Accused #Janasena MP L Ramesh’s son Sanjush struck a 26 year old woman with #AstonMartin DBX 707 which costs over 6 crores has been seized by the police. Police booked accused under 106(1) BNS Police conducted drug & drunk test which turned out to be negative But the accused has accepted that he was speeding the car. According to police, the accused was not arrested and was served notice as the section invoked is cognizable and attracts less than 7 years jail term. Police said due process is being followed in this case.
