Lt Gen RC Tiwari, #ArmyCdrEC, reviewed ongoing activities in #GajrajCorps on 18 Mar 2026. The GOC, #GajrajCorps, briefed the #ArmyCdrEC on current developments and efforts towards strengthening combat capabilities across the Corps Zone. During the visit, the #ArmyCdr dedicated the newly established Transit Facility in the #KamengHimalayas and lauded #GajrajCorps for establishing the Border Brew Café at #Zemithang. Managed by the local #Monpa women community, the initiative boosts livelihoods, celebrates local culture and reinforces the #IndianArmy’s commitment to developing border areas under the #VibrantVillage Programme. The #ArmyCdr interacted with #StartUps, #MSMEs and #PSUs from #Bengaluru zone and took stock of their technical capability, with a focus on indigenous content and adaptability of the product for #Army’s mission needs. The Army Cdr also witnessed the flight of a logistics drone with a payload of 60 kg designed and developed by a #Bengaluru based start-up with inputs from the Regional node of the #ArmyDesignBureau.
