven't brought in a tool in the last 30 days, at least deeply evaluated it. I don't really care whether they bought it, but gone so far down the funnel they can tell youโpick whatever tool: Fixie, Regie, GC, AIGCโI don't care how you went through it, you looked at it, you can tell me the eight ways it would improve the productivity of your business and three you didn't. Just don't hire that person because they're going to run your company to the ground. This is the job today. The job today is not to screw around on ChatGPT and to be a prompt engineer. The job today is to bring the best AI and agentic products into your organization and leverage all the hard work that the engineers have done building those products. That's your job. You don't have to screw around. You don't have to be a prompt engineer anymore. You have to be an agent deployment expert. Aโthis is the new job we're making up today. An Agentic Deployment Expert. That's your job from C-level to junior. Agentic Deployment Expert. Don't hire anybody else. You're going to regret it. They're going to stare at the camera. He's good. Stare at the camera. He's honorable. We could probably just I could slip away, get a coffee, and come back. No. And I I sound exasperated, Rory. And Iโbut the reason I am is I can just see I can see my best companies doing it. And I can see some companies I've invested in not doing it. And I want to cry. I just want to cry when they have no ADs on their team. I justโlike you're flushing your years of your life down the toilet by not approaching your how you're building this company this way. [24:33] Rory: Yes. And at the risk of being positive, it's worth pointing out two things he didn't say. Well, something implicit why he saidโJason didn't do the only hire, you know, he didn't commit the um employment law, I think it's a civil penalty of saying only employ people below X who get the new new thing because he implicitly said anyone can do it provided you're willing to learn. And I think that's the big aha that's one of the positive statements to make here right? Look and I think it appliesโI'm always wary of being "Hey, coming across, hey this this is the things that you all have to do." I think it applies to everyone including investors right? I mean I will say I have found that unless you're willing to invest the time learning these tools you actually shouldn't be investing in them. One of my partners Andy had this expression: "You know, if you decide you want to stop learning new things you probably should retire within 6 to 12 months and never write another check again." Maybe that's down to 3 to 6 months at this stage, right? And I think, you know, it'sโ [25:27] Harry Stebbings: Yeah, I actually I actually had a meeting with mine and Jason's biggest investor the other day and Iโpretend he's not hereโI said I think he's the most equipped investor for this generation of investing because I don't think anyone quite sits at the bleeding edge like he does on the investor side. [25:42] Harry Stebbings: Why in terms of using the equip stuff? Yeah. Yeah. In terms of using the stuff, understanding understanding bottlenecks, constraints. For sure. [25:51] Jason Lemkin: But can I just add one point? We can just cuz it's so important if it helps people. Okay, we areโand thank you Harry. We're going through these phases. Okay, and when AI started to blow up for real for us, uh call it early 2024, right? Maybe late '23, I wasn't equipped. It was too technical. I wasn't going to go in and figure outโI wasn't smart enough to figure out how to deal with a massively hallucinating LLM API and turn that and turn that into something magical. Kudos to investors and others that that got it in early '23, '22. I mean I remember IโI guess it was maybe SaaStr Annual '23. I was with David Sacks and I did a Q&A and I said, "How you thinking about AI at Craft?" He's like, "Well we're all in. We want 80% of '23 of investments to be AI." I'm like, "Great but like show me the show me the great ones in market." He's like, "They're all prototypes. We're all they're all they're all proof of concepts but we're all in anyway." That's where you kind of had to be in '23 if you weren't investing at like the LLM level. Okay, I wasn't smart enough. Then we went through this weird-ass prompt engineer era where like you you could torture these products to do something good, right? But you had to torture them. You had to like craft these crazy things that made no sense. Now we are in the era where mere ordinarily smart generalists can make these tools do magical things. And literally I go to these meetings and people be like, "I don't know how to like this is so scary. I don't know how to do this." And we show them our backends. Do you know how to do a workflow generator? Do you know how to do a a decision tree? Like we've been building these since software in the '90s. Okay, if youโI can show you all of our agents. The how they work is novel. They do have to be trained. You can't be lazy and have these agents work. But honestly, the the UI, the UX, the way we interact with them, it's just software. And so my point is: Pick yourself off the ground. This is your time now. If you felt lost in AI era, if you felt like you're behind, you don't understand what all these people are saying on X and Twitter and their Claude and and their and talking about all the 4.6 point Nano point and it's overโlike you just it's not your world. This is your time. This is your time for the generalist that knows how to use software tools really really well. And Iโthis is my last point but it's so