Wasting precious jam time in unnecessary details, I've changed the mood of the city by adding "lights", that are actually just unlit materials and a single particle for the halo. Also, darker sky and fog. #gamedev #lowres #lowpoly #psx #32bitjam #indiedev #indiegamedev #indiegame
