🌆 There is a #Kenyan🇰🇪 hotelier, very active on social media, named Mohammed Hersi : Mr Optimist. He always signs off his posts with these words. "I choose to be an optimist" Today, I will borrow his words. The usefulness of Riverbeds built throughout the city in #AddisAbaba 🇪🇹 is more pronounced and visible during this rainy season. This 2 minutes clip shows two opposite side ends of a riverside, "Wello Sefer, through Peacock and Arada Park, (Ras Mekonnen bridge) The river flows smoothly on its bed without overflowing on traffic. It's clean, no garbage and plastic in it and has a majestic natural vibe flow. Yes. I have seen some flood in roads on some parts of Addis Ababa, as it is normal in ANY COUNTRY in the world, when it rains. But, there is also 👇👇 Using some 2 seconds video and flood on heavy rain cannot and should not discredit 👇 unless one is so miserably negative. As Mr. Hersi would say, I choose to be an optimist.