important. If ever in your recent lifeโand this is why you could be all you need to be is young at heart to Rory's pointโif in the last three to five years you have successfully deployed a piece of enterprise software of any sort you yourself, not some agency you hired, but if you have deployed it, you can deploy any agentic tool. Any. And you can become the hero in your company and you can become the hero in your functional area. But I watch folksโI'm literally helping a company now that they're adding hundreds of sales folks this year with a new pre-IPO COOโhe's not hasn't brought in a single tool, totally scared of it. Okay, it's not that hard. Did you use SalesLoft? Did you use Outreach? Did you use HubSpot? Do you know these tools? If you can deploy these tools, you can deploy a world-changing AI agent. And so this is the time for people like the folks that that were shut out of the AI revolution right now. The generalist folks that are not that know how to deploy software that don't even know how to build software. Like vibe coding for me was folks who knew how to build software, but you didn't have to be an engineer. Now, you just need to know how to deploy software to win with AI agents. That's all you need to know. So many people have these skills and they're petrified of AI. "How did you do that? How did you deploy an AI BDR?" Well, we bought a piece of software, we figured out how it worked for a day, we set it up in an afternoon, and then and then we did spend 30 months training it, which you didn't do with this old software because in the old days, we just had to manually upload all the data, right? And there was no training. The the only non-intuitive part is training these things. And it's it's it's just work. So that's why when I see folks on the management team not doing this, there's no excuse. You do not need to be technical to win with AI agents in Q2 of '26. You do not need to be even 1% technical. Not at all. So it's your time. Or you're going to get laid off. Or you're going to get laid off because you're not going to matter.show more

This long TTK tweet holds some facts about The... Third Kingdom that you probably havenโt seen before. Everything in this tweet is based on official content released by Futureverse FLUF World or captain.root The Third Kingdom is a strategy simulation game, where you develop your Origin Island and manage resources to build a production empire and unlock rewards. There is up to 312,500,000 ROOT in total waiting to be unlocked in the first season of The Third Kingdom. Rewards that will not be harvested in season 1 will stay in the land for future seasons. Community Land (referred to as Origin Island) allows Prysm holders to participate in the game without owning a SurrealScape; Those who donโt own any Surrealscapes of their own, and play the game using the Origine Island can plant up to 12 prysms, and as the OI is a 2x2 piece of land they will be able to build 12 extractors on it. Surreal Escapes SurrealScapes are a collection of resource-rich biomes, and your very own slice of The Third Kingdom. In Episode 1, you can apply the biome of a SurrealScape that you own to your Origin Island. This choice will determine the visual environment of your island, but wonโt impact gameplay. You can then stack additional SurrealScapes to increase resource production rates and the number of Prysms you can deploy. More features, including increased Mycelium collection rates, will be introduced in future episodes. Players without any SurrealScapes can have a maximum of 12 Prysms deployed on their Origin Island at any given time. One can increase the capacity prysms that one can deploy by based on the number of SurrealScapes you stack on your island (so if you stack all your SS you can deploy all of your prysms). Currently, once you select a biome for your Origin Island, you wonโt be able to change it. There are plans to allow biome changes in future updates, but for now, make sure you choose a biome youโre happy to stick with for a while. To maintain the effective utility of your Prysms and SurrealScapes, you'll need to apply strategic thinking to prestige and keep them fueled, this wonโt be a full-time job. The game features mechanics will allow you to effectively control your SurrealScapes and Prysms even if you have a lot. Prysms Prysms are a collection of land-harvesting devices, and your key to generating energy which is needed in season 2 to harvest mycelium, which can be used to unlock Root โAND OTHER REWARDSโ. In Episode 1, you can deploy prysms on Origin Island to boost the production rate of specific resources based on their traits and generate energy each time you prestige. Prysms can be re-deployed in game if they have not reached the end of their life cycle; across SurrealScapes or Community Land. Prysms are consumable collectibles. Once deployed on Origin Island, they enter a lifecycle lasting one season, the exception on this are the Eternal prysms that will last through out all seasons. The premium prysms (all prysms that are not eternals) will provide a random percentage boost of the resource production that can be re-rolled by the use of Kingdom coin to receive a higher boost. Eternal Prysms of Masteryprovide the maximum production boosts for their owner throughout the entire The Third Kingdom adventure, so it seems that because of this the use of a re-role wonโt be needed for Eternal prysms as they receive the max boost already. If you choose not to use your Prysms in Season 1, they will stay in your FuturePass and be available for future seasons and they will remain