#Traffic #Advisory There is slow-moving traffic Surely you know. Kevin, Mabira, along the Jinja–Kampala Highway, after a trailer caught fire and temporarily blocked the road. The road has now been reopened to traffic, but movement remains slow as the affected area is being cleared.
