"JIKJIN" was originally recorded as an iKON song. They gave it to TREASURE as gift. #iKON #TREASURE #아이콘 #트레저 👤: Any behind stories about covering TREASURE's "JIKJIN"? 🍒: Originally, "JIKJIN" was recorded as an iKON song. But then it ended up becoming TREASURE's title track, we gave it to them as a gift. iKON had actually recorded it first. Oh, you didn't know? I think I've mentioned that before. We learned the choreo & filmed the cover in just one day. I was surprised because you guys liked it way more than I expected. Was Bobby's rap part in it too? Hmm... I think it was originally there.

"I didn’t even know MIX & MATCH was going to happen." #CHANWOO #BOBBY #iKON #정찬우 #바비 #아이콘 🐰: When you first came into YG, did you know that you’d be joining Team B for MIX & MATCH? 🐻: No. I didn’t even know MIX & MATCH was going to happen. I just went because I was told it was the day I was going to meet the chairman for the first time. But they started filming that day. They didn’t even tell me it was a shoot. I met everyone for the first time that day. I’d only been a trainee here for a month, while these guys were people who were basically ready to debut. And then they told me to compete with them here. I thought, “There’s no way I’m going to make it here.”

🐰: Since we left YG, a big agency, we have to do everything from 1 to 10 ourselves. We learned a lot. 👤: Do you prefer having more autonomy? Or, having everything done for you? 🐰: Autonomy. Actually, that’s why we left YG. We wanted to learn more. #BOBBY #iKON #바비 #아이콘

"I hope they become even more successful. I’m always cheering for them." #YUNHYEONG #iKON #TREASURE #송윤형 #아이콘 #트레저 🍒: This contrast is nice. "IF I" & "ZOOM ZOOM" have completely different styles. One feels more like it’s aimed at a global audience, while "ZOOM ZOOM" is totally the kind of K-pop that TREASURE does. Actually, at first, I was expecting a song like this ("ZOOM ZOOM") when I played "IF I." But it wasn’t the kind of TREASURE vibe I had imagined, so I was really surprised. It really has a strong YG vibe. But they made a good decision. Choosing to film a MV for a song like "IF I" was a really smart choice. Because showing "we can do this kind of thing too" is cool. But both songs are good. They must have put in a lot of preparation. I hope they become even more successful. I’m always cheering for them. Since they’re friends from the same company I used to be part of, I really want them to do even better… They’re doing well.
