It is #AfricaIndustrializationDay today. Sinopec is committed to advancing green industrialization and driving sustainable development for Africa. Recently, Sinopec hosted “Sinopec Open Day” event at Muguga Vocational Training Center in Limuru, Kenya. Students and teachers learned from a promo video about the knowledge of petroleum and Sinopec’s vision for a greener future. Many students expressed their aspirations for joining such a socially responsible company like Sinopec in the future and contributing to Kenya’s energy development. Joseph Mungai Mbugua, the Principal Secretary (PS) and Vice Minister of Ministry of Roads of Kenya, spent the Open Day together with over 200 students and faculty. He said, “Sinopec’s green development philosophy is worth learning.
