#bailu addresses fans' concerns and shares more about kai dao tu mi ! alright, alright! let me first introduce our drama series to everyone. as most of you already know, our show is adapted from yishu's novel kai dao tu mi (the last blossom). over the past few days during our script read-throughs and costume fitting tests, our production team has seen all the feedback and styling suggestions you've shared online. what i really want to tell you today is that in kai dao tu mi, as you know, yun na starts off as an 8th-grader. so, my current hairstyle is actually for yun na's college days! don't worry, don't be impatient! what i want to share is that when yun na officially enters society, she debuts with a super chic, iconic short hairstyle! because of our timeline, we can't really go for big wavy curls or anything like that. but that short hairstyle is going to absolutely blow you away! our styling shifts naturally as the character grows. so when you see photos coming out later, i hope you'll understand our vision! also, our story is set roughly between 1995 and 1999. so it's not modern-day per se, but rather has that nostalgic late-'90s guangdong vibe. having worked with director mu and our main cast these past few days, i can tell you everyone is genuinely amazing. you can rest assured! with our costume supervisor, mr. tian, and our screenwriter, mr. lu tian, we share one common goal: to create a truly great show. we're working hard to make this project something special and unique!
