#2XKO_Blitz can do his level 3 with only 2 bars by plinking S1 into S2??? I'm assuming this is a bug??? The plink will use 3 bars if you have 3 bars, but still works if you have 2. Tested on other characters and didn't work with them #2xko_bugs will delete if this is intended

#2xko_bugs expanding on the PBGC thing: If a move is pushblocked and another move makes contact early enough, the blockstun of the PB is not overwritten, making the next attack punishable when it otherwise would not be. (The numbers I'm referring to are on the p2 yasuo frame bar)
