He spoke an uncomfortable truth, the same leaders have been holding top positions for 15-20 years. Many of them have no real credibility left in banking, some aren’t even connected to ground staff anymore, yet they continue to sit in power indefinitely. And what happened next? Instead of answering the truth, the old guard resorted to shouting, intimidation, and pressure. But shouting cannot silence the truth. Every change begins with one voice.
