UPDATE #5thfire This four-alarm structure fire, which started at 1:54 this morning, is under control at 4:37 a.m., and no injuries were reported. At this time, 35 people are displaced. The fire is under investigation. The American Red Cross Red Cross Northern California Coastal Region is on scene assisting those affected.