to function as premium prysms. The mint of prysms started on March 27 2024 for a price of 696.9 ROOT each and lasted 2 weeks. There are 135,000 premium Prysms available in Season 1 of The Third Kingdom and 101.566 got sold (about 75%). The premium prysms that have not been sold at the time of the mint will be sold as normal prysms in future seasons. Extractors Extractors are either mines, pumps or factories and they provide a user the ability to harvest and claim resources from the land. Resources are needed to be able to prestige, upgrade buildings and save energy. When a user prestigeโs all extractors and remaining materials are removed, however the lighthouse, stacked SurrealScapes and Prysms remain. We can think of the lighthouse as the control centre. Prestiging produces energy, which is consumed by prysms to harvest Mycelium in episode 2 and subsequently can be converted into ROOT tokens โAND OTHER REWARDSโ. The actual amount of ROOT Token rewards available at the conclusion of each episode, and collectively across each Season will be determined by the amount of Mycelium generated by user in-Game performance. The amount of ROOT Token rewards (and the resulting contribution to your FutureScore) you are eligible for at the end of an episode and/or which are distributed to you at the end of a prior Season, does not guarantee or otherwise mean you will receive the same (or even similar) ROOT Tokens and/or FutureScore contributions for future episodes and Seasons. Now thatโs a lot of official sounding text, but what stands out is the โand the resulting contribution to your FutureScoreโ part that seems to imply that there will be future score added based on the Root that you harvested in-game. Kingdom coin Kingdom Coins are an in-game currency you can use to accelerate your progress. You can use them to reroll the percentage of the resource production boost your Prysms provide, and skip building and upgrading costs to optimize your strategy and maximize rewards in The Third Kingdom. Kingdom Coins: Kingdom Coins is the in-Game currency. Kingdom Coins: a.) are only available for purchase using Fiat or Cryptocurrency; b.) cannot be earned by completing in-Game tasks, activities, or actions; c.) can be utilized for in-Game progression; d.) cannot be redeemed for ROOT Tokens or any currency or cryptocurrency. Kingdom Coins can be purchased through the website using ROOT. Episode 1 During episode 1 the goal is to generate energy to be used in episode 2 to harvest mycelium . We capture energy every time we prestige. When you prestige, your extractors are removed, and all resources are reset to zero. However, you retain the energy youโve generated, and you receive a production boost, allowing you to progress more quickly in subsequent cycles of the episode. Episode 2 The goal in episode 2 will be to harvest Mycelium and unlock ROOT and other rewards. ROOT Token rewards can be claimed during the Game Season (so not at the end of the season). We will be able to recruit Flufs, Party Bears, Buzzies, Thingies, Seekers, Walkers, Cool Cats, Doodles, Deadfellaz, Pudgy Penguins, to enrich your harvesting experience in Episode 2. Gen2 brains are also mentioned to be used in episode 2 in the official docs, but weโre not sure if this is true or a mistake in the content. Episode 3 Little is known about episode 3 other than that it will involve "intelligent lands" of which we will be able to harvest Asto tokens. The assets that will play a role in this are Gen2 brains, Atem cards and Aifa players. The exact role of the Aifa players as of yet is unknown to us, but it has been stated that Gen2 and Atem cards will receive intelligent lands. So far further episodes of season 1 have not been mentioned but we do know but that refineries are being mentioned in docs and at some point will also play a role in TTK game. Thereโs really nothing other posted about refineries in the docs Iโve looked at, but it seems safe to assume they will play a role in refining resources into real world asset that will play a role in Op3n. Additional Some in-Game features and advanced content are only accessible to Users who own specific Digital Collectibles such as Prysms and SurrealScapes. There will at some stage be a thing called Automatorโs, and all we know is that Automator means an on chain asset that can be assigned to a building that automatically claims resources when the building reaches capacity. In the clip I posted with this tweet captain.root clearly states (as he has done before) that part of the design of The Third Kingdom is to be able to supports โnew rewards over different seasons and episodes, and those can be from within our ecosystem our even from outside our ecosystemโ. I personally think itโs not a stretch the assume that some of the projects that are currently working on projects that will in the future be released are already planning to use the TTK to release some of their assets as rewards in-game of TTK. This is all the information that has been gathered and released earlier in our Third Kingdom Guild discord earlier, and shared here to hopefully help the community and give them an overview of what we currently know about this game weโre all looking out to play, and which will go live in the coming week. After the game has gone live Matt Bartlett will make and share an updated version of TTK Guild flipbook. If you found this content useful I would appreciate you sharing this with the community by sharing, liking and commenting on the tweet. We of the TTK Guild wish everyone a great season ! and lots of joy playing the game. LFGshow more
